Mincka in Mid Sussex

“The drinks are great, but the music volume is too loud for me to focus on my laptop. Unfortunately, in many places, the music seems to cater more to the staff than to the clients.”

First of all, the coffee is great. True artisan creations. But the lunches…….we started coming here for lunch as a couple or family a few months ago and always have their toasted sourdough sandwiches. These have become more and more salty and greasy. The cheese in the filling is salty enough but for some bizarre reason they add more coarse salt to the outside of the sandwich. And the bread….it is ruined by what seems to be butter or margarine applied to the outside before toasting. So the whole experience has no feel good taste anymore. All you taste is tons of salt and fat. Sorry, Mincka, please do better.
