Highly recommended - hugely disappointed . Took 45 minutes for a bacon sandwich to be served. Kitchen was ‘so busy’ apparently ? 10 other guests in the restaurant - should have mentioned the ‘busy’ status when order was taken. Then delivery 5 minutes for my dish after the other two I was with were served. Then to see that the bacon sandwich had one meagre slice of bacon - poor value - Greggs would have been at least 3 rashers for half the price in 2-3 minutes. First and last time ever. Such a huge disappointment when there are far better similar venues with better service, value and food for breakfast

I think the franchisee has decided to ignore this restaurant and never consult weekly checks on the business. It's lacking leadership and standards. All of the problems that were listed on this review thread for over a year is what I experienced. The place is also filthy. The toilets are disgusting. There was 1 customer sitting in the restaurant and 2 staff sitting outside yet the place is overflowing with rubbish and filth. The food also took over 20 minutes to arrive. The staff looked downbeat and unmotivated. Lack of leadership and ignorance of product leads to unmotivated staff and no repeat customers.
