Food arrived in time and hot the meat in my mixed kebab with salad was quite dry and chewy the salad was bland 1 tomato a little lettuce little onion little red cabbage and a bit of lemon 1 jelepeno I expected a better salad and better kebab in general chips was nice. Ordered a battered marsbar & apple pie both were over cooked

Regretted not heeding the previous reviews once the ninth person got served in front of us. Only when I chased them for our order did they check on the scampi which they had burnt so we had to wait for a fresh serving. They offered us a can of drink as an acknowledgment of the long wait. The chips were not good, the scampi was best thing in the order, the cod was disappointing too and only a few bites were had. Most of it went in the bin.

The chips were very cold. I had to re heat on high in the microwave which was extremely disappointing, didn’t taste the same as when served hot and fresh. Delivery person seemed grumpy.

Terrible, order time kept changing,,,lost count after 6 times, originally ordered at 5.30pm order arrived at 7.30pm , 2 hours ...and when it turned up was cold and greasy, do not order from here

food very cold on arrival followed driver on route map he went all over place . so no wonder food was cold.

We ordered chicken strips which are £7. They give you the option for sauces but what they don’t tell you is they cover the chicken strips in the sauce. We ordered 3 sauces assuming they would come in pots or sachets (like any other food place) but when we opened the strips they were covered in the sauce. Who looks at an order and thinks that 3 different sauces would be good smothered on chicken strips. When we called the restaurant they told us it’s our own fault. They were no help and rude.

apparently this is the standard way of serving chicken strips and when questioned was rude and not accommodating. workers have no idea what they’re doing, kids answer the phone, food arrived cold and chips were stale. waste of money and not cheap either.

Food arrived on time and tasted great. Was missing our mushy peas, but Just Eat have refunded that part of the order.

Where do I start. 1. The way you run this “business” is insane. You pile all food on top of heaters and just make customers wait way too long for a takeaway meal. I waited over 50mins for 3 meals. Everyone was complaining. 2. Service, lack off if basically. No customer service and so bloody rude when I asked how much longer my food was going to be. 3. Atmosphere, terrible just have people waiting around for food that should be ready. What fish and chips doesn’t have chips ready all the time. And make customers wait 20-30 mins for them. Joke place and will not be returning you lost many customers tonight as everyone was in the takeaway moaning away about how down and poorly run it is.

Food piled up on the top of cookers, waiting for chips!!! Seriously we’re waiting for chips from a fish and chip shop, how you don’t have any chips ready is a crime, it’s not a mystery that you sell chips. It’s like Greggs not having sausage rolls, come on guys

Had a very bad experience before but since going back it really has improved. Fresh food, very delicious and service a lot better. Am a lot happier and really enjoyed all the food.

Food was cold by the time we got it because the driver was insistent we needed to give him a 4 digit delivery code and refused to leave! We have never had to give a code, hadn’t received a code, he then tried to do a live chat while standing on our doorstep refusing to allow us to shut the door. When we finally managed to get the food and close the door he stayed on the doorstep before re ringing the bell asking for my delivery mobile number. He then stayed on the doorstep even longer!

Too many chips. Asked for 2 small portions but received 2 large portions.

Website prices are way out of date a large cod is now £10 not £6 and other prices are all significantly higher. This is very misleading if you are on a budget. If they can’t keep the website upto date it should be taken down.

Ordered plaice so it was freshly cooked. Arrived overcooked, batter was so well done it shattered as i cut into it. Swimming in grease. Can't believe they actually sent it out looking like that.

Please please don't use this place. Without doubt the wose fish and chip shop I have visited. Totally overpriced for rank and soggy chips. Can't even deep fry without buggering it up. Totally disinterested staff. Go somewhere else.

Please do not use. Ordered via just eat some time ago, had to return order due to finding a hair. No apologies offered. Neither just eat and shop would give me my money back. I’ve lived in the village for 16 years and always used before. Absolute thieves.

The quality of the food was poor,the meat was dry and hard around the edges and the chips were hard and dry. The only nice thing was the salad.

Average fish and chips after the longest wait….25 minutes?? Staff seem more interested in messing about and having a laugh behind the fryer rather than serve customers. Quite expensive as well

Delivery time changed twice. Chips inedible, the paper was also wet through they were just a mass of stuck together stodge. Pie definitely shouldn’t have been sent out, hard like a brick! Second time of late your food and service has been a disappointment and your prices can’t be justified on some items. We would rather travel a little further and use a new chippy!

Last week too much batter on fish, this week the chicken was bad, off. I want a refund please. Salad and chips not a good dinner. Very disappointed.

I’ve ordered the same chicken Shish from here many times because it’s always so succulent and flavourful but this time the chicken was dry and had very little taste. In fact it tasted completely different, different seasonings perhaps? Not sure but nowhere near as good as usual. Quite disappointed to be honest. Hopefully it’s not the same next time!!!

Absolutely hands down my favourite chip shop in the Medway towns!! Great portions! Fresh fish and good value for money I visit once a week every week! The staff are polite and professional! Polite, well mannered and happy to help! I highly recommend!

Good experience and food was lovely. Staff helpful. It's always delayed though when arranging to collect. Told 15 mins and wasn't ready for a further 20 mins.

The cod was not cooked right all soggy

Fish was awful. Paid £10.50 for large cod, the batter was hard , the fish was chewy and was just disgusting.

Unfortunately not up to normal standard tonight, chicken nuggets, onion rings and the rock greasy and over cooked especially the rock which my husband couldn't eat the batter.

The food was absolutely disgusting worst meal me and mum have had never go back .
