We visited on the 24th January for a lunchtime treat. Tom served us in a nice polite manner. We enjoyed our experience as much as previous visits.

Food is always so delicious! Service is always so friendly.

Tom our server was absolutely fantastic this evening, we had a table of 14 and he looked after us very well! Food was cooked to a high standard by Nigel and was amazing!

Visited last Friday for an impromptu lunch and was not disappointed! Excellent!

The ambiance was nice and service good but overall the food was disappointing and that’s was the main reason for the visit. Salt and pepper squid starter and olive nibbles were good. So we got off to a good start. The half chicken main was nice but the other 2 mains overall were not. The cod was cooked lovely, bean sauce with it was great but the seasoned potatoes were very salty, so much so that once identified that the salt was coming from them they were left. The beef burger was very disappointing only part of this could be eaten as the beef pattie itself was very salty. So mains overall not good. This visit has put us off eating at any Miller and Carters. An expensive visit for part eaten food

Greeted warmly and had several waiters/waitresses starting with Ben, all were really attentive and charming. Food was delicious, we had the 2 course offer. The steak was really tender and such a great flavour. The creme brulee also good. There was a mistake with our bill at the end but easily rectified, would definitely recommend.

Food was amazing as usual, plenty of staff but servers didn't seem bothered and service was very slow- had to go to the bar to pay in the end

I came for food with my family over the Christmas period (22nd December) and had an amazing experience. We were served by Autumn and she was truly a star, her attention to our needs and bubbly attitude was more than we could’ve asked for - thanks for a great night!!! 😊

My husband and I love Millers and booked for New Year's eve and we were rushed, as soon as we finished one course the next was out and we didn't have time to relax and enjoy. The couple on one side were having their first course when we arrived and we finished way before them and the party of four on other side were way into their meal too. Alot of money to be rushed. Not good.

Food was pretty decent. Thin cut steaks so probably difficult to get temp spot on. Service was disappointing, not attentive at all, had to remind him about the kids drinks, got order wrong and served from one corner of the table which we then had to pass around the food to the correct person as it was obvious the servers didn’t know what was what. Staff at upstairs bar were all chit chatting and loud, which made it difficult to have a conversation. Also we were sat upstairs which was extremely hot and uncomfortable as the heat was blasting up from below. Not the best experience for a family of eight get together.

We visited for a pre-Christmas gathering and were warmly welcomed by all staff. Jasmine, in particular, looked after us and made the whole experience very enjoyable!

Went out for our work Christmas meal here. The options available on the Christmas menu was varied with options for everyone's taste. The food was fantastic, with no complaints from anyone, people had ordered different steaks, the turkey and burger - all were highly praised. The service throughout the meal from Charlie N was of the highest quality, friendly and professional with everyone, keeping on top of all the drinks orders and making sure we were all catered to.

Visited Miller & Carter in Hereford with friends on the evening of 14/11/2024 for the first time. What an amazing experience. The food was beautiful. The service was lovely and we were served by Jasmine. She was very helpful, with a lovely sense of humour but remained professional throughout. Looking forward to our next visit. Would definitely recommend a visit 👍👍

Went for the lunch menu yesterday were served by Sophie and Tom, both very friendly professional lovely people. The food was beautiful, great value for money and all in all a fantastic experience. Will definitely be returning thank you.

Another delightful visit again on Saturday,as this is our go to place when we visit Hereford. Today we were looked after by Ola who was very attentive and made our visit a pleasure. Always go for the meal deal option as we find this very good value . As always the food was outstanding and will definitely be returning in the near future.

So..I went here 7 years ago and left a 1 star review and said I couldn’t bring myself to go back.. Well, It took 7 years..but I finally gave them another chance..and wow..I’m so glad I did! The service was incredible (Ola was our Server) and the food was impeccable. I can assure you that I will not be waiting 7 years to return again.
