Millies Cookies in Chelmsford

I was gifted cookies for a year iv used most of them with no problem but Wednesday 21st when I was out with 3 little ones we went to get come cookies and was told they don't take them very nasty and don't take gift cards it's card or cash only will not be going to millies in liverpool agen

I recently ordered a Millie’s cookie by delivery for my husbands birthday but it did not arrive at all. So we were left without a birthday cake and no idea where this Cookie was. Got my refund as I complained but nothing given as a good Will gesture. Would not advise ever relying on them for a cookie as it will be late or won’t even turn up.

Absolute Joke of a Service! Please read before ordering a delivery. I see my daughter every other weekend and thought it would be a nice treat to have her a birthday cookie delivered. I ordered a cookie for my daughter's 18th birthday to be delivered on Saturday (Even paid extra for Saturday delivery). Was advised cookie would arrive between 2-3 on Saturday, nothing arrived. When I contact Millie's they tell to allow 3-5 days for delivery and refunds are discretionary. This cookie is of no use to my daughter now as she's not here.

I went to millies in Chelmsford to get my son a Birthday cookie his 20 but its a family tradition, I tried to explain to the young girl (Pip) who was working what I had in mind but I didn't expect her to be eager to do it. But totally wrong she Google imaged what I asked for and so so enthusiastic to do it. When I picked it up a few hours later I was so pleased and so was my son when I gave it to him later that day. 10/10 customer service. Couldn't fault my recent experience, Very helpful, Thanks Pip.

Went their today and ordered a cookie, melika was the lady who served me and I can not fault the service that was provided today

Having always bought the fantastic giant cookies for my childrens’ birthdays from the Chelmsford branch and being really impressed with the staff here, I was so disappointed with my experience today. The unit opened up several minutes late so I was eager to be the first customer as I was in a rush. The lady working in the unit was extremely gruff and when I saw the notice that they were only accepting cash payments I asked her if I could pay for my order on pick-up. A fair question as I had no cash on me. She barked back at me ‘ you haven’t even ordered yet and I’m still opening the shop’. She then walked off to the back of the unit. On her return I asked her to repeat what she said and she did! The shop opens at 10am for sales so I was pretty disgusted that she felt it acceptable to speak to me that way. I then asked why there wasn’t a sign on the front of the shop saying cash only and she said ‘I’m not psychic’. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere. A really disappointing experience today which has put me off Millie’s Cookies Chelmsford for good. A sour rather than sweet experience today.

We have always used Millie’s to stock up on the tasty treats for our large family. Since visiting this particular store we will not be using them again. We was greeted by a very rude lady who seemed to feel that we was using up her time. We was rushed whilst trying to order the largest box of cookies even though we was the only family in the queue. We was left feeling that we hadn’t fully completed the order and wasn’t able to choose something for our gravely I’ll father. Due to this awful experience, we will not be using them again.

My kids and I love treating ourselves to some Millie’s Cookies - they’re so yummy! It would be even better if they did a discount if you bought a certain number of the more expensive cookies.

Very helpful when choosing my personalised giant cookie. Always friendly. Milkshakes are my favourite.

Seeing as i have listed this place it is only right that i leave a review........... I was made aware of giant millies cookies from a popular Youtuber, So instead of Easter eggs me and my Fiancee thought we'd get one of these cookies instead. I phoned on the Tuesday before Easter and placed an order for Pick up on Good Friday. I ordered a " Cookie King " double choco, Double layered cookie. I think it was 24 pounds. The cookie was ready to be picked up at the agreed time. Anyway, It was delicious, It was slightly soft in the centre but none of it was brittle or hard. I would order from here again but try something else.
