Been to this cafe a few times and each time it’s been a great experience. Orders are taken swiftly & your food comes just as fast. Hot tasty & very filling. The staff are friendly interested efficient and knowledgeable. The chef is to be commended & is also very much a good bit of eye candy for the ladies & me. Set in a park with a few outside things to see and do this establishment has it all in my opinion. Oh and is also good price wise in this day & age. To all those people who had cause to complain & pick fault over the tiniest of issues be it staff or food served I really suggest you should visit this place as from reading some of the negative scribbles as I find it hard to believe you visited at all as all these pathetic picky complaints have never occurred when me & my fella have visited & maybe you should understand that lies of what did or didn’t occur can be hurtful & damaging to a business that in my opinion offers a great service of food atmosphere and prices. Sad to say but some people would complain if they found a winning lottery ticket because they had to bend down & pick it up.

First visit after hearing good reports. Very decent fried breakfast including toast and coffee £9.70. Polite service and food came after about 5 minutes. Good location by the pond, probably very nice in summer. Minor point - Felt less than airy inside, no doubt due to proximity of kitchen. Overall, very good and will return for occasional visit.

What a gem called here for breakfast and not disappointed. Met the most wonderful staff so friendly and accommodating. Ate a really well cooked small plate breakfast which was cooked to perfection along with coffee. This is a loverly cafe set beside a pond and any money you pop in the charity pot goes to buy food for the ducks and birds. So cute. It is so homely and spotlessly clean. The bathroom facilities are also very clean.

its been over a year since i have been in what with all this lock down malarkey, but honestly this is one of the best cafes ive ever eaten in. the place is always spotlessly clean, like surgical clean, the food is always bang on and the lady who owns it is always such a nice person as are all staff to be fair. they do have problems with people sitting on their outside bench area and trying to eat food purchased els where despite there being a big sign(just read a “reviewer” moaning about this Cafe and it appears she is one of those people! inspired me to write this review 😂) AND the Macdonalds customers blocking up the hill, gotta be honest ive been passing a few times and fancied a breakfast but didnt really have the time to que in traffic down the hill! so yeah, just a proper bang on good cafe 👍🏻

Me and my partner treated ourselves to a proper cooked English breakfast, the first time we had patronised this venue for months due to restrictions imposed on us by the corona virus crisis. We never regretted our visits in the past, and are glad to report the venue remains very satisfactory for a traditional breakfast. When the weather is nice, as it was this morning, the veranda is a most pleasant place to spend an hour or so.

Am fairly new to the area and was walking my daughter's dog around the pond this morning and noticed the cafe was opened. I just stopped briefly for a cuppa and Sat outside looking over the lake. I was so impressed I met my husband there for lunch. We had a warm welcome and ordered two breakfasts which came quickly and we asked for ketchup, pepper etc which arrived immediately. The food was fresh and hot and I was impressed with the anti COVID protection in place, they keep everything deep cleaned. The only disadvantage with the location is the constant queue for McDonald's slowing access to the park and cafe. A shame that they can't have a different access but it is a minor point.

As it was my birthday yesterday I asked two of my family members if they wanted to meet me at the cafe for my birthday. Of course they said yes! The food arrived quickly after placing our order and as with all our visits we were not disappointed and all of us left clean plates! The staff were friendly as always and with the new COVID rules they provided fantastic service. Checking that we were ok and whether we needed anything else. We didn’t have to get up once. Not only that but my mother who had informed the staff that it happened to be my birthday and with that a few minutes later the staff arrived with a candle in some cake and all wished me a very happy birthday. This was such a lovely touch and I was not expecting it. So thank you all at Mill Park Cafe. The cafe always has such a friendly and welcome atmosphere and I would recommend anyone to go here. After reading several reviews for somewhere nice to go for breakfast, I chose the Mill Park Cafe almost guaranteeing a good experience. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The gentleman that took my order, didn’t seem to understand the difference between white and brown toast so I gave up and just ordered white. The said toast unfortunately did not arrive at our table with our breakfasts. I had already had to get up once for the condiments which were not brought to our table so was quite disgruntled that I had to get up again after waiting a few minutes for the toast to arrive. When it did arrive, there was a portion missing and it was cold. The bacon and sausage were not of any substantial quality, quite poor to be honest, and my egg was hard. The best thing we’re the hash browns but without a runny egg, yet another disappointment. All in all, if the staff had been friendly and welcoming, that could have made our visit here a bit better but that too was not delivered. Must have been a bad day in all departments. Extremely gutted that I picked this place.

I often use this Café for a good breakfast as it is good value and enjoyable! Clean, friendly, family run but basic décor, it is what it is, a good café. The only problem we struggle with is opening times? Sometimes we have arrived to find it closed? AND ... (and I know this annoys the owner) sometimes the road in can be difficult due to the big queue for the McDonalds at the entrance. If you're hungry go here. Its next to the pond and children's play area.

You're wrong to suggest that dogs are not allowed in an area where food is being consumed. Dogs are. Then the food came, our sausages were burnt on the outside and I think undercooked on the inside, bacon was chewy but ok. We finished quickly and headed off to feed the dozens of geese down the road. While feeding a groundkeeper walked over and yelled at my son, expecting the worse I grabbed my son away only for the man to tell me we were not allowed here because the café owner didn't want ducks on his patio ( this was far down by a bridge without any no feeding or trespassing signs). Prices were good.

We will make further visits on the mountain bikes after working up an appetite in the forest as we can lock the bikes within view.

I went out for family walk with the dog. The plan was to stop at the cafe for a lunchtime fry up. It was pouring down , everyone in there was soaked and it was your typical greasy spoon not exactly nicely fitted out and not a carpet in sight. None of this was an issue as I had my dog and I asked nicely if my extremely placid greyhound could come inside. He would have been out of the way, is clearly a quiet pet and if the owner had bothered to ask has never bitten or even barked. There was no where to tie him outside and no cover at all. The kids already in the cafe were delighted to pet a dog too.The guy in there who looked like an extra from the only way is essex was rude and laughed with his colleagues about my perfectly reasonable question. When I told him not to be rude he had the audacity to follow me outside in quite a confrontational manner he proceeded to explain the reasons why my dog was not allowed in. I did try to explain why I was annoyed but he was more interested in facing off to me. Not exactly what you want kids to see.I took my kids and dog to a lovely pub instead. My dog slept on the floor while we spent our money in a far more welcoming establishment. I should really have known better. Bracknell at its worse again.

The best in Bracknell for a yummy brekkie. Excellent atmosphere especially out on the benches with a coffee/tea watching the birds in summer. Well done Aaron, mum and Sam and the others whose names unfortunately I do not know :) Lots of love, the takeaway breakfast couple

Plenty of parking space.Always clean.Do a lovely fry up and are very friendly.I always have extra fried bread as don't have it at home and is never greasy.Lots of chat going on in there.Great for children, several high chairs and they have loads of choices for meals.Only problem I can see is because it is near McDonalds sometimes you have trouble getting there as the road can be blocked with cars, you just have to bite the bullet and go for it.

Lovely café in picturesque setting, over looking a lake. Great value food, and plenty of breakfast options to cover all ages, which was just what we need to break our journey from Portsmouth to Wycombe. If we are passing through again we will make a point of dropping in for another breakfast!

We don't get out for a cooked breakfast very often but when we do this is the place we go. The staff are so friendly and the food is excellent. And when you've eaten you can go for a stroll around the lake

As always a good quality breakfast, in a clean tidy environment, served by friendly, helpful staff and a great view as well. This family run cafe never lets us down.

Poor service greasy food, over priced for a cafe, avoid small carpark staff have no idea how to run a cafe, waste of journey and money.

This place is absolutely delightful. I head down every month, if not every fortnight, for the Sunday roast. From when we first sit down to when we get home, me and my family are always going on and on about how much we love the experience! The accoutrements are hefty, the portions are perfected and the food itself is the kind of roast you'd dream of. Meal customisation is a breeze and the staff are perfect - me and my family have 'our server', and she treats us perfectly every time, though the same can be said for all of the staff! I'll be coming here as long as it's open. ♡

Just had Sunday lunch here and we loved it. Restaurant was busy and buzzy but the staff were still really friendly and efficient. The camembert was excellent as was my husband's pork belly roast. My fillet steak was a little overcooked but was very tasty nonetheless. It was our first visit but we will be back.

A nice enough meal but service was lacking. Didn't feel welcomed at all. Reluctant to ask staff for anything, had to, not usual way when you eat out.
