Monterey Jacks in North Lanarkshire

Chicken burger was burned had to be sent back to kitchen , overheard chef saying it wasn't , expensive for what we got woman that served us wasn't that happy was expecting a lot more.

Our food was lovely and our server, Toni Lee, was so friendly and helpful, nothing was a hassle for her. We will definitely be back in future to try out some of the amazing desserts.

Amazing food and service was second to none. Our server was Liz, her chat was fantastic. We are going back this week with friends because the service was good.

The food and service was spot on. Kids raved about the Mac and cheese in particular. The only downside for us was that they only serve Pepsi rather than Coke :(

Came in dinner on Friday night. Had a fantastic meal everything was hot and tasty the Notorious PIG burger was epic. Was served by Charlotte who reccomend some great cocktails had a gin cocktail can't remeber the name but it was delicious. The atmosphere was great, the food top notch and the waitress brilliant. Will definitely be back again.

Stopped off for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Portions sizes are plentiful and our server Liz was lovely. Will be back with the family...

What an amazing restaurant. The service, was fantastic, staff were so informative about the menu, could tell they were trained to a fine art, our server Liz was second to none, she made sure we were happy and had everything we wanted the whole way through our experience. The food…what can I say, was a whole new level to amazing. I had the honey chicken, was perfect, and my partner and son had burgers, they could taste why they were award winning. My daughter and her friends visited Monterey jacks at Christmas time and had a great meal. Staff were amazing and food was perfect for a sociable lunch.

Popped in for lunch midweek. Food and service were great. John and Liz were very friendly and accommodating. We shared chicken bites and then a pizza, it was very tasty with lots of topping. Best coffee

Don't go anywhere near here. Myself and my husband were here on Saturday 28th of October and my husband has been unwell after eating the lamb burger. As it is all he ate on the day and since ( 4 day's later) it clearly is down to this

Waited ages on drinks starter came out before the drinks then waited over an hour on main spicy chips were a absolute joke cold reheated shrivelled up with chips jalapeños on top chicken burger was awful soggy loaded with sauce . Won’t be back unfortunately.

First you can’t book but they make a feature of “you can just walk right ups”. We tried 7pm on a Saturday, entering a half empty place and left for about five minutes before any staff came over. When they did they told us there was a one hour wait for food. The place may be big but it doesn’t work - go elsewhere there’s plenty of others who want to make money.

Was a nice wee restaurant but too much chips , would come back but just too big portions the chef sent out a dessert which wasn't ours but he told us to keep it
