second time in a row quality has been poor undercooked chips think I'm done with this chippy now

I just want to say, the delivery driver was very very rude to me and quite nasty with his words, I felt quite embarrassed as I had witnesses that was starring at him being rude and nasty with his words towards me.

Food was good but buns fell apart. Extremely rude delivery driver shouting across the street saying he couldn’t find the address and I was to come to the car! Really rude guy

You got my fruit shoot flavour wrong. I asked for blackcurrant fruit shoot and I got an orange one🤢. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! I will never forget this.

Can't fault it. I order fairly regularly and everything is always nice, arrives on time. I've had the same delivery driver the last few times too and he's always so lovely.

My order has not been delivered! Why would you state my order is with me when it’s not! My house isn’t that hard to find and I’ve not had a problem before! I’d like my money back please and won’t be using this service again!

Chips were hard sausages burnt not good

There was a missing drink, I phoned and they said they would deliver it but I am still waiting. Also when we served up the food it was almost cold. My saveloy was stone cold, everything had to be reheated before we could eat.

Meal arrived earlier than expected, always good portion sizes and friendly delivery drivers. Have been ordering from them a for a couple of years and never had a bad meal yet.

Huge portions of chips but they are not the best. Fish was Ok but batter was awful. Sausages were good. Staff were a bit miserable.

I really wanted a buttered roll with my chips but they didn't list it on the menu, so I left a note on the order details about maybe getting one. when it turned up on time they had chucked a buttered roll in for me! it may be a little thing but shows how good the service is! lovely food as well, highly recommend!

Really disappointed with the chicken breast tonight. Seemed over cooked was rock solid in places (on the meat part!) and very dry. Chips were great though

Was gross tonight. Chips were soggy, batter was super soggy, nothing had any flavour, wasn't nice atall.

Had to phone them as it said on the app my food was delivered at 18:50 and wasn’t, waited a further 30minutes for the delivery driver to turn up. When it did arrive I wasn’t very satisfied as the fish was dripping in grease and the chips were as hard as a rock. Very disappointed won’t be ordering again.

Good food lovely, only complaint, we ordered a kids meal and the juice didn't arrive,may not seem a big deal but to a 8 year old getting a treat it was and we had tears because we didn't get a fruit shoot. Silly things like that didn't make it a great treat night for us.

British favourite, fish and chips. Good quality fish and haddock and place available for those not liking cod. Excellent

Nice chunky cod-no skin. Batter bit soft but that was prob due to delivery in boxes. Portion sizes of fish & also the chips were larger than I had anticipated. Enjoyable meal.

Delivery was very quick. I knew it couldn’t have been cooked fresh. Fish was disgusting. Dry and odd colour. Went straight in the bin.

Lovely chips, saveloys are beautifully cooked! Ideal Chippy ! No messing about about I ordered and food arrived 20mins later which is just what I want from a takeaway !

It was was a 45 late and there was things missing and all of it was cold very disappointed 😡

No option to add sauce and salad to the chicken burger, no option to select a drink for the meal, I tried calling numerous times but no answer despite all this the food was great and tasted amazing

Chips were chewy, saveloy was cold, fishcake was cold and bog standard. The only thing decent was the mushy peas. Why is it so hard to find a reasonably priced chippy nowadays!

My first and last order which seems a bit odd when I have given them almost top marks. However, the person that delivered went to the wrong address and offered the food to one of my neighbours, thankfully my neighbour was honest, so I made contact with him and said that I would be down now, and I went out and found the delivery guy trying to deliver my food to another address while busy on his mobile phone. I don't want to run the risk of ordering again and losing money because of delivery drivers not delivering to the correct address. However, the food was very good although a few bits looked a bit dodgy, but the chips were quite nice and I am not a massive fan of chips but I ate most of them, and the seagulls had the rest. The delivery time was also good, but I hate the fact of someone trying to deliver to two wrong addresses, hence why I will never order again.

I’m sorry to say the chips where chewy and had no taste. There was no option for me to choose what drink I wanted with my meal deal, I’m diabetic. They assumed I wanted a full sugar coke. So couldn’t drink it. The wrap was dry with only chicken and no option of salad or sauce. I’ve been ordering from Morlands for years and I’m disappointed with how the food is now.

Very disappointing, chips were really hard (plenty of them but ....!!) and fish was small and tasteless and costly, no offers of napkins/utensils. Won't bother them again.

I know we were being lazy and not coming to the shop to pick up seeing as we live round the corner but 1hr for delivery seemed a little extreme. Chips were of a poor quality whereas usually they are amazing. Soggy and not hot.

Nothing was missing portions were adequate and the delivery driver was polite did as asked would order again.

Delivery was on time if not a bit early. The chips were really good and a nice big portion, however my husband found bones in his fish. I guess there’s always that chance. Was tasty though.

Bit of a joke, got chips and curry sauce for this place and they cant even be bother to give the sauce in a pot just poured it all over the chips, just made them all soggy. Absolute joke...

Half of the order arrived, resulting is my partner driving to the shop which defeats the point of a delivery to collect the rest, only to be told that he was lying. This ended being very expensive as it meant I paid almost £30 for two children meals, the customer service is shocking. I am highly disappointed and we will not be returning.

We were at a Free fish and chips supper for Approximately 20 persons on the 5/4/23 And speaking on behalf of me and our friends found the complete meal to be awful the fish was mostly batter never seen fish so thin and not the right colour the chips were just hit and miss .there are two moorlands shops Last week we had F/C from by B&M and they were great but last night was awful 😢

Had food delivered today to Brean from Morland fish n chip shop in Highbridge. The food was well cooked, hot and there was lots of it. Plus the delivery driver and his colleague were proper friendly Would definitely order again.

Our food was delivered to a caravan site so we had to meet the driver at reception. The food was hot, perfectly cooked and lovely, we can not fault a thing. Thank you.

Excellent thank you very much, and just for the record on my last review of my last order I put that I didn't get the drink well shortly after they delivered me the drink and one free so they more then made up for it thank you and please don't let that affect u ordering from them as they are very good.

Couldn't be more disappointed, the delivery was estimated to arrive at 7.40pm the latest, arrived just before 10 past 8 after I chased it. The curry sauce was so thick it was stuck in the pot! The chicken wrap was just chicken in a plain wrap, no sauce, salad, how can moorlands justify the amount of money for that product. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times and they never answered the phone

The scampi was absolutely drowned in salt and wasn’t pleasant. The chips were alright the curry sauce was decent but the potato scallops were just hideous. It was late too.. disappointing to say the least.

We regularly order from Morland and we’ve never been disappointed. The food is always hot & tasty. Highly recommended

Absolutely shocking customer service and quality of food! It was as if the lid came off the salt pot. The food was inedible due to the sheer amount of salt. Spoke to the shop who said they would drop a replacement off tomorrow.. No actual concern or sorry! A seriously unhealthy amount of salt and lack of concern from the staff and ‘boss man’ I’d suggest ordering elsewhere in future unless you’d like heart failure from the salt intake!

Food was late, After an hour and a bit we rang to be told they had already delivered it , I had to argue my point that it wasn’t delivered to our house . Finally they accepted it wasn’t our house and they had delivered it to wrong address. We were then told our food would be with us within half an hour. 45 mins later the food turned up with no apology.

The food was cold and the popcorn was hard to bite the scallops was cold and greasy and chips was cold pie was cold and hard to bite and had a funny smell to it
