Says delivered yet again not received and this is not the first time I want to know why this time and why driver didn't phone

Absolutely disgraceful, the chicken must have been re cooked 3 times, it was hard and horrible who ever cooked that needs to be sacked terrible!

The chips were missing from my meal. I tried calling the branch but there was no answer

Food was tasty, a little colder than I would of liked. The size of the dip pot was ridiculous, had enough to dip like 5 chips but the sauce itself tasted great.

Food was cold, chicken was very dry and the gravy was disgusting. wouldn't use again.

sauces are way to expensive.. a tiny pot 3 chips and it's gone!

Food was lovely, but delivered to the back of the building when I clearly put on note please come to front of building. There is no entry at the back; just fire escapes! He blamed me, and told me I was waisting his time ! It has put me off ordering again to be honest. 🤷‍♀️

Early delivery which was good. Food could have been hotter, but I had to choose venue further out as the closest one to me has a minimum spend of which I wasn't willing to spend.

The Chicken was very very dry and you could not eat most of it, the chips were delicious. I paid a lot of money for it and what a let down

My food was in a bag with my cold drink and ice cream sundae??????? Obviously the hot food was cd and the cold drinks were warm! I had to throw the ice cream and classic chicken burger away.

Standard fried chicken - chicken was cooked well but lacked flavour. Over salted to the point it was burning your mouth with some bites. Complete contrast with the plain chips. The BBQ wrap was spot on though.

My milkshake arrived opened spilled out into the bag and only half of it was left in the cup

Food was lovely! Hot and fresh with great taste. Unfortunately I’ve taken a star off due to milkshake tipping in bag and proceeding to spill all over my floor. Cup holders will be a great idea for delivery’s!

Food late, cold and missing the onion rings!! So had to heat all the food up before we could eat so not much point in having food delivered!! just as well cooked my own.

Hiya, the food is great and delivery time good, but your delivery rider nearly got bitten by my dog after they rode their bike on the pavement and hit my father in the back and bruised him whilst they were out walking. He then rode away and swore at my father when dad had a go at him.. My last encounter with this same rider whilst ordering from miss Millie's I felt they were quite rude, as I came from the 8th floor to meet them, but I let it go..I also felt a bit uneasy the way they just stared at me after handing the order over, before I found out about the incident with my father.. Good service but that one delivery driver should be more respectful.

I got my food but I only got the popcorn chicken and the onion rings and gravy I didnt get my chips or my pot of mayo sauce I rang the restaurant and they told me I didnt order from them when it clearly says on my order that it was from miss millies bedminster I'm very unhappy with my experience

Miss Millie's especially bedminster one is really good but if a little mistake comes up always happy to rectify like tonight I was missing 2 drinks and they said they would replace them and I said I was happy to have them replaced on my son's next order.

Food was cold had to reheat, the bag was wet and soggy and found a big chunk of bone in my mini fillet

Orders are usually very good. Not so today. Chips were very greasy, in a bag not a carton & onion rings were very bad.

Food was delivered over an hour late. The food was warm and not enjoyable. One deal meal was missing. I am disappointed with the whole order overall. For the money I spent on the order, I might as well thrown it in the bin.

Arrived on time, nice and tasty. Chicken burger seems to have shrunk since last time we had it, it’s the size of a kids burger haha

Both chicken and the chips were really dry. Only ate half of the chicken which, after all, is the main reason to order!

My drink was spilt all over the bag ice was everywhere it’s where they have no respect

The ice-cream was great, but the other things were full of fat and inedible. Not bothering no more. I cant eat food full of fat, they should be drained properly, even the bag they came in was covered in oil.

first time of ordering food from them .when driver had gone i noticed that my food order wasnt mine .i phoned miss millies to exsplain this to be told i would have to contact just eat .i even offered to take the wrong food order back to them and get the right food order .to be told you cant do that disgusting service.

Didn’t get everything we ordered, did ring back to say about it and was told I could collect but that isn’t the case as I wanted delivery… refund should be done as there’s missing items…

I have not ordered this, £41.87 has been taken from account for an order at Miss Millies fried chicken in Bedminster, Bristol area. I don't live anywhere near here and am extremely unhappy about this and want my money refunded ASAP. Look forward to your speedy response. Many thanks Neil

Ordered a large popcorn chicken got a regular instead with meal..

Tastes exactly like kfc but worse. The chicken was really dry and bland , the chips weren’t crispy they were just greasy.

Side order of large beans they were cold, chips were warm, I would of liked my food to be hot, considering that delivery was by car shouldn't of taken that long to reach my address. Chicken fillet and pop corn chicken was good.

Had Miss Millie’s 6 piece back in December 2021, all 6 piece were moist and tasty, went back again in early January 2022, some order, this time, 4 out of the 6 pieces were dry and no taste, just returned from the Bedminster store, same order, all 6 were dry and very unenjoyable. Moving on to KFC, but not the Ashton branch.

I have used Miss Millies in Bedminster, Bristol several times now (over the last couple of years) and I’m writing this review because I’ve been so impressed by my experience. The shop is always clean and bright, and the food great. The front door is always wide open - important for air circulation in these COVID times. I had a mask but didn’t feel the need to use it due to this and the small waiting area, which was was empty when I popped in. You could be forgiven for initially thinking you get less for your money than KFC, but I’m convinced that you don’t and it’s actually just how the food is packaged. I am always nicely full after picking up food here. The chicken itself is always exquisite and the best fried chicken I’ve ever tasted. The fries are always perfect - to my taste - crisp, well cooked (but not overcooked), and not greasy. The burger buns are always fresh. I honestly have no idea where all the bad reviews are coming from, these guys are ‘Colonel Killers’! ;-)
