The food was awful, cold by the time it got here after over an hour. Chips were chewy and so was steak. Could see the driver was ready waiting for ages for the food in the restaurant but just took ages for them to make it.

The kitchen was closing not long after we arrived, but we were promptly seated and accommodated. Service was top tier from both Tom and Jess. Professional and friendly, providing a comfortable atmosphere. Food was lovely - the steak melted in the mouth like butter. Banoffee pie - also very very good!

We enjoyed a lovely steak dinner here for the first time and had a great night.. our waiter Tom was very helpful and attentive and we couldn’t have asked for better service.

Tom who served us was attentive cheerful and was able to answer the questions we asked. The food was superb, well prepared and presented. I could not fault it.

Went in your lunch today and was served by Tom. He was so attentive, polite and friendly. Nothing was to much trouble. We had the lunch menu, it was all very tasty. The steak sandwich was delicious We had a wonderful dinning experience

Lovely family meal, served by Tom who went out of his way to make it a great birthday meal for my dad's 70th. He even surprised my dad by including a candle on dad's desert. Highly recommend and also very accomdating with our two young children.

Review by my daughter: I loved the meal especially the steak. Jack was very helpful and I even got to ring a bell. I want to say thank you to the chef and Jack for brilliant service. The steak was delicious and I am glad I chose this place to eat lunch.

Great friendly service from our Waiter Tom at Miller and Carter Hereford. It was my 70th Birthday and spontaneously he brought me a fudge cake with a candle ! Enjoyed the meal! 5 Stars!

Tom was a perfect, friendly, helpful server, who went above and beyond. Our desserts - made by Sree - were delicious, beautifully presented and hit exactly the right spot. All in all a sublime experience we are eager to repeat!

Came in for a meal with my family, food was good for the most part however I did find red/purple hair in my food. I didn’t really want to say anything at the time as I didn’t want to ruin the meal and the servers day. I did however notice the girls whose hair it could have been was in the kitchen? ( I didn’t see anyone else with coloured hair at the time). Personally, I thought that in a kitchen if you had long hair you have to wear a hairnet? But I could be wrong? Other than this the drinks were brilliant and our server was lovely.

Outstanding service from Tom, he was very polite, attentive and professional. Only reason we have put 4 starts for food was that for us there was far too much salt on the fries, but everything else was spot on!
