Very good place to have a steak. Fillet bit fatty, but very good and meaty. Prices are firm but fair.Waitress (Faith) very nice with plenty of advice and very straightforward. Definitely coming again.

Hiiiiii I’m Libby the little girl my phone died so I can’t do it on my phone so I have Oliver’s (my brother)! I loved the steak it was amazing but I couldn’t do all of it so my dad helped me! A great experience from start to end! Came to celebrate a couple of life events and was treated to a pudding to help the cause! Shout out to our server James, he couldn’t do enough! The steaks were as always sensational!

Great experience from start to finish. Our steak expert James helped us with the process and answered all of the questions I had around the various cuts and the best way to have them cooked. Food came out quick and was great. Overall very pleased.

Our Daughter invited us to have a pre-mother’s day meal at Miller & Carter, because we will not be available on Mother’s Day. First time for us, Daughter with eldest son, they’ve been before. Front of house greeting very good. Atmosphere of restaurant very good. Table service very good. Detail taken on food order for all 4 of us. The meal itself was excellent, as it would be for chateaubriand - maybe a few button mushrooms would have made it a tad better, the ‘onion loaf’ was very nice. Robyn was very attentive & friendly throughout our visit.

Went here to celebrate my birthday and it didn’t disappoint. Food was excellent and brought out in a timely manner, our waitress Amy was very friendly and attentive. All in all a very enjoyable experience would definitely recommend.

Faith was very attentive during our service today and gave me a free birthday pudding! Food was very good, service was fab!

Great meal, the lunchtime menu here is great. Especially the steak sandwich, our sever Amy was perfect. We even had dessert which is something that we hardly ever do, and found that the white chocolate Brulee is now one of new favourite dessert.

Ruben was our server & was really lovely, treated my husband to a birthday dessert too. Would come again ☺️

Popped in today for the lunchtime menu , we were on a tight schedule and let our server Ruben know this , he went above and beyond to make sure our meal arrived in a timely manner and did everything he could to ensure we were running to time. The meal was delicious ,so tasty and cooked to our requirements. We will be visiting again very soon and next time we will sit and relax and make sure we have more time to enjoy the atmosphere also.

The staff were welcoming and the food was nice. Went in at lunch time and got the set menu for myself. Staff were great with allergy request. When it got time to pay you do have to get their attention so we got up and went to go to the till and they came along and it was done at our table. Was fortunate to hear the handover from day to eve staff and it was nice and thorough.

This was our first time dining here. We arrived mid afternoon and ordered from the A la carte menu, The food was cooked lovely, albeit my husbands steak was cooked a bit more than he would have liked, but he still enjoyed it, we were served by Fiona, and the service from Fiona was exceptional,

First a massive shout out to Fiona (hope I spelt that right) who made us feel extreamly welcome and was extremely knowledgeable about everything available. The food was simply sublime, the atmosphere fantastic and the service exceptional. This is my 2nd visit and I thought it couldn't get any better than my first, but I was once again blown away. My partner was extreamly happy about my choice of venue, and we will definitely be making a return visit. Thanks for a brilliant visit.

I paid less for a Ribeye Steak in a very nice cocktail bar opposite the Royal Albert Hall. The restaurant is nice, the staff are very friendly and helpful but the pricing is just ridiculous for a steak next to a bowling alley in Darnal... But how else can you keep pleasing shareholders without ramping prices up? It'll all come crashing down at some point, good luck 🤞

This was our second visit to a Miller and Carter and we thoroughly enjoyed this visit. It was a much better experience than the first time we visited the Nottingham location. We went for the Sharing Steak Experience - Butcher’s Block. It had an 8oz Ribeye, 7oz Rump, two 5oz fillets and beef brisket topped bone marrow. This board also came with the usuals of the wedge salad, tomato onion loaf and sauces. The steaks were exceptional. Perfectly cooked. And we had never tried bone marrow before and we loved it! We will definitely be visiting again!

Amy made our visit here. She was lovely and very attentive. Made our experience better and is an asset to the miller and Carter team. Would come back purely and only for Amy’s service

Had an amazing time this evening for my 20th birthday. Our server Ruben was on the ball constantly regardless of how busy the restaurant was. Food amazing as always!

We had a table booked for 8:15, we arrived early (around 8:05) when we spoke to the maitre’d she said our booking hadn’t come through but almost made it sound as though we were lying about having booked, even though I had the confirmation email. She said it was fine as she had a table anyway and asked us to sit in the bar area whilst she got it ready. We ordered some drinks and took a seat, the bar staff were friendly and efficient. It then reached 8:30 and still no table or communication from staff, it was fairly busy so just presumed this had caused the delay. However, after another 5 minutes I went back to the maitre’d to find out how long of a wait to expect, she had clearly forgotten about us but tried to pass it off as though she had booked us down for 8:30 by mistake, she then took us to a table within the next 5 minutes. Once seated, we were served by Ruben who was excellent at his job, friendly, efficient and knowledgable. We had ordered scallops and mushrooms to start but they were disappointing, we then had the sharing butchers block for main which was the highlight of the visit, it was delicious. The atmosphere felt a bit busy and rushed very go go go which was a little disappointing. Would visit again but probably to another site.

Honestly worst dining experience. Sat next to the great unwashed, inattentive staff and food was undercooked and fatty. Waste of nearly £100. First time me and husband have been able to go out in 2 years due to children and money so left very upset.

Came here yesterday for my husbands birthday. Really lovely service by Helena I believe her name was. Food great. Only downside nothing complimentary even though it was my husbands actual birthday. Also the dress code has definitely gone down hill over the years with customers.

I don’t think this is anything that needs improvement! Me and my partner went for a meal and we had booked a table in advance. When we arrived we were greeted quickly by a lovely lady (forgot her name sorry) and we was advised the table wasn’t ready yet and to get ourselves a drink at the bar. With it being a Thursday we were shocked at how busy it was! As we arrived early we were willing to wait. It came to our booking time and we were shown our table and told our server would be around shortly. Kirsty was our server and all night she was an absolute star! Very down to earth and passionate about making sure everything was how we would like it. Despite how busy it was I’m amazed at how quickly orders were taken and how quickly all courses were brought to our table! Thank you to Miller&Carter for an amazing night and food but an even bigger thank you to Kirsty for being amazing! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

At the back of the place I thought there was a car park for customers, turns out there isn't. Now I have to pay a fine. Be careful as £60 is a lot of money for me. Thank you next time I will look for a place with free parking.

The service was excellent pity the food didn’t match.The lobster was very poor over done and small.Sirloin steaks really poor lots of gristle.Sauces barely warm also vegetables and chips not good overall not a good experience

Faith was amazing! Food was lovely, drinks were lovely, very quick and attentive. Really enjoyed the whole night. Parking was a nightmare tho, loads of spaces but filled up by people parking for the arena.
