1st class knowledgeable service for drinks and food. Great terraced garden. Dog and children friendly. Water for the dog. Offers on kids meals. Could not fault this place. Highly recommended and well worth the walk from the beach front!

Wasn't very busy on a Bank holiday Monday but they served a nice cold pilsner which was really refreshing.

Brilliant place, good range of beer and a varied good value menu. Will be keeping an eye out for this chain in future.

As regular customers since it first opened - we live 2 mins away, we have seen the decline in the last year or so. From the now very loud, questionable choice of music in the pub killing any conversation or atmosphere; to the rat infestation in the garden. We find ourselves thinking twice before stepping in, then being disappointed with the experience time and again. On the other hand, the beer and food are still great.

What a gaff for the euros! We got a 9 pint dispenser for the table so we didn’t miss a second of the England game while chowing down on some great food! Will be bring more friends for the next game! Well done guys

Delicious food and lovely terrace

I went for the Beer and Whisky pairing with my Dad as a belated Birthday present. Josh was our host and gave us a great experience with lots of insight into the pairings. The food and drinks were of high quality and I’d definitely recommend this to others.

Had a burger that was perfect, and the fries was at absolute top class! Very Crunchy!

Name says it all. Not a classic pub but our own beer (very tasty) and even Augustiner Helles on the menu (bottle). Food typical of an English pub, nothing exceptional but ok and tasty. No culinary highlights, but okay. Very friendly service. Interesting men's toilet. Nice beer garden behind the house. Overall, highly recommended for Bournemouth.

Sadly not the best experience. We ordered three meals with another three small plates. The three plates consisting of onion rings, ham croquettes and chips came out first. The chips were ok the other two were extremely over cooked. The pie and mash came out second and again the pie was over cooked. The two Caesar salads came out 20mins later ????? We wanted chicken Caesar but was told there was no chicken. An extremely poor showing for the kitchen and manager. Our salads were taken off the bill and was also given free puddings but we had only put two hours on the parking so sadly did not have time for those. Very disappointed

Stopped here randomly for a Sunday dinner. Got fitted in, seated quickly by a lovely waitress. Drinks and food served quickly with helpful input from the staff. Really enjoyed the food. Perfectly cooked. Prob one of the best meals we've had in a while.

Steak Frites was a disappointment. No Garlic whatsoever despite it being mentioned in the menu. Also wait at the bar on both rounds was silly.

Uncomfortable, reasonable prices, good food, good service.

We visited while on holiday and first impressions were excellent, we ordered at the bar as the app was not working, and were told after ordering (and paying) that certain items were not available. We ordered alternatives which were not as expensive and were not even offered the difference back or any acknowledgement that we had now overpaid. The food was average, slightly burnt cold burger buns and all the meals were just a bit plain overall. Definitely deserve the 3 stars for the decor and lovely atmosphere of the place.

Quick lunchtime meal and drinks. Quite a good choice for both. Tasty. Good friendly service. Just a pity it was seaside prices!

Had lunch with friends, ordered via a QR code, and asked if I wanted to leave a tip before I'd even or sean any staff. Food came pretty quick but table seemed slow to be cleared.

The chap who I assume was the manager on the Saturday for six nations as top notch. Walking around the pub chatting to patrons and checking everything was OK

A very nice initiative! We thought the prices in the food menu were a bit much compared to what we have seen in the area around but the ales and the crisps were amazing! Very nice masterclasses for beer and whiskey lovers and again exquisite ales!!!

Came back here after a year to celebrate valentine's with my partner, food was amazing, greater than I remember, great range of drinks available and service by grant was so friendly and speedy. Defo worth booking this place

Beer was good and that’s where it ends…. Food was awful, nachos served cold, burnt ends were like rubber and the onion rings were clearly not cooked in hot oil. Kitchen staff need better training. Won’t order food again

Love this place and come here frequently, definitely worth going to if you’re in the triangle area. Grant is lovely and always really helpful and accommodating also with beer recommendations. Well decorated and a nice garden and fire pit.

Waiter managed to spill drinks on two separate occasions over myself and another guest. Food was good but slightly underwhelming given the price and it was disappointing that we only found out upon arrival that we were meant to have pre-ordered for the Christmas menu, it would have been nice to have been informed of this in advance!

The staff were lovely, helpful and very friendly. The food was to a good standard and it was a lovely touch that we were provided with a few extra pigs in blankets as the Chef was unhappy about how the stuffing (which there was nothing wrong with) had turned out. All in all, a lovely experience.

Came for a beer waited 30 minutes at the bar, Bar staff wouldn't serve anyone who wasn't with one party, so we left. Update: Came for a roast on a Sunday and specifically booked a table here for a Sunday roast for a group of 7. On arrival we're told they were no longer doing roasts. Decide to get a drink while we find another venue, they are out of their flagship Legend Lager, requested the next closest thing to a lager and essentially received a stout. Ask for no ice in our coke and get a look like I had just shot their cat. Honestly in my opinion the worst brewhouse in the country I don't understand how they can be so different (The Southbourne one is great go there instead)

Booked in for Sunday lunch but were advised on arrival that you were not serving Sunday roasts, so went elsewhere.

First time visiting the brewery had a lovely pint and we both enjoyed out lunch highly recommended.

Wir waren zu viert hier und und haben das Essen generell als unterdurchschnittlich empfunden. Zum Bier: Es ist mir ein Rätsel, wieso man ein Bier („Lightning Bolt“) ohne Fruchtaromen und mit nur 4 Prozent Alkohol als IPA deklariert. Das spricht nicht dafür, dass diejenigen, die die Getränkekarte erstellt haben, auch Ahnung von Bier haben. In der App wurde es mit 5,5 Prozent aufgeführt, ansonsten hätte ich es nicht bestellt…

Das Essen wirkte wie samt Teller im Ofen aufgewärmt. Eine einzige Biersorte war lecker. Der Service sehr lustlos. Aber die Deko an der Wand war hübsch.

Kann ebenfalls nur sagen, Bier und Ambiente sind richtig gut, beim Essen ist ganz viel Luft nach oben, vorsichtig formuliert. Sorry.

I’m a fan of Brewhouse and Kitchen. Wherever I go always try if there’s any branch of it. But this one is really cool. Friendly and cool staff, great service, beautiful ambience, plenty of seating and nice drinks. After a very long walk, I had really good and relaxing time there. Thanks to the staff team 👍

Went on Saturday 2nd Sept 23 for dinner. There was five of us. There was only about 9 people in the whole bar ( including us ). Toilets were very dirty. Paper everywhere. The three members of staff were too busy eating food at the bar to even bother looking at us. We used the app to get served. The food was not good. Chicken burned and the bbq sauce was squirted on the top like a large poo on it. All five dishes were made without a care from the kitchen. The table opposite us did not get the dishes cleaned in all the time we was there. We even cleared our own table after eating. An amazing looking venue and lots of money spent on it. The owners definitely need to do some secret diners on this venue if they wish it to stay in business

Schöne Location, Bier günstig, Essen naja, der Hunger treibt es rein. Der Salat meiner Freundin hat schon bessere Tage gesehen. Das Garlic Bread ist nicht zu empfehlen, anfangs denkt man naja für englische Verhältnisse in Ordnung, danach denkt man, es wurde vorher mit Wasser eingerieben. Dass Blauschimmelkäse in den Pommes ist, hätte ich lesen müssen. Trotzdem eine Schande, dass sowas auf der Karte steht. Viele Grüße Komme wieder aufgrund des günstigen Bieres.

Unfortunately we arrived and the smell was sooooo bad we couldn't even stand around in there, we tried to get the attention of the lady behind the bar to let her know we had arrived but wasnt staying but she didn't even acknowledge us so we just left. Shame as the menu looked good.

We did the beer tasting experience and it was really fun! Loads of seating inside and outside and loads of great drinks to try! The staff and manager were really friendly as well and it was a great experience! Would definitely do it again and the food was great!

Nice bar located on Poole Hill, decorated well throughout, a micro brewery with its own ales, lagers etc., the men's toilets had very little or no hand gel, snd the floor was very wet when I visited. It does food aell as drinks and does a burger and beer for £10.95.

Though the food was good, the service was just not there for a 4.4-star restaurant. Some of the staff made an effort, however, overall I was disappointed - we had to order via app or at the bar for food as no table service, though the table next to us had the same server take an order (in an empty dining area), a jug of water was a rinsed out Jack Daniel's bottle and had to refill ourselves as no-one was checking in. 4 bar staff and 1 waiter...just seemed an all bit disjointed.

Not the best experience, beer was great and good banter from the barman but 7 pound a pint was much steeper than we are used too and a clear 2 pound more a pint than our local microbrewery. Food unfortunately was poor, my wife and I got a focaccia sandwich and the bread was under cooked and super stodgy. Chips were 2 pound for a small pot and hideously salty. Wish we read the reviews ahead of going as poor food was raised in several recent reviews and we would agree. Its a shame as the same chain in Cheltenham was outstanding, but sadly not this one.

A good place, we were a big group of 18 people. They looked after us, food ok, good food for large group but not amazing. Dishes with gravy not great - very sweet. Salad good. And beer-can chicken good. A large venue with lots of side rooms. Have fun.

I had a chicken salad which was described with croutons and cheese. Both was missing on my salad. I had red onions instead. Im allergic against raw onions. I ate lettuce with tomatoes and tiny bits of chicken. The salad sauce was good The atmosphere alright. No one asked if everything was alright or I would have told them. Very disappointed and I wanted to go there couple of times during next days. But need to find something else now.

So disappointed visiting here. Place wasn’t very busy when we arrived. Only pleasant experience was the lovely table server Liv. Ordered meatballs and nachos as starters. Meatballs came out cold and when we said to waitress they came back obviously heated in microwave even though we were asked if we wanted fresh ones. Nachoes were mediocre. Ordered rib eye steak,burger and loaded fries as extra. Everything came out as we were eating starters and we were told it was last steak on menu and did we want it on hot plate. It came back cold, loaded fries came back with slaw which I asked to be removed and it not thing left was the chips and sauce none of the other ingredients on menu on chips!! Food was cold and not was described on menu. So very disappointed. Rest of staff other than Liv were very dismissive

We held our wedding reception upstairs. Fantastic venue, the team were a great help and overall a great party. Highly recommend.

Walked in wasn't made to feel welcome the food is generic for pub prices. The only selling point is their brewery and making their own ales and that's if you like ale.

I will say 5 stars for the majority of service. Sadly let down at the end when we sent a dessert back we ordered that arrived before we had finished our mains. The waiter even tried to put it down as my client was still clearly eating his main course. Asked politely to say not ready for said desert. After maybe 20mins we were ready for dessert the waiter returned with same dessert and apologised that the ice cream had slightly melted. I was stunned and said well can you replace it and he said no. I basically demanded that I wanted a new desert. Honestly long story so completely amazed at lack of anything here. Anyway we did have a nice meal just ruined slightly by an ignorant member of staff who I felt didn't represent the rest of the great crew.

Son was going to treat us. Chicken was virtually inedible as it had clearly been overcooked or reheated. Bar staff were unable to pour a pint and a half. Air conditioning made it freezing so we had to ask for it to be turned off even though all customers were wearing coats. I discreetly told the waiter about poor food - he said he would tell kitchen jut no response. We paid for meal as I couldn't expect son to pay for that. We will not be back. I don't believe I have given 1 star before. Avoid at all costs. Genuine review.

Stopped by for a beer last night and didn't expect to see great hospitality and service so well exemplified. Andre was a gem and clearly runs a customer-centric bar where he and his team are always on top of things, even down to recognising a birthday of one of the party.

Fantastic meal yesterday at Brewhouse, dogs allowed in and both got a biscuit given by the incredibly friendly staff. Enjoyed a Bacon Cheese Burger, other half enjoyed the Gluten Free Hake whilst our friend had the loaded Fries and Cauliflower wings!. Special shout out to Andre, Mike and Millie for just making the experience great

Visited twice in a month so can't be bad! First visit was with a gifted voucher so booked online. It was quite early 12.30pm and midweek. Was very quiet when we arrived, wasn't even sure it was open. Only one person on the bar and also hosting, needed to call the manager to help with the voucher. Once sorted, we were told we could sit anywhere, we chose upstairs which had one other table busy. Service was a bit slow but once we ordered the drinks and food arrived quickly. Burgers were OK, better than Weatherspoons and would have another but wouldn't travel out of my way just for the burgers. 2 weeks later, was in the area with relatives so popped in for a pint and a lunchtime bite to eat. Had the dogs with us which wasn't a problem. It was Saturday lunchtime so very busy. Found a table and used the online at the table ordering, was great! Drinks arrived very quickly after ordering, friendly service. Food followed soon after the drinks and was again good, not amazing but empty plates speak for themselves. Overall a good experience and if in the area its a good pint and reasonable place to eat.

Nette kleine Kneipe mit super Sound, der laut, aber nicht gesprächsstörend ist. Verschiedene Biere und nette, persönliche Bedienung. Kannte mixh beim 2ten Besuch wieder. Genau was man braucht, wenn man allein unterwegs ist.

Came in for a roast dinner today, the food was great. Very big portions and staff were happy to get plenty of extra gravy for us. The waiter who served us was lovely, very polite and quick to help.

Took my Mum here for Mother's Day today. The roast dinner was very nice. You get offered free top up potatoes and gravy which I would accept, as on the plate are 4 small potatoes, (delicious but a bit skimpy). The extra potatoes are 2. The only thing I disliked about the experience, was the decision to allow dogs in the premises. I think it's unhygienic and ruined the atmosphere with some barking away.

I was given a beer tasting master class as a birthday gift from my step son, went on a busy Friday night with my wife who does not drink alcohol, Our host Josh was most friendly and welcoming and made sure the experience was as good as possible ensuring my wife had a fantastic choice of non alcoholic drinks to sample as well as the beers that I had. Great food as well and a great atmosphere. Rhank you we really enjoyed our evening

The roast was the worst I've had if I'm honest. Dry as hell and just a massive disappointment when spending £55 in total. Who ever cooked the Sunday dinner at 5:30pm shouldn't work in a kitchen!

We found this place online when looking at different places to visit Bournemouth when we were there for a couple of days. We like trying new and different places and also trying local breweries. This place was so good to visit and we will be re-visiting when we are in Bournemouth for sure. We have also been looking at other Beerhouses around the UK. The choice of beers was amazing and the food did look really good. Happy hour is also really good with a choice of a lot of beers, wines and spirits. Thank you and we look forward to re-attending soon

I always regard the Sunday lunches at the Brewhouse & Kitchen, Bournemouth, as the best available of any establishment in the area. The food is plentiful and the quality excellent. And I really like the idea of diners having their gravy boat! Combine that with the friendly service given to us by Sam, and it all makes for a great Sunday Lunch occasion!

Good food, especially vegan options. The Sunday roast options seemed really good. Beer is really good. Had the Black IPA and the Storyteller, both really good. Atmosphere is pretty good as well.

Sam was brilliant and very friendly, made our day that much better.

Lovely pub. Had an amazing Sunday roast. Took a while to get to the table but understandable given how busy it was and there was a whirlwind of activity in the kitchen as the two chefs rushed the food out. Went and thanked them as we left as it’s an open pass and found James and Sam to be lovely and high spirited given the pressure they were under. Highly recommended..

Great beer, nice food friendly service

First and last visit I'm afraid. Food wasn't great, our orders were mixed up on the plate, so we had to swap things around to get what we ordered. Waitress did apologise and offered a free side dish but we declined. Chef hasn't been there very long apparently, but surely the server should also be checking what's going out. Music was too loud, so was difficult to chat, some of the tables hadn't been wiped down after being cleared. We had to move around to 4 different tables find a comfortable place, because the temperature in there was either too hot, or freezing cold. On the whole, the place just wasn't inviting and looked very untidy.
