My mum and i came across Mooch at the beginning of year and we love it. The service and food is excellent. The staff in particular Marisa who is front of house is always very welcoming and extremely accommodating. I come in here with my baby and they always are happy to accommodate this. The only negative is that the toilets/ baby changing facilities are upstairs. Yes there is a chair lift but it’s not great when you have a small baby. But other than that this is where we always come here when In Skegness. Well worth a visit!!

What a find amid the multitude of cafes and restaurants all fighting for customers in Skegness. This place was amazing, calm, clean and with super friendly & helpful staff. I popped in for a cuppa and slice of cake - the tea was lovely and strong with plenty of flavour just the way I like it, and the carrot cake was lovely but the slice was so big sadly I couldn't eat it all! The staff were also so helpful with my mobility scooter which had run into some problems and couldn't do enough to help me, despite not being able to allow the scooter in the cafe, for which I am so grateful - Thank You. p.s thanks to your help I got home safely.

After walking down from the Haven site, we opted for a cold drink here before going on to the sea front and the beach. We managed to get a table outside, and enjoyed the warmth of the Easter weekend sunshine! The drinks were freshly made and brought out to us. Nice milkshakes - Lotus for me, and while the husband ordered a Crunchie, somehow got a flake/dairy milk! But for the price, still good value

Lovely and helpful staff! Great food, with gluten free options and one of the best choice of gluten free puddings I’ve seen in Skegness. We sat in the separate area at the back of the cafe, there was a nice atmosphere. We always visit this cafe when at our caravan but we haven’t been since last August, the food last year was lovely&so were the staff. We went back today, the lady on the till was very rude and didn’t have a clue how to do anything&kept having to ask a young girl what to do.My little girl only wanted a baguette but they forgot to bring it&when they did it was a bread cake,I asked for a panini when it came it was tuna when I asked for cheese then when it came back the cheese wasn’t melted properly it was awful, you now have to pay an extra £2 for salad garnish&chrisps which you didn’t have to before,so now not only it it over priced you don’t get the service or the food the match the prices,So after a few years of visiting this place we won’t be returning.

Visited here today and was less than impressed. Had 2 panini's and 2 teas. The paninis here are the most basic we have seen. Just basic ingredients with no garnish, salad, crisps or anything. Passable but nothing special, had way better at some coffee chains for a lower price. The big issue today though was that you are given a number on a stick for a food order. Our panini order was mixed up with another table and only got one panini by accident by saying to the server that we thought it had been sent to the other table. The other panini did not arrive and had been delivered to another table so we had to complain. Should be simple really to deliver the correct food orders to the correct number on a stick! Oh dear!

My first visit back here since being diagnosed with coeliac disease 2 years ago, used to go here quite a lot so you can imagine how excited I was to see they had a separate gluten free menu, however on reading the statement on the front of the menu (see photos) I was disappointed as it read "Please Note that non-gluten free products are cooked on the same appliances"! Therefore rendering the gluten free foods contaminated with gluten so no longer classed as gluten free! Also was informed by one of the waitresses that they use the same toaster to toast gf bread as normal bread but use a different slot which sounds too risky to me. Safe to say I won't be chancing going here anymore but is fine for anyone who just eats a gluten free diet because they're under the impression it's more "healthy"

Went in today with family seeing as it looked like a nice place. It seemed very pricey for a cafe but hey looked clean . When we got our food the waitress just shouted the items, no communication skills what so ever it was just burger and in my face . The 2 burgers we ordered look nice.....well until I took 2 bites in it and realised it was undercooked. The waitress took it away and came back 10 minutes later with a new buger , well so I thought . The bread , onion rings and everything else was replaced apart from the 2 bite burger. The waitress was alerted to thing, did not care and all I got was a " don't know" and walked off . The chef was alerted after talking to the nice boy her lady , to which she took me in the kitchen , offered a refund to get rid off me , I did not want a refund I wanted some sort of standards not be be served undercooked food, be served the same food recooked and then taken into a kitchen which is not good practice.

When they came out that's all there was on the plate. A bland looking, though tasty, sandwich. Not even a lettuce leaf in sight. She queried it with the waitress who insisted it was on its way out.... more customers came in, ordered, ate and left... still no food order arrived for her. In the end she got up and left. Made our way along the seafront searching for somewhere inviting to settle for a coffee and snack with my hubby, two small children and mother. This place immediately looked inviting and did not disappoint. Quick, efficient and friendly service of top notch coffees and pleasant cakes/snacks all at reasonable prices. Although I didn't make a purchased, I really enjoyed browsing round the little gifts/cards for sale as I enjoyed my drink.

Visit to the seaside wanted fish and chips, as I'm gluten free I usually struggle. Not here have gluten free on the menu, also curry sauce. We both had regular fish and chips, mine was wrapped separately from husbands as he had normal.Great portions glad we didn't go for the large.

Had a couple of roasts today which came with free desserts. Meal was lovely, fresh, hot, just what you expect. We was really happy with that.....but....half an hour after leaving we realised we had left a bag behind. Money, cards, car keys, medication, all stuff hard to replace when on holiday. We returned to the Windsor and the lady who was serving, cleaning etc said she saw the bag as soon as we left, so put it safe behind the counter. Panic over. We can't thank you enough xxx

We went specifically to this venue for breakfast. We ordered different breakfasts and made some changes to one of them with the helpful counter staff. The tea in the tea pot was cold and we took it back for a replacement hot tea pot. The breakfast was brought to us by a member of staff who did not smile or speak. Having ordered extra well done bacon we were surprised to note that it certainly hadn't been even well done. The plates were cold and so was half of the breakfast, the rest of it cooling rapidly. The toast and prepacked butter were placed on the top of the breakfast and we had to use our fingers to try and get them off the top, even though there was nowhere to put them (have they never heard of side plates)? All in all, very poor. Customer care is clearly not a priority.

Can't begin to say how bad this pub was, miserable landlady and landlord and the worst food I have ever not eaten. I say not eaten as we didn't get through even a quarter of the plate of awful food we were offered. My husband said the beer was okay but please don't bother with the food it REALLY ISNT WORTH IT.

Visited here yesterday as we have done many times previously and i was on my VERY SMALL electric scooter (ES). It was quite busy but not full as it is fairly small inside. Myself and my scooter took up the same amount of sitting on the chair as i was situated so i didn't need to use their chair and if on a large bike this would not have been possible. However a young girl asked if i could leave my ES outside and walk in which i could not as not able to do so. I replied we have been in there previously and had never been an issue but she said the couldn't allow it when they were busy. I would not have gone in if i was going to cause an issue or restrict any of the pathways and so i felt i had to leave, which we did. However there was 3 tables occupied by approx 12 men who were blocking pathways and not eating anything and were loudly talking to each other across the tables who were who were quite clearly obstructive but seemingly that was ok !!! I am disgusted in this day and age that such discrimination persists and i will not use them again. Perhaps they need to add a sign to the windows stating people with mobility aids would not be allowed in busy periods. Totally Disgusted. LInda Halls
