M&M Kebab Henbury in Bristol, City of

Not often disappointed with them but last night we were. Chips had clearly been refried,were luke warm and hard,chicken burger was more bun. If you don't want late orders don't open lat or give late deliverytimes,but just because is a late order shouldn't mean food quality is poor

What oils do you use for your food? Like the chicken burger and chips. Please can someone reply to this, thank you.

Made a order for delivery food never turnt up but my app said it had been delivered called restaurant and there basically told me it's not their problem if it says it's been delivered there is nothing can do so no food and down £30

Ordered chicken combo 2 meals, within no time they served the meal, chicken pieces are crispy and juicy same of KFC with special taste. Highly recommend place 🍗

We ordered the special menu and chips arrived in the polystyrene box had melted the box. We called the shop instead of apologiesing or refunding our money they told us "OK next time we look after you" There is serious hygiene issue with this place. Do not order from this place.

They gave us a small bread and a large kebab and the beans leaked all over the bag and they said "you can't eat the bag" when we were trying to explain and it's smells weird so I would not recommend

Ordered over phone 9pm..told 40 mins 1 hour..OK. never got delivery. Called and told shop closed. Sorry only £10 off next order. Why would I want to order again? Lived here for 20 years always used them most weekends as we work late. £10 they can shuf it from now on..going elsewhere!! Hangry isn't the word. Look after your locals ffs !!!

Ordered everything from pizzas to kebabs from.these guys over several years and have never been disappointed. I think the prices are very reasonable and potions both generous and well cooked. Recent food hygiene rating was a 5 as well so that's also a bonus.

The worst customer service ever! Extremely rude and condescending staff. I would never buy anything there.

Ordered wings and chips, wings were really really small and dry absolutely rubbish, I asked put ketchup and chilli sauce on them, when I opened hardly anything, the guy is really low attitude, never go back 👎🏼👎🏼

They stucked in 90's no card machine who is having cash those days! Also rude avoid at all cost

The donner was stale and old and very hard and what they charge for it you would expect fresh donner

This place was very good came here last week with two of my friends and got a very nice cheese pizza

If you, like me, love Pizza Palace down by the fountains, buy a pizza from here. You're not gonna get fancy sourdough here. You're gonna get a cheap pizza enough cheese to give you a heart attack and you'll love having it! Recommend having a skin full before eating it for maximum satisfaction. The kebabs looked pretty epic, good portions and well cooked by friendly staff. Cash only so bring some readies. Will be going back again.

I ordered a portion of chips and was quite thoroughly enjoying it until I seen those weird daddy long legs flying things in the container. I threw it away thinking nothing of it, but the next time I went there AGAIN there was that thing in there. Their chips would be really nice if they could get rid of all the bugs flying about in there. Never been back there since to be honest.

Not sure why there are negative reviews on here as my experience with this place is always brilliant! Ok it's not Michelin starred, but I have always found the staff super friendly and chatty and the food nothing short of spot on. We've just had 2 pizzas tonight. The driver was professional and friendly and the pizzas were brilliant . We order once every 6 weeks or so and will continue to do so.

It's pretty good, just not as good as the Filton one.

The worst customer service ever! We ordered two wraps with salad, tomatoes and cucumber. They put just a salad in one of them and when I noticed they did the same in the second one I asked to add the rest of the staff we asked. It was a problem all ready and answer to that was “too late, next time”. When we went to the car I couldn’t eat my food as it was falling apart. I came back to show them that it’s impossible he took the food which went all over the counter wrap it again and gave it to me back. I opened it in front of him and it was the same story. He was rude enough to ask me if I eat a wrap first time in my life. Horrible experience, do not recommend that shop. Worst customer service I experienced. Doesn’t deserve even one star.

That was an early morning, and no one was open, to order some food. At the midday, M&M (Henbury) replyed. Ohhh The food was amazing! Hot food and fresh salad, what else would you prefer? There was no delivery driver at that point, but the Boss took the responsibility and delivered the order himself! Thats something, that you’ll not gonna see everyday. Clean shop with nice customer services.

Not nice food and not healthy enough but I know that they have salad in the the meal I like to eat it on the side of the the meal and have more seating outside the shop like others do so people don't have to eat them at home now

I find this particular M&M Kababs absolutely brilliant i I always have fried chicken and it may be a little greasy but it's always hot and full of flavour, love the spices they use on both the chicken and wedges. I always tip the drivers if I can as they are polite fast and always seem to smile. Great food guys keep it up and I'll spend another 5 years ordering from M&M Kababs Henbury Many thanks

I ordered chicken burger meal on 2/4/21 at 20:20 pm I started eating it and the chicken was raw pink and I rang them up and they put the phone down on me so people do not eat from there very bad place

Tried quite a few kebab shops in North Bristol over the 13+ years of living here, and hands down this is the best one. I just love coming back here or ordering in. There is literally nothing on the menu that I would not pick, and usually it is difficult to choose because EVERYTHING IS SO DELICIOUS. I also recommend using their website, delivery is super quick and sometimes the food arrives so hot I have to watch my fingers! Hello Yusuf! Thank you for the hard work and keep it up!

The kebabs wraps were lovely , the chips were over done and vile , you live and learn , would defo order again tho , just no chips 😁

Great value when going to the store home delivery works out expensive with the charge and min order. Great staff members who listen to requests. Menu can be tweaked as long as you ask and pay any additional costs.

A phenomenal experience, while this is the most current and relevant review it is also the most accurate. Came with 2 friends and were blown away by the expectations because of reviews. " The canopy of a Costa Rican jungle" was the vibe described by my meal partners. Nobody has previously mentioned the chilli sauce which being essentially mint sauce is a revelation in the chilli sauce realm. Truly vibrant vegetable accoutrements with the kebab meal, weighing in at £6,80 were a true compliment to the meat. Chilli, pickled, green and light, mint and chilli with a side oid chips, more than enough for dipping, a sultry kebab experience. Sexy. M&M. Doner. Will return. 4/6

went to town shop it was very nasty eat the kebab i got food poisoning with them i wont coming back again. no star

Will never go back to this place. The guy there simply disregards my request. Asked for he salad and chicken to be in separated boxes as I don’t like the chicken getting the salad juice on it ( they just put it anyway and said they made it nicely so it doesn’t happen. Got home and chicken was all covered in salad juice) Second time asked the guy to make me a rolled up chicken shish...I see him doing it in a normal pita bread and went over to explain I wanted it rolled up ( meant wrap but didn’t know the word for it)...and he cut me short saying that is not my order and I should wait. Appologsed and stepped back, only to have him handing me that box made in pita bread. Told him I wanted it rolled up and he said it is in a bun. Asked him why did he say it wasn’t my order, and he kept blaming me for not saying wrap. No apologies, no nothing !! All I got was an arrogant look and probably a curse in his head. I’ve never met Turkish owners/ workers so rude and arogant. Worse experience ever !!

Always good hot food. We use these guys alot as they are reliable with their food.
