Food was nice and service was, for the most part, friendly. One server seemed to be having a bad day. Brusque and barely civil. Very expensive for what was served.

Must visit for a clean Scottish breakfast! We started our NC500 journey on the east so this was our first breakie out of the camper! It’s certainly did not disappoint! Coffee and chai latte tasted and looked lovely Food was cooked well, quick service, well presented. Locals and staff friendly a great introduction to the NC500 and brilliant start to our day

Stopped for breakfast due to its gluten free credentials. Very nice, smashed advo and poached egg and also scrambled with black pudding (gorgeous) and chorizo. Very busy and service was cracking. All sorts of cakes and bakes not tried but looking good. Special nod to the decor and the cool honeycomb counter front as well!

We recently spent 3 days in Dornoch. We came across this little brunch/lunch place on our first day and were so happy we did. The best soups and sandwiches we've had in a long time. Excellently prepared with the right amount of fresh, high quality ingredients. You may think a sandwich is a sandwich, but there's a world of difference between a good one and a bad one and these were top notch. The service was friendly, efficient and quick. As soon as we finished, we decided to go back again. I only wish Milk and Honey was in Toronto so I could go there all the time. We'd recommend Milk and Honey without hesitation.

The staff were attentive and kind. The food was of a high quality and absolutely delicious. It arrived very quickly and piping hot despite the cafe being full. The cakes looked amazing and I only wish I had room left to devour one. If I lived nearby it would definitely become a regular place for me!

Fantastic food and excellent value for money. Excellent customer service and inviting choice on menu. Three of us had different seeded bagels; bacon and brie, roast beef with gherkins and horseradish sauce and chicken breast, tomatoes with sriracha relish - accompanied by the best side salad. Fully recommend a visit.

One of the hilights of my trip back to Scotland was the multiple visits i made to Milk and Honey. The food is amazing, I had the full Scottish breakfast multiple times and a lovely sponge with strawberries and cream on my last day it was Devine, The friendly staff were also a hilight of each visit.

A very nice cafe and friendly staff. Cakes taste great. However, their babyccino is charged at £1.70. It consists of a miniature cup with milk foam. Totally overpriced. In other places, even in pricey Edinburgh, this would be complimentary.

Visited Milk & Honey today as a little treat for myself, my fiance and my daughter. I had been meaning to pop in for the last year as I work in Dornoch, and I wish is had done it sooner! Food was amazing! I had the roast beef, gherkin and peppercorn sauce bagel which I highly recommend! Absolutely delicious! Service was great, the young girl that served us was very polite and made sure that we were happy with everything during a rather busy lunchtime service!

Well appointed cafe with extensive menu. Brunch menu excellent as are coffees. Staff friendly and efficient. Outside area is dog-friendly which makes it a great stop-off on walks.

We stumbled upon this busy cafe by accident and what a find it was! It's a small establishment tucked away behind the main thoroughfare with only a handful of tables. The staff of young ladies were friendly, courteous, and efficient. We had a light lunch which was cooked to perfection and the prices were entirely reasonable.

It deserves to be busy. It’s a lovely place with lovely people and lovely food. I would go back any chance I get.

I stopped in for some breakfast and was not disappointed. The food and drinks were lovely with the service being both swift and friendly. This is the second time I have been here now( the first time was for lunch and loved that as well), and I shall definitely be back. This is a lovely little place that deserves a visit wether it’s for food or just a coffee and cake. I’ll let you look at my picture to decide if I enjoyed my breakfast.

We were warmly welcomed & tables put together to accommodate our family group. Most had full or mini cooked breakfasts which looked lovely & they added any items requested, nothing was too much trouble. Their cheese scones are amazing, crispy outside & soft in the middle.
