I ordered a meat feast pizza with extra pineapple/onions/ tomato .I've only got pineapple / tomato / onions no meat I'm only letting u know

I've tried ordering 5 times and 5 times my order is rejected!!! Why?? It's an effing joke!! Anyone reading this, order somewhere else because this place is a joke!!!!!!!!!

Omg momo doner kerbab the best I have had in over 10 years,and I have tried everywhere,recommended by an really nice electrician that saved our bacon today,wow was he right,10/10 well done momo

Not happy tonight. Order basically everyday and tonight got order wrong at first, they did replace and give us the right thing but the kebab had been slapped together and my wrap is like cardboard. Really not happy with tonights food

Easily the best takeaway in barry.

Went here about 3 times a week. None of the staff made me feel overly welcome considering I was a bit of a regular. I quite often ordered a chicken diner wrap and was always happy with it. So I made my regular order and he gave me what was a half filled wrap at best. The consistency needs improving. Going to try other nearby take aways to see if any are better.

Had a few deliveries from here over a period of time. Delivery has always been prompt and the food excelkent. Cannot fault it do far

One of the worst burgers and chips I've ever had. Seriously need to put some pride back into what they do...Sloppy messy burger, refried chips...dry and cold. A mess of a meal. Terrible

Really poor food, chips wet and soggy coleslaw was basically just a pot of mayo Kebab meat stale when I rung up to complain the guy laughed and said don't order again if you don't like it. £30 wastes avoid this place

Owner is very lovely, made us feel welcomed. Food is ok. Area however felt kinda like a bit dodgy in the night

Kebab was swimming in grease. Thickly cut meat which felt grissley. Never again. Also took 1hr 50 mins to arrive

First time looking to order from here as ratings sound really good only thing thats stopped me ordering is the £6 delivery fee when my address is less than a 4 min drive ..disappointing when delivery fee is more than a kebab 🍢..maybe try another day when I can walk there

Thank you guys,had an amazing kebab. Asked for more salad as didn't want the bread as on keto diet and ended up with more meat as well, enough for a meal tomorrow. Definitely will be ordering from here again .

Wonderful food as always, All food items and sauces present. I highly recommend the Chicken Tikka Kebab. I fell asleep during the delivery time and the guy ended up knocking for atleast 10 minutes and he apologised for my own mistake. Lovely delivery service and lovely meal.

Tried this place as new to the area. Ordered a Chicken Shish. No frills but it was excellent and chicken cooked perfectly. Great value too.

Service was fine no issue but food was awful sorry but wouldn’t recommend my children wouldn’t even eat it and they will usually eat anything the chicken couldn’t even chew it chips and fries seemed like they were done in dirty oil all different colours and tasted awful never again I think the food hygiene rating should be inspected again!

Food arrived barely warm. Phoned up and spoke to the owner who assured us that we could reorder free of charge next time. When we tried reordering he denied making the offer. [UPDATE REPLY] The owners (Mo) response below, is inaccurate. I have not placed a review for his business before. I note from his many other complaints from other customers that he accuses people of making fake complaints. My complaint is accurate and true. Perhaps he should address the complaints rather than accuse his customers of lying. I spoke to you personally on the phone, don’t you remember? You initially pretended to be someone else. I have passed this shop several times and note during this time of Covid that neither he or his staff wear face masks when preparing or serving the food.

Food order arrived 30min late and cold. Told free meal on next order. Fobbed off on next order! This place is a scam!!!!

One of the most rude places I have ever been in. I only wanted a kebab with salad. I asked of you had any fresh salad as I could see it was sloppy and been out far too long. The branch unleashed insults on me for being fussy. Yes, I am fussy. If I'm paying for food, I would like it to be fresh. Never again, it tasted as bad as it looked and the staff are a joke. Much better around

Been twice and had delicious food on both occasions.

Quite nice food. Decent prices compared to my usual kebab place. Ordered kebab, fries and a pizza (to share). Was given the wrong pizza but it was still nice. All of it was enjoyed (perhaps a bit overkill on the white cabbage). Will be using again.

Large chicken kebab with salad and chips. Lovely portion of food. Chips were amazing. Lots of tasty meat in the kebab.. Definitely recommend

Love this place, my default takeaway. Friendly staff, reasonably quick from ordering to taking away but delivery on a Friday and Saturday takes a while which is to be expected.

Ordered on Food hub, order excepted by MoMo Pizza, canceled 10 mins later by MoMo. 5 days for me to get a refund as order was accepted. I'm a regular, so I phone to just ask why accept, then cancel a £30 order? Was laughed at and insulted by branch. Sorry, it's not about the cash. It's about how you handle business. It's a shame as your food can be nice, but the service is absolutely shocking. No longer a regular EDIT:. Seems owner still as toxic as ever. Lies, insults and bad business just keeps flowing. Order was on app, not online, YOU chose in the app where to advertise and deliver YOU accepted the order, taking my money (yes £30). I simply rang to find out why you accept my money and order, then canceled later. Instead of explaining I'm shouted at and insulted... Fantastic service 👌 Like I said, it's not about the money, it was just the way you handled it, and STILL continue to handle this entire thing, even here. Talk to your staff and a stress ball. Stay away if you don't want this kind of hassle guys, much better around and no headaches just for a family meal.

People there needs to learn English... Told the guy mix kebab with chips salat and mayo. Gave me mix with bread, salad and charged extra for mayo...

Best chicken tika kebabs in town and the garlic mayo is a winner. Always delivered within the hour and never got an order wrong.

Poor service, before we received the completely wrong order and despite they said they would deliver the correct order, never heard back from them. Just booked another delivery and they delivered too early and decided to leave our food on the doorstep and blacklist us

Have been ordering from here for ages and never been let down. Consistently great kebabs. Went back to our previous kebab house recently as there wife wanted it and we can both confirm that momo is far better. Always quick delivery and very tasty

Very disappointed, used online ordering that was not actually that easy, for some reason my order wasn't noted for specified time delivery but as I paid on line couldn't not accept when it was an hour earlier than we wanted, spoke to manager offered food back but no. So have a ruined food night,he said he had a back log of 15 orders, I'm sure for customer service it wouldnt Have hurt to redeliver A box less than £10 for future Recommendations and service😒

Ordered 2 kebabs from here tonight and they were amazing. Mixed chicken and lamb doner. Arrived very quickly and were very tasty, plenty of meat, salad and sauces. 1st time we've ordered from Momo as we fancied a change from our usual kebab house and were not disappointed. Highly recommended

Lovely place who do amazing food, me and my partner were going to order from them on Just Eat but after seeing that the delivery is £4 we changed our minds and went elsewhere which is a shame really because they make amazing food but £4 for delivery is just ridiculous, wouldn't mind if it was £2 but any delivery charge over that considering we are in the same area that the business is is just too much.

I don’t know what else to say, this is by far the best takeaway in Barry at the moment, kebab, pizza and burgers are excellent.

Usually love the food from here. However, ordered food tonight and it's come with soggy chips (they taste like leftover chips that someone has put in the microwave) and chicken nuggets that are rock solid and taste of rubber.. rang up and got told, "how the f**k am I meant to give you a refund" and said he will send another order out. Discusting customer service.
