This is hands down my favourite place in Newcastle, to the point I've had friends visiting from all sorts of places tell me they miss it. Today I'm having the Kiev parmesan, but I've had so many different things from Mr America and I've liked everything. The chicken wraps are so good and the America special is my absolute favourite. I have literally talked about Mr America pizza so much since about 2020, that I have a friend on my Minecraft server who built "Mr England pizza" and intends to come over from Seattle just to try it. The drivers are always super lovely too and always make sure I'm feeling ok to come down, which is nice because I'm disabled.

Ordered 2 kabab butty and got 2 kids burgers....... called to ask what happened? Got passed two 3 different staff and was told "you got what you Ordered and hung up the phone". Will not be ordering again as there's enough take aways on west road. Very disappointed. Today 24 Sept 2024! Ordered 2nd time. Food ok but have to say far too much garlic sauce on the kabab. I could only taste garlic sauce. Keep it easy on the saucs next time..... No chips as suggested on menu!

Just witnessed every member of staff eating with their hands & not washing them & picking food from the salad with hands! 🤬 walked out & binned food. Disgusting

5* I called about a issue which they were only happy to help with and resolved immediately what I received was well received thank you 🙏

Ordered pizza and chips on england match day final for collection. Forget to put garlic inside... when I call them so they can send.. they were charging me delivery charges to send garlic which they forgot. Very disappointed..

Ordered dinner and Parmesan from this place and very disappointed, chicken Parmesan was way under almost pink

Ordered with specific notes to say which salad/sauces due to allergies and said thank you at the end of the note… on full order note added second reminder to check the notes. Husband went to collect and once home to open the whole order was wrong including sauce and allergies. Called restaurant and was advised they would not refund or replace unless we drove it back and they would not pay a driver to collect the food. We not do this given it’s now after 9pm so said sending a driver to collect for their error is the only option. This was 45 mins from placing the order, going to collect and returning home but being told it had been over an hour and they couldn’t help because of this.. order times and call times prove the member of staff was lying about this. Shop reluctantly advised they’d send a driver to collect the incorrect order and replace after arguing they couldn’t due to not knowing my address (which is on the account) and then never actually sent anyone. Attitude was disgusting, 2nd time they’ve got out order wrong - once ordering in person and 2nd time ordering online with notes and reminders thinking it was food proof. Clearly not. Really poor service and order inconsiderate of allergies so inedible.

Absolutely delicious! Chips are crispy, generous portions that exceeded the brim. Cheap and very saucy. EXCELLENT SERVICE APPRECIATED THE WORKERS, VERY FUNNY AND THANKFUL!!

We use this place regularly for takeaway pizza & kebab. Food is always spot on and fresh. Staff are friendly too. Would recommend.

Ordered on line and a part of the order was missing the issue was resolved in 15 mins and they were polite and apologetic. Lovely staff.

It pains me to leave this review here but I’ve got to as I have had repetitive bad experiences with mister merica’s food quality! Their kebab used to be the best in the area but it has been absolutely awful over the past year or so and even when I ring up and specifically ask them to make sure the kebab meat is fresh, it is still terrible and not fresh and just really bad quality food so I’m not sure if it’s the new management or something but they’ve really gone down hill!

I have never had an issue regarding my food it's always been really good 👍 but today I waited a long time for my food to arrive so I rang them up the staff member was very apologetic and he explained the reason was they were a driver short He offered me a free item as a way of saying sorry. Thank you so much👌 I shall continue to order my food from your place 😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Brilliant food every time I have visited. I’d recommend collection for your order because Ahmed is very welcoming and Joe is a great chef and delivered all of my specific orders efficiently. More than anything I had a laugh in this place and left with a smile.

Been going here for over 7 years used to be a good bunch of lads serving tasty, quality food but after what I saw tonight ill not be back. Went to collect my order was 10 minutes early so had to wait, in that time I saw one lad blow his nose put his tissue in his pocket and carry on preparing food without washing his hands another lad went to throw a bread bun in the pizza oven to warm up but missed and it fell on floor instead of putting it straight in the bin he put it back next to other buns and when he saw I'd seen he started laughing! Food was below par, burger fell apart, donner wrap had hardly anything in it and pizza base tasted stale. Gutted as it used to be best around.

Very poor quality donner meat and I imagine it’s not possible to buy cheaper frozen fries. Combined, they conspire and produce a an underwhelming and sub standard meal.

This takeaway has definitely gone downhill in recent months. I ordered a 12" kiev pizza that was supposed to have stuffed crust. The pizza was absolutely disgusting, wasn't cut properly and the chicken was slimy. The delivery driver was the only positive aspect of my experience. It's a shame when a takeaway drops their standards and doesn't provide a service once held in high regard.

Food is over an hour late. No notifications about a delivery time. Never gonna order from here again.

Will never order from here again. The server on the phone was extremely rude and had an attitude, the chicken wrap tasted of old chicken it wasn’t edible and overall put me off all the food, everything was stale and tasteless. Extremely disappointed

Orderd a donner and chicken wrap with chips and garlic sauce opened it up and its got ketchup in :/ not a good combination.

Ordered a half pounder cheeseburger, which was fine, and kebab meat and chips with salad on top. No salad, love this place for food but they are always forgetting the correct order. Not good when your looking forward to your food.

Horrible service. Even after 1.30 hrs haven’t received order. Never seen such a horrible service. Called twice kept on saying delivery guy left the restaurant . Restaurant to my place takes 5 minutes. Changing the name don’t bring customers. Quality service brings customers. Never arrived after 1.40mns. Called back and the boss got no Clue . Cancelled the order.

Favourite go to local takeaway. Pizzas are delicious and they actually pay attention to any special requests you might have. Staff are always lovely and friendly too. Always looks clean whenever I've visited in person too. One of the best takeaways in the west end of Newcastle by far.

So disappointed with Mister Merica now. I don't know what's happened! Has it changed hands? The portion sizes are way less than before, yet they've put their prices up on some items, so paying more money for less food now, and the quality isn't as good as it once was either. We've gone here for years but I think it's time to find a new place 😞

Not sure what's happened. This used to be the best place in the area. Always get a house special kebab. But I've a problem with raising the price for one to £15, and having almost half the quantity it used to have for less. Laying in a pool of grease the past couple of times. Used to love this place as well

mayonaisse would be nice option for with burger and tomato sauce, fresh lettuce onions and tomatoes might be nice option :) garlic could taste nicer. pizza quality is really good but garlic sauce has weird taste could be better. otherwise really good though pizzas lovely all round great service too 👍

First time here. Had a hot n spicy pizza. Although it tasted nice it was as spicy as a salad. But, cooked fresh, nice and hot, not greasy. 👍

Staff welcomed us with a friendly manner We got chicken wraps, pizza and a garlic bread. All amazing and full of flavour and reasonably priced.

Been a customer for years, and the food has, until now, has always been good. Unfortunately, they're getting worse! Last order, they delivered the wrong dessert and tonight my half pounder cheeseburger had absolutely zero salad and zero sauce, just two burnt, overcooked, dry burgers and a slice of cheese; Skimpy portion of chips and there was a hair in them! And everything was lukewarm. The other part of the order (for my housemate), the burger bun was fallen apart, the salad was all over the box and again it was lukewarm. The whole order is just wrank! I'm now, highly unlikely to give them custom again!

Have ordered here quite a lot since moving back north a couple years ago. Tonight they forgot an item, were argumentative when we called to complain, then took nearly an hour to replace said item. Ridiculous and won’t be returning.

Used to highly rate this place but gone down hill masively got our order wrong then blamed us for it. Customer service none existent. Wont be back after being spoken to like rubbish. Need reporting too for their Covid restrictions because they dont have any beware people.

Used to think this was the best takeaway in town, good quality food and service, good value for money but don't know if its been taken over by new owners as its going down hill. Last three times they've missed stuff off my order and the last time the quality was very poor. Starting to think of going elsewhere which will be a shame

Ordered a 'pick of the garden pizza with Jalapeno stuffed crust and a large Donner kebab. The man who answered the phone was polite and friendly. Delivery was very quick, prices reasonable and food delicious with a free garlic bread. Best pizza I have had in a long time and husbands kebab was spot on with crisp salad and pitta bread.

Staff are very polite and very patient. Kebab was lovely. I'm really disappointed because there was that much meat I couldn't finish it.😁. My first time here. You have a new customer.

I always order on their own web page as you get decent discount. Delivery always speedy and they often add something free to the order like cheesy garlic bread which is sublime. Great value as portions always decent and all tastes super!

Apoaranteluy uve got to ask for naan bread even thou you ordered 2 meduim kebabs, otherwise u end up with a tray of kebab meat...... Total rip off. .. Won't be back k there in a hurry
