I have had a lovely visit today Natalie was lovely I wanted a last minute giant and was worried I wasn’t going to get one but Natalie was amazing and got one done for me in 15 mins fantastic well done can’t thank her enough Thankyou for making me feel so welcome

Visited this week to get some cookies as I know they do a pack of 4 for a certain price. Lady behind the counter seemed like she didn't want to be there, wasn't very helpful. Didn't bother telling us until the cookies were in the box that the chocolate chip cookies had a separate price and were not included in the 4 cookie deal so had to pay extra for them. Which honestly, I don't mind, but it would have been good know that as we asked about the deal as well. Overall, wasn't the best experience there. Cookies were nice but nothing too special. However, I went there on Wednesday afternoon to enquire about one of the large cookies, and the lady behind the desk was lovely, couldn't have been more helpful! So thank you for that!

Today I recieved wonderful service with a smile from the lovely Natalie at Millie's Cookies. Wonderful cookies and incredible service and had a really lovely experience and will be coming back again!

My initial issue was with the lack of professionalism, then it was the care, now its the lack of food hygiene and the fact my kids are ill. Phone call on Monday AM saying they haven't got my specific colours i ordered due to lack of planning on their part - they also mistook my pickup for Tuesday morning. So the cookie was left until Wednesday afternoon -my actual pickup. HARDLY FRESH as stated!! Then the woman flashed it at me through the counter for 2 seconds whilst smirking and I stupidly assumed despite not seeing it properly it would be fine as it has been previously. WRONG. Piping is wrong and completely unprofessional and shoddy- I could do better! I certainly had no hope of seeing PASTRY CRUMBS ON THE COOKIE FROM HANDLERS LACK OF FOOD HYGIENE.. THEY DONT EVEN SELL PASTRIES! ITS FROM SOMEONES PERSONAL FOOD!!!! Then we eventually try some to try feel better about wasting £23 - low and behold. Both daughters have diarrhoea and my 10 month old baby vomited for the first time in her life! I also now have stomach cramps Where the hell is the quality control?! I initially accepted their reply for a voucher to redeem only in that specific store, but now we're all ill too?? On top of them implying it's my fault for accepting the cookie.. not that I was given the chance to actually see it.. but I fail to see how you could make this right quickly anyway?? Ill never be touching food from there again free or otherwise.

Can I just say….fantastic it was today going to Millies cookies today I was served by Natalie and was so chatty and so helpful, I got a lot minute cookie and Natalie was so happy to help me she did the cookie in 5 mins no waiting around just made and with a smile 😃

Visited to buy a giant cookie today. (Feb29th) just before closing time (which I get can be annoying!) The girl behind the counter was lovely and very chatty. Really good customer service. Thank you!

I visited the Millies Cookies store in Chester precinct today, which was the first time in a few years .... and whilst the taste of the cookies was still very good, the size and thickness was very disappointing. I appreciate that all of the main chocolate bars have reduced their size over the years, but to see Millies Cookies at less than half of what they used to be, was shocking. I’ll probably Get Tesco’s own brand next time ...

this place is fantastic if there's a birthday coming up and you're looking for something a little different to the traditional birthday cake, especially since you can personalise your cookie with happy birthday messages. cookies are, as you'd expect, completely delicious with some of the sweetest icing i've ever tasted

I ordered a celebration cookie in which my 9 year old son asked for his birthday had arranged to pick up for 1pm as we we're taking him for a birthday day out to be told it was not organized for pick up till 4 . Kindly my neighbor had said she could pick it up on her way to work to be told at 5pm it was not ready and would talk an hour and a half.When asked if it could be substituted was told not available and if I want a refund I would have to return to the store !! Totally unacceptable service poor boy did not get his preferred birthday cake and staff totally understand equipped to deal with hiccups which do happen but Not put right .Will not be returning after 8 years of using this store !!!

This is the best place to get tasty,amazing cookies.its quick and on the go.the kids would love the cookies here and it’s great for all ages.however it isn’t a restaurant it’s more of a grab and go.but I love this place and I always grab some on my lunch time at work.

I love the cookies from here, they are delicious! They're cooked to perfection and the deals to buy them isn't bad either! I love the giant cookie idea too!

Not had these for so long and unfortunately was very disappointed. Realised just how mass produced they are, and appear so much smaller than before. Really not worth the price and not that good. Had four varieties and all tasted sweet and not obviously flavoursome.

Overtime we are near by, the smell attracts my kids like bees to a flower, they love to have a cookie as lolly and walk about also is treat for them to take a cake for somebody else.

Not sure about the coffee and other items in the shop but the take-away cookies are delicious, especially the large celebratory cookies which you can have decorated with whatever you like and personalised messages iced onto them.

A la hora del almuerzo apareció ayer, Millies, era aceptable en un capricho (entré pasado y no pude resistir!) ha sido un largo tiempo desde que compré algo de allí, pero sin duda volveré más a menudo! La cookie de biscochos era súper dulce y deliciosa, la chica detrás del mostrador fue paciente y me dio un montón de tiempo para decidir qué quería probar (tanta variedad!). Precioso regalo después del almuerzo.

The cookie cake slices are heaven, very sugary and sweet but a real treat! The whole cookies for celebrations are also fabulous, I've ordered many for people as leaving presents and are always well presented and good value for money.

Popped by here the monday before christmas to purchase a Giant cookie for my boyfriend. The young lady who took my order was very friendly and polite, i wish i had taken names so i could mention both her and the second girl who served me personally. I was told my order would be ready in an hour however they were happy to keep it for me until closing while i finished the rest of my shopping. When i popped back a feew hours later the youn glady who had iced my cookie served me, she suggested adding some kisses (xxx) to the bottom of the cookie as it looked a little blank. I really appreciated her suggesting that as i would have hated to get home and realised how blank it looked. Great service from everyone there, just very friendly and very efficient considering they were so busy that day.

As you walk through the Grosvenor shopping centre, you'll smell the delicious aroma of Millie's Cookies. They have a range of different flavours so there's something to temp everyone.

These are by far the best cookies on the planet especially the cookie cup cakes. They always have something to get your attention on their display.

I have ordered several large celebration cookies from here for my childrens birthday, which have all looked and tasted great!
