This is a little hidden gem in Westbourne servicing great food and coffees. The cakes are really good and the staff friendly!

Opted in for a quick coffee and croissant, both exceptional. Pistachio croissant was delicious Saturday outside and watch Westbourne go by!

I had a delivery from here and was absolutely shocked that they had the audacity to send it as it came. Whomever made it clearly didn't care as they had already received my money. Raw snotty eggs. Over peppered tomato (so much pepper it was inedible). Mushrooms fried in a herb which overpowered them and left a strange after taste. And beans drier than the Sahara desert. Clearly scraped off the bottom of a pot. See picture. All in all, a waste of £15.

Enjoyable friendly cafe. Excellent coffee and fresh pastries. Small establishment and very busy on a Saturday morning so best to book even for coffee!

The mrs was craving a red velvet sponge cake. Went on deliveroo searched for it and Moka Pot came up. When I ordered I didn’t expect much, but THESE CAKES are insaaaanly good. I think once you go Moka Pot you can’t go back. Today I’ll try some actual food as well not just dessert but I feel like they won’t disappoint! Also just to add these cakes look beautiful as well. I’ve never had anything delivered before looking like this, this cake looked gorgeous.

Spent £40 on 2 crepes 1 avocado on toast and 3 flat whites. Coffee was lovely They brought out the wrong food and let the avocado toast on the table then took it off and gave it to the table behind us Then they gave us our food, the two crepes were nice but the avocado toast said “baked” tomatoes which is why I ordered it but they were straight from the fridge. The lady also gave us two salts, one obviously salt shaker and the other in a brown grinder which we all thought was pepper, not looking we all double salted our food making if taste awful. Have come here a few times and love the coffee and Nutella croissant but afraid won’t be returning.

Poor quality breakfast plate and be ready to wait for food is more more , by the time food arrives your drink is finished and order another one

Staying in Bournemouth on business a colleague recommended this place as great for authentic Italian pizza. I checked them out on their website but there was no mention of them opening in the evenings or doing pizzas. I called to check and they confirmed they were open and serving pizza. I arrived just after 8.00 pm and said I had heard their pizzas were great and would like to eat. The staff said they could not comment on their pizzas and I would have to make up my own mind. I ordered Sicilian meatballs to start which were great served with two slices of fresh ciabatta. I followed this with a calzone pizza which was as authentic a pizza as I have eaten outside of Italy. The service was attentive the food excellent and the prices reasonable Please update your website to reflect you are open in the evenings and you will always be full

Used to go there for the wonderful fresh pastries/food. Unfortunately, it lost its quality over the years, I add a few bad experiences Took a little ricotta cake, as a "gift" for a bday but the ricotta was expired( it tasted bitter). Sized all the products down. The crust of the croissants was not fresh as it used to be.

Went for breakfast with hubby. Great location, place was clean and bright. Good selection of food from breakfast to brunch to just having a tea/coffee and cake. Service was efficient reasonably priced.

Pancakes as good as the Breakfast Club! We’ve visited Moka Pot in Westbourne many times over the years for sandwiches, sciacatta and arrancini but today tried the pancakes and they were AWESOME!! Cooked to order, light, fluffy and plentiful as good as The Breakfast Club ones for those who have visited the chain.

If you live in Bournemouth or you come as a tourist, the best coffee with the most delicious cookies that you can find in Bournemouth are in Moka Pot. There are two Moka Pot branches, one in Bournemouth town center and the other one in Westbourne. I strongly recommend you try Latte with Pistachio Tart, but its other products are delicious too. You can try to taste Italian coffee in Moka Pot. Staff is always lovely and supportive. The only annoying thing is that they close at 5 pm on weekdays and 3 pm on sunday.

Gave this place 2 because my husbands coffee was nice! Ordered the large veggie brekkie which came on a plate a tiny bit bigger than a side plate with dried up mushrooms just not really even nice and left a weird taste in my mouth.. for £12.50? Don’t understand that pricing and I don’t resent paying that just make it worthwhile. And my husbands chicken crepe came with a big old hair then took forever to arrive again and when it did was undercooked and he couldn’t eat it, and he eats anything! He’s too nice to say anything but they should have at least taken his coffee off or offered something, but nothing! Maybe this is a coffee and pastry place, wanted to like it as thought sounds like a valuable true Sicilian offering to Westbourne but really disappointed and def won’t be returning! It’s always busy here so either a one off bad experience and they were too busy to care or the westbournites would rather pay over the odds to eat rank food just to be in the new cool place, unsure!

Banana split for breakfast? Banana with beautiful fresh berries, delicate Greek yoghurt with a dash of honey and a sprinkle of chia seeds. Wonderful start to the day. my husband chose the full English and also thoroughly enjoyed it.

Moka Pot is such a lovely cafe in the daytime and we heard they were starting to serve pizza in the evening Wednesday- Saturday, so thought we'd give it a try. The pizzas were really good, truly authentic Italian pizza at a reasonable price. We'll definitely be back.
