Food delivered 1 hour late after calling the takeaway was told they had called me (they hadn't) food then was delevired chips had been microwaved so very soggy and pizza was stone cold AVOID!!!

absolutely poor order came without drink and garlic bread then called them back and they said they will be about 20 minutes still had to wait another 25mins so we called back and they said 20 minutes again absolutely disgusting won’t be ordering again

Food arrived hot and before expected time but had some inaccuracies. Requested no onions on doner kebab but it was full of them. Good job I unrolled it before eating otherwise would have been in agony all night! Also the pepperoni pizza is covered in diced onions and peppers which meant I had 2 unhappy kids having to pick all the pieces off!

Confirmed order then cancelled it.

this will be the last order I shall be ordering, since putting on delivery charge it’s put me off ordering anymore. thanks for all the food.

Its a shame to leave a review like this because moorlands was always the best in crewe. Not sure if its under new management but we wont be using again. Food was late, mostly all cold and pizza was burnt at the edges. Anyway hope you boys get back on your feet, will try again in a few months.

Last time ordered two kebabs salad was out at the bottom meat on top wasn't that nice and last night pizza and cheese garlic bread were burnt think I'll have to try new takeaway was always our favourite

food order delivered was cold. had to ring up and get the rest of the order delivered. . . not very nice food. wouldn’t order again.

Disgusting chicken and lamb were tasteless all watery on naan bread, I ordered a garlic naan but got a plain instead asked for garlic mayo and there was hardly any on. Driver tried charging me £2 extra delivery yet it doesn't state it on the just eat site, so a total waste of money will not order again.

Used these a few times now after moving to the area and trying loads of different ones will only order from here now. Good food good service... Well done keep it up. Best in the area by far l!!

Late and food wasn’t brilliant.

The delivery was very fast but they've forgot to add cheese to the "chips and cheese" meal and the chips were fried on burned oil...

Great service and great food, little mix up regarding delivery charge but the guys understood and resolved this for me. Will use again and will ensure delivery is correct

We ordered the food it went through fine. Once we got the order and went through it there were things missing, that were included on the website, their own menu and the receipt. I phoned them and they apologised and brought the rest of the order. Which took another 25-30 minutes. The food was okay - the chips had been reheated, the donner meat was greasy. The special baguette was cold and not at all what I expected wouldn’t order it again. The burger we had was piping hot and properly cooked through. The garlic pizza bread with cheese was greasy and a little chewy considering it was meant to be a pizza bread.

Very little chicken for £5 it was tasty but 4 pieces of chicken wasn't enough... Not much salad on the other one either

After advertising no delivery fee, charged for delivery on drop off. Poor manners by delivery bloke, and threw a hissy fit about me not having exact coinage for this surprise delivery fee

My food was good, burger , southern tried chicken, chips. However my partner had a chicken kebab with 5 cubes of chicken in and a tiny portion of salad. From all other takeaways we have been you get at least double the portion size!!

I’ve been a customer for a long time - food is normally amazing , but tonight it was very bad. the chicken wasn’t cooked in middle , the food was cold, the mushrooms were limp and cold. I will still order again, but if it happens again I shall not be ordering any more

food was late. rang them they said some one had already been. we have 3 dogs none barked. food was sent out again, man knocked so quitely dogs didnt bark again. the food was disgusting & the driver was so rude to my daughter!!!!!

Didn't get the pizza I ordered I asked for hawiian ham pineapple paid extra for cheese and chicken didn't get any ham or pineapple

Food was nice, however even though it was specifically requested not to have any onions in the food, it seems we were given extra onions. I spent the first 10 mins trying to dig the onions out. Please take note when people have a specific requirement, luckily it wasn’t a requirement because of an allergy, just purely down to not liking onions.

Really enjoy moorlands every time we order.

Food quality has really gone down lately, put the last order down to a one off but the latest order was bad as well. Pizza tasted stale, order was wrong and felt like I was putting them out when I rang for it to be corrected. Shame as the food was always so nice.

Food haven't arrived for over an hour and i called the restaurant and the guy there said that driver already has given me food XDDDD

Order from these regularly but now I will not be ordering from them again, order chicken value box for it to come with no doner meat Burnt chicken. Tried to call them over 150 timesso I could get what I paid for.... only the line was constantly busy like they have taken the phone off hook.... absolutely fuming and they won't be getting a penny off me again!!!

Large value box didn't come with the salad or can of pop, told me they will give me double next time, like they will remember that!

Managed to get our order in just before they closed, food was still fresh and tasted amazing, definitely coming back, cheers boys!

Don't waste your money. Chicken wrap was ok but chips were like rubber and the chicken pieces were vile.

Ordered food that was an hour late, there excuse was that my telephone number was wrong and that they rang my door bell, which was false as i was literally waiting near my door the whole time [was very hungry] and my door buzzer is loud so i would of heard it without a doubt, when it came to the food actually arriving i was accused of putting someone elses number on the just-eat website [which i didnt my number was correct, the guys even phoned me on my actual number], i usually give people and companies the benefit of the doubt but i felt disrespected to day and when the food actually arrived, it was almost cold, they didnt even bother making a fresh order that was an hour late.

Poor quality...no taste..bad experience!

We have ordered from Moorlands several times now and have never been disappointed. Portion sizes are generous, delivery time is fast (even at the weekend) and the food is spot on.

Onion rings soggy and burnt, chips soggy, you could tell they had been cooked a while ago, all packaging was wet and soggy, definitely wouldn't recommend

Dreadful, ordered the mixed kebab with garlic mayo. Vile hardly any meat naan bread cold and soggy just inedible, rang shop up and told them, in their defence they did refund my money back just dissapointed and will not return.

I ordered a super king kebab, what I received was a box of sadness. Honestly, not a single redeemable feature. Friend gave up on it right away. The fact that I ate about a quarter of it before putting it in the bin says more about my life than the quality of the food. Do yourself a favour, order elsewhere.

Ordered a chicken tillage kebab and all that was in it was pitta filled with mayonnaise with 4 pieces of chicken , usually lover moorlands but this was awful and the spicy wings are just bone and battery, hope you can do something about this as I order moorlands all of the time and this was awful

Order from here quiet often and they never seem to disappoint. Always say there gonna deliver within in 50 mins and are usually here in 15-20. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Requested the naan & sauce to be on the side, instead of them being on the side, additional were provided and the kebab still made inside the original bread with sauce inside. The chicken was dry and clearly not Chicken Donner, while the chips were barely cooked. It arrived on time though!
