Food is always amazing from aroma the delivery driver though handed me a very messy bag where I’m guess due to careless riding as stuff had came out of containers

El personal no podía descuidar. No hola/ buenos días. Cuando llegó la comida el plato estaba frío y la comida. Un miembro del personal irrumpió por la puerta para gritarle a un hombre que pasaba. Ni una vez se acercó ningún miembro del personal y le preguntó si todo estaba bien. Todos parecían preferir estar en otra parte. Vergüenza como Poole y el personal wimborne increíble, amable y asegurar que todo está bien.

I ordered the Cream Tea and didn’t get my coffee. I also didn’t get a side salad with my baked potato. Baked potato was just slopped together. Disappointing for £17 👎

Came across this quirky cafe on a random hunger quest for a decent meal. This place was the correct choice. Walked through the door to a cosy atmosphere, got seated on my tod. Ordered a special Sucuk omelette, feta, peppers etc, really nicely cooked and prepared. Jacket potato was fluffy. Would definitely recommend the menu is a very wide variety for everyone! I'll be visiting again when I'm working down there next!

I am very disappointed. I was eating many times cheese Gozleme here and was delicious, but today was far from that. I was ordering a cheese Gozleme, and the waitress was telling me that as far as she knows, they have no cheese, but she will ask the chefs. She's coming back and telling me I'm lucky, they have cheese. When food arrives on the table, I had a big surprise to see that I got spicy spinach and no cheese at all 🤷‍♀️ I told her I know is not her fault, but that is not nice and they shouldn't do that. Her answer was like "sorry about that , sometimes it's happening... " no that should not happen as I had to pay for something I didn't eat and didn't like it. I paid for something I didn't order. Definitely, I'm not gonna eat there again as I'm not planning to eat what the chefs want me to eat. I am working hard for my money, and if I go out for breakfast/lunch/dinner, i would like to eat what I want. And yes, I paid full price.

Always come here for a good, tasty lunch or breakfast. Always delicious, fast service and freshly cooked. I definitely recommend, and got lots of options!

Delivery rider called from outside rather than buzzing to be let in and delivering to my door. Poor service.

Satisfied with spaghetti, lasagne had another taste, kidney pie is what I expected but had (gravy on top?). chicken in bun was a surprising taste yet fulfilling. cheeseburger had alot of brown spots on the bottom of the bun. After tasting it seemed like a burnt paper on the tray left for at least a few weeks without scraping. Be careful because there is an alien substance on your food. 3 stars

Menu and food looked lovely. Shame about the service. Came in on Sunday morning about half 10 and we’re just ignored for half an hour. Tables that had come in later got served and and orders taken while we were continually ignored as we were in a rush we had to leave. Such a shame as the food looked lovely and I’m starving. Won’t be coming again

We wanted lunch, as we were quite hungry after a long ride into Bournemouth. We decided to dine here, and it was worth it. The atmosphere was great! The meal was 💯 yummy. The service was amazing.It is definitely a place to visit while in Bournemouth.

Absolutely amazing staff and customer service, the food was beyond perfect and the atmosphere is splendid. I had come down to Bournemouth from Bristol for a weekend away with some friends. We stopped outside to read the menu and were greeted and shown in. The man who greeted us was very helpful and let us know all of the menu specials and items he’d recommend. The food could not have been any better and it was more than a fair price for the quality of the food and service. Definitely a place I’d recommend visiting. Definitely a place I’d like to visit again. Thank you to the staff for the great experience this morning!

Great food, simple and to the point, staff very attentive and friendly.

Disappointed at the lasagna, ruined by adding chilli. Chips were old tasting. Salad was very good.

Good portion size, but sloppily packaged for delivery. Food arrived very quickly, but quality perhaps suffered for it. Panini had very little integrity, being open on both sides so fillings fell out, and burgers were excessively greasy and bland. Cheesy chips were excellent, well cooked and prepared, shame about the rest.

Cafe Aroma is one of my partners and I's favourite places to have lunch. Haven't been in a while but used to go quite often. The staff are amazing and super friendly. They have a wide range of food and everytime we've eaten there its been delicious. Definitely a perfect place to grab a small bite to eat or have a full on meal

We went for breakfast two days running here. It’s a brilliant cafe. Lovely people running it and top quality food and coffee. We were also pleased to support such a lovely local business

Unhelpful staff, food was terrible - found pubic hair in my wife’s meal, she complained they laughed. Will be contacting Environmental Health.

Made a order with uber to have a delivery the food arrived was hot and all I can say was the best breakfast me and my partner have had eaten in a long time fresh ingredients great portions food cooked to perfection highly recommend

We was searching for somewhere to eat and came across this place. The menu looked good lots to choose from so we decided to try it. I ordered a burger and when it came it was just a cheap thin frozen looking burger which was really greasy and smelled horrible. I was really hungry so ate some of it but I have felt sick ever since eating it. The service was ok but they didn’t come to ask if the food was ok so we just payed and left.

We had so far the best breakfast in Bournemouth. Very clean and quiet place. Inside and outdoor plenty of seating as well as downstairs. Nice delicious food, veggie options as well. Staff was amazingly nice and best service we got. Waitress was very nice at her job.

Excellent breakfast food….we had Eggs Benedict with bacon and it was delicious….cooked to perfection. Everyone else in our party had different breakfasts to us and everyone enjoyed the food immensely. Very attentive service from all the staff, big pots of tea, great coffees and all reasonably priced. Would highly recommend if you’re in the area.

It's a good place in general, and the staff are very friendly. It's also the right place if you want to be close to the train station.

Ordered two breakfast and 2 kids meals Fish fingers was burnt and when i asked them to be changed chef came over and started that the oil is old and they have no new oil available as we only eat halah they opted for vegetarian sausages thay came burn yet again.

My fiancé and I LOVE this place!! Always great food, such friendly staff and we are always greeted with a smile, such a little gem in Bournemouth. A really lovely cafe! The food is always tasty and fresh, you just can't beat it for brekkie, (especially their late breakfast- I love adding on bubble and squeak too and some black pudding, it's so delicious!) or for the mains. Everything is such good value too! We've even ordered from Uber eats and never had an issue! Fab service always!! Highly recommended! 💗🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We’ve become regulars at Aroma due to their lovely breakfasts, it’s became our favourite spot for a weekend breakfast! I always have an early bird breakfast which is £6:95 and you get a tea or coffee, sausage, bacon, toast, egg, beans, tomato, hash brown and mushrooms! I personally don’t like beans hence none in the picture. The food quality is lovely particularly the sausage and mushrooms. It’s such a great deal! Outside of the breakfast deals their food is lovely, we’ve also eaten here in the evening and used the take away service.

The food in the photos in person look so nice but how come the food in delivery so disgusting? The Brie and bacon panini was cheddar and bacon. The pizza was loaded only with cheddar cheese and the maxi grill had no burger to it just a patty thrown in a prison like tray. It looks like it’s coming from a different place

The place in general is charming, the food is good and the staff is very friendly. The only thing I think is that the staff that work in the kitchen should wear the appropriate PPE to work, such as hats for hair or beards. I'm more specific in this since in my food I found two hairs, and it is really unpleasant to find yourself in this type of situation, if they improved this point I would raise my review to 5 stars .

We were walking past with our little dog and decided on the spur of the moment to pop in. A truly lucky find. Extremely friendly staff and prompt service. The food was delicious. Delightful, relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely return to this gem of a place.

What an amazing place! Compelled to leave a review for the amazing service but everything was wonderful. It's rare to find a place that has a great atmosphere, great food and great service - but this is it. Thank you to Sonny for providing a service that we actually had to keep stopping to comment on together because we were so amazed. Very attentive, able to run off alternative items on the menu to suit our needs, kept helping to make room on the table as we ordered more, natural people person who kept us smiling, and side note - how did he know I'd want a straw without even asking? (hate smudging my lipstick! ) - smart man haha. Great food, great coffee, impeccable service.
