I went here some weeks ago to get bubble tea for a friend and I. As I was making the order I was asking my friend what I wanted. The lady that served us had the audacity to get impatient, mutter at us and refuse to continue with the order. I’d rate this 0/5 if I could. There are several other bubble tea places in york where the server’s attitudes’ aren’t stinking. Disappointing and she should do a lot of reevaluating.

I came here for a bubble tea and the manager, I think her name is Hong, was quite rude and lacked customer service skills. I definitely wouldn’t come here again as there are much more affordable places in york that serve bubble tea with much friendlier staff

Although off the beaten track well worth a visit if you’re in York. Yes it’s busy with only one member of staff, she can be grumpy but she knows what’s she’s doing and gets the job done! Tasty drinks at a reasonable price and the kids enjoyed it !! We’ll return when next in York 🫧 🫧

I love moo boo drinks specially brown sugar milk tea and go often to get it , that’s why I gave you 1 star but the service from specific lady is so terrible, she’s so rude that she doesn’t know what customer service is definitely! We ordered two drinks as it’s small and crowded we couldn’t hear our order number and was waiting atleast 30 minutes even when customer who arrived after us got their drinks and it was empty .Instead of calling us again she was so rude when I inquired about my drinks! I’m so sure that she didn’t called our order number.Just made our mood bad. ! Please do improve your Customer Service!

Terrible customer service. Was given the wrong drink so kindly asked for it too be made correctly… then was made out too be a lier in front of everyone from the person who I presume was the manager. Terrible attitude. Needs too learn some customer service skills.

Very disappointing visit. Always come here as a treat with our children and look forward to it. Todays visit was dreadful. We were served by a lady who didn’t look up, didn’t speak or respond to any questions. The bubbles were a big splodge at the bottom of the drink and did not materialise. Appalling service and taste for £5 a drink. Highly overrated. Avoid and spend money in one of the other many little drink shops in York.

Manager rude, treating young girl colleague very bad even when customers were in shop, drink was nice but only because girl was shouted at to make it correctly.

My daughter wanted to find this place on our trip to York today. It was worth the walk, easy enough to find with a good choice of fruit teas with loads of bubble choice!! Young girl who was serving was happy and polite. We’ll be returning in the near future with the rest of the family !!

Our first time here, we had one large mooboo classic, it was so good, best bubble tea I ever had in England, highly recommended, would definitely be back

I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews for this place and i’m not entirely sure why because I come here regularly and it’s amazing every single time, the staff are super friendly and the drinks are really really nice. plus the price isn’t bad!! if you’re looking for a good bubble tea place here is definitely the right place to go

I love bubble tea, however mooboo dissapointed. I think the lady got our order wrong as I asked for no sugar and mine turned out to be overly sweet and my partner asked for full sugar and his was not sweet at all. Won’t be going back, bubble cha in Newcastle is better!

It honestly changes every time I go, sometimes the drinks are very smooth but sometimes they can appear to be full of bits? However when i complained they replaced the drink with no issues so staff dealt with it well.

my grandad is letting me write this review because he waited outside with our dog for some time . the lady with the blue hair was nice to me but when i saw how she treated the lady behind me i was astonished .i think she is a little tiny bit rude i think she told me very kindly what flavors there were and then i stepped aside after i chose my drink but when the lady behind me got the complete opposite treatment to me. i know i am being a bit harsh but it is the truth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

The lady with the blue hair is so rude if I’m honest. She literally has the worst attitude ever towards customers and stares at you. If looks could kill, then god damn I’d be dead. However, there’s this other lady there who is extremely friendly and nice, unlike the blue haired one. The tea is sometimes too sweet or sometimes not sweet enough, but that’s always with the blue hair person. If u go, watch out for her x

The woman with the blue hair is so rude and acted as though everything we asked for was a too much effort for her. Tea was watery anyway so defo won't be coming back✌

I visited Bubbleology Cardiff last sunday. It was fantastic! I was expecting the same quality here but I am totally disappointed. Will never visit again.

The blue hair staff is EXTREMELY RUDE to chinese students. Your staff need retraining. Won’t visit again.

He estado dos veces, las dos veces el té estaba muy acuoso y no muy frío. No sabía a nada y la boba era muy dura. Aparte de esto, no sé cuál es el problema de la chica que trabaja, pero tiene una actitud tan mala. Ni siquiera estaba conmigo, ella era muy hostil y grosera con los siguientes dos grupos que vinieron después de mí.

He estado muchas veces en Mooboo para tomar un té de burbujas y siempre es la misma historia: se toman EDAD. Recuerdo cuando abrieron por primera vez y la cola era tan grande que estos muchachos no pudieron servir las bebidas a tiempo: ese día esperé 2 horas para obtener 2 tés de burbujas. No estoy bromeando. Pero sabes, entiendo absolutamente, estaba ocupado. Después de esa experiencia, fui allí una y otra vez, cuando estaba ocupado (4 personas en la cola) y cuando estaba absolutamente muerto, y luego comprendí que el servicio no era lento porque estaban ocupados: NO, solo eran ellos. Nunca he visto un montón de empleados tan torpes y desorganizados. Dios, por 1 bebida, espere al menos 10 a 15 minutos, y para mí (que trabajo para Pret, por lo que necesitamos atender a un cliente en 1 minuto) es simplemente increíble. Cada vez que voy allí, sé que va a ser una pérdida de tiempo. Es una pena porque las bebidas son en realidad muy buenas (y por eso sigo comprando), pero, muchachos, ¡necesitan mejorar su velocidad de servicio! ! !
