Miller & Carter Steakhouse in Thurrock

Incompetent waiter first took our order. Young Asian gentleman wearing glasses. Messed up the drinks order and the food order completely. Tried arguing over the fact I wanted to order a small portion of Mac and cheese for my elderly grandmother and said that we couldn’t. Had to have one dish re cooked as it was completely wrong.

After having amazing shake shacks in the states I had high hopes but this was utterly disappointing. The burger was mushy, the cheese was weird. The only good thing was the milkshake. £47 for 2 x burgers, 2 x fries, 2 x shakes. Would have rather saved my money.

Friendly staff, great drinks. Will be back! Kiara and Emily were brilliant! Gave us such entertainment for the whole evening
