We were greeted at the door by Soloman and shown to are table. When we ordered Solomon explained to us the best way our steak should be cooked. When we had finished our lunch I asked who had cooked it and Solomon told me it was Rob. I honestly had no complaints about the services or food.

Charlie N was our waiter for the evening he was friendly and helpful. The food was great.

Our server Charlie N was excellent! Thoughtful and prompt. Our meal was great as well! I really enjoyed the garlic mushrooms side in particular!

Visited last Friday for an impromptu lunch and was not disappointed! Seated by Jack and served by Tom! Excellent!

Food was ok, not the best, steak was very fatty. Main problem with this place is the staffs attitude, we felt like a unconvince the whole evening. Didn’t see one staff smile, apart from when they was gossiping and sharing drinks behind the bar. All staff could do with retraining. Worcester miller and Carter should come and teach you guys a thing or two about hospitality.

Visted on 6th August 2024 for our 30th wedding anniversary. Sophie was our server, she was so lovely. Very helpful, polite, professional & attentive. A credit to your team. She made our whole evening a pleasure. Food was beautiful & the cocktails were amazing. Thank you for a lovely evening. Will be back again soon *****

Visited with a party of 8 for a birthday. Whilst the food was very tasty and our server polite, they were clearly very understaffed and we were left to wait over an hour for our meals, (with two young children getting increasingly cross.) Their children's meals consisted of a very dry burger too which neither ate. The people who did manage to serve us were apologetic but it didn't really rescue our evening, given that there were only two or three other couples and groups there that evening and it was early on a weeknight, not at a peak time, we were quite disappointed.

Grace our waitress was fantastic, very polite and attentive which made a great difference in having a lovely evening. Food was brilliant, atmosphere was good , looking forward to coming again.

Lunch time, not too busy - food was OK - for a steak restaurant the 2 steak dishes our group had were full of grissle and tough. Asked if all was ok with food a little too late to make a difference.

We had quite a late booking (9pm) and thought we might be frowned upon but the staff were as welcoming as they would have been as if they had just opened. Our server was Charlie N who was amazing! Proffesional, knowledgable and friendly. Food was great too. Thank you

Went here on Sunday 14th July for our 40th Ruby anniversary. Just me and my husband decided to have a night away on our own. my husband signed up for the special offer of receiving a glass of prosecco for free.We thought we would have a glass each, but only 1 glass was the deal. A bit odd I thought, but out of courtesy 1 glass each would of be nice. Next thing was that we had the 3 course meal for just under 35 pounds each .food was really nice, but when we had the bill we was charged nearly 14 pounds extra they didn't charge us for the set 3 course meal , each course was separate, when I pointed this out to the waitress she came back with a different bill, which was correct. Then we gave the waitress a 20 pound gift card voucher to take off our bill. The waitress came back and said they can't accept it, I said that when we went online to see if they accept the gift voucher it said yes, the waitress then said that only some Miller and Carter's accept them. We are from Wales and have used miller and carter many times twice in cardiff and once in Caerphilly, never had any problems with gift vouchers etc. It was very disappointing to be honest and such a shame because the meals was really good. It was just the service and attide of some staff. Definitely won't be going here again.

The food was excellent. The Thursday date deal was good value and the food was first class. Sadly the customer service was poor. My online booking via their email didn't arrive. We arrived and stood at the reception desk for five minutes. Staff pootled about but there was no specific greeter. When a polite young man found us a table he asked if we wanted a wine list - why ask, just include one. He said he would bring one - he didn't. The young woman asked if we would like a drink, we had to ask for the wine list. Drinks ordered we went onto the menu. My partner is dairy free so the server dived into the allergy section of her portable tablet. She tried hard but it took ages to sort things out. Mostly about the lettuce dressing and the steak sauce. Either it's a hard app to navigate or there was a severe lack of staff training. I don't blame the young staff, but I feel that there was a severe lack of quality training. The lack of a Maitre de in charge of the restaurant was obvious and it let down the dining experience. Once again praise for the menu and chefs. If service isn't good you may as well order from an App like Nando or McDonald's. Disappointed of Hereford.

Our server, Grace was very accommodating, extremely kind and looked after us with a smile. The food was Incredible from Rob our Grill Chef. Everything was perfect!

Charlie N was excellent, serving a party of 17 with skill and patience. The food was lovely, although an absence of blowtorches removed crème brûlée from the menu…

We came for a family gathering and I had the 'Dirty Burger' it was excellent and I really enjoyed. In addition Charlie N asked me to write a review so he could move up the ratings and get first prize.... service was good so I did 🤣 Hope this helps
