M&M Kebab & Pizza House in The Vale of Glamorgan

I recently visited this kebab shop and was really impressed. The establishment was exceptionally clean, and the food was fresh and cooked right in front of you, which was a nice touch. The kebab wasn’t greasy at all, just perfectly done with great flavour. The service was also very friendly, making the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quality kebab!

Always have good food from here, but the only let down tonight was No raw onion on my pizza which I asked for and always have. Usual pizza maker wasn’t there. Could explain it.

Have been going here for years, great variety of food on offer, always very tasty and always great value for money. The staff are also very friendly again. Part of the furniture in Penarth.

The old moody guy behind the counter big guy always rude and arrogant looks like he hasn’t had a shower in weeks

Stopped here for a burger. Huge mistake. Food hygiene rating is a 3 but should be a 1. They charge £7 for a burger! £14 for a 9 inch pizza. The staff member was handling raw meat and cooked without washing hands. Cross contamination and food poisoning is almost a certainty. The Burger was made from what looked like a mushy dog food. I will never ever go in here again. I threw the dogs meat in the bin. Not sure why this level of poor food is able to be served. Disgusting.

This place is a no go. Man behind the counter rolled his eyes at me when I struggled to hear him. Food wasnt that bad at the time however it has now been almost two weeks since I have eaten there and whatever was in the kebab has made me so unwell that I’ve needed to see a doctor.

Ordered before was lovely no problems. Just ordered again 2 pizzas were wrong toppings rang them he was really rude to me !! Told me they ha ent done nothing wrong sent delivery driver back to pick them up so change which left the chips go cold. Came back 50 mins later with 2 pizzas right toppings but absolutely spicy as hell on both I showed the delivery driver how and what I ordered on thr website to show the guys in shop. This was after they rang me back to be so rude and tell me it was my fault. I explained I wasn't trying to be difficult and he didn't need to be rude me me the delivery guy told me he was new which I don't believe now I'm unable to eat the pizza as my mouth is on fire baring in mind I ordered the exact same thing last time and it was definitely not this spicy hoping my son eats his so I was hungry after a long day in work I most certainly won't be ordering again after the service on phone and the extra spice/chilli flakes they've added to our pizzas. thanks very much.

Order a delivery to find most of the order missing. They refused to do any thing about it and would not talk to me. Put phone down then refused my calls. Had to order another takeaway from a different shop as not enough food. Lost my money on original Avoid this business at all costs

Absolutely shocked with the delivery! My brother went in and bought take out donner kebab and chips. When we opened the box there was literally three mouthful of meat and rest chips! It was AWFUL! They certainly should not cut the corners!

Always consistent quality. Efficient service and delivery. Grilled chicken, salad, chips and sauces. What's not to like. Comfort food for cold nights and value for money.

This is my favorite place. The guys who run it are so nice and helpful, and the food is awesome! I’m from California and have lived in the UK for a few years - but I didn’t have a kebab until last year and I am hooked! I always get the chicken donner meat and chips with mint and chili sauce - do it, you won’t regret it! The meat is great, the chips are great, the sauces are great, the salad is great! I would have it every night if I could!

Been Ordering from here for about 4-5 years with my buddies regularly. Love the food and and the deals on Pizzas. then out of nowhere they have increased the price of everything, and I'm not on about 1 or 2 things, I mean the whole menu by at least a £1 which may not seem like much, but adds up a lot on multiple items. When you can easily get similar food from other places for a lot cheaper. Pretty disappointed as it was our regular, but we will be looking elsewhere now

Poor. Got a large order wrong. We didn't discover until I got home. I phoned afterwards - I was very polite but their employee was very rude. Very poor service. I won't be using again. Food is average.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS... We ordered food directly with the restaurant at 6.45pm, was told it would be half hour. Called at 8pm was told it was en route. Called again, constant engaged tone. Picked up at 9pm, told again it was en route. Hopelessly unreliable. Very upset family.

Ordered large kebabs,but one was obviously a small one as hardly any meat compared to the others..When I rang to say it was a small one sent instead was told the meat shrinks ,but the same other large kebab basically didn't shrink.Was told that's it basically.On top of that food wasn't that nice either.Will not use again.

Beside the fact it's a Takeaway, it is the best around! Love the meat doner. It's amazing and I'd go for this every time we order.

We order from here regularly, however we ordered but accidentally sent it to the wrong address, it went to my address not my girlfriends where we currently were. Couple days later we ordered again but our meals were diabolical, the chips were rock hard, the cheesy chips had barely any cheese on them and the burger was just inedible. We will definitely not be ordering again.

Cold food that is pre cooked and left in a vat until they Chuck it in a box Very rude staff I only write this review as I have been going hear from time to time and feel strongly enough to write now just how rude the staff are.

They are wonderful,everyone at this takeaway is amazing,the food is lovely and fresh and have a nice variety. The customer service is the best, they will make u laugh, quick and efficient service, very clean takeaway.

Standard kebab takeaway in the centre of Penarth. Cash only establishment. You can order for home delivery through Just Eats.

Decent food but the owner is obsessed with having a quiet shop. I don't think he understands that owning a kebab shop next to half a dozen pubs will attract a lively crowd. He needs to get a grip.

Customer servise terrible its a wounder the place is still running waited an hour and no food when called they said it been delivered

Shame you can't pick no stars! If you want arrogance and rudeness with your takeaway they have this is abundance. For god sake don't ask them any questions as their replies often offend!! I would rather eat the soles off my boots than give them custom again.There is a nice chip shop near go there instead. Update: just tried Bella pizza in penarth a real gem of a place. Clean...good food and FRIENDLY!

Customer service doesn't exist in this establishment!!!!! Ordered a kebab and burger through JustEat. As you weren't able to choose which salad vegetables you wanted through the app, only salad in general. I phoned them after to request, only to be told "is that all you're calling for, don't you know how busy it is here?" Will never order from here again. Absolutely appalling, disgusting, vile attitude. My advice....order elsewhere.

Ordered a couple of kebabs online, in the salad section you could choose from the list, which includes chilli. We then chose one sauce as per allowance. For both kebabs we wanted chilli from the salad bar and mint/garlic sauce on our kebabs. When they arrived, both were drenched in hot chilli sauce plus our chosen one. I called to complain only to be told it was our fault as we’d chosen chilli from the salad bar. Subsequently both have ended in recycling! Won’t ever go there again - appalling attitude!

The food is great quality and the price is good. The service is friendly and quick. The pizzas are the best about. The only problem you may encounter is if you are unfortunate enough to be served by the old guy who flips the burgers you are in for a disappointing experience. He is arrogant and somehow condescending. He seems to think he owns the place. Aside from him what a great place.

I cannot fault the food however the attitude of the older guy was horrendous. I had forgot to ask for them to put garlic sauce on my chips after they had bagged it all up. Well if looks could kill I wouldnt be here writing this haha The owner said I should have asked for the garlic sauce to be put on the chips when he had asked whether I wanted salt and vinegar. If I wasnt so hungry the food would have been thrown back behind the counter. Wont go there again even if the food is good.

Omg this place is shocking !! Will never order again .. Attitude on the staff was disgusting.. when the food came my chicken was'nt cooked ... Also my daughter's kebab was cold ... so they sent a new order and was still awful .. did'nt realise the food rating was 2 either 😮 .. did'nt even say Sorry !!! Good customer service NOT !!
