Wonderful service, lovely food, generous portions. We forgot our dog’s dinner, and bought a couple of sausages to keep her going - bless ‘em, they chopped them up into a bowl, added a couple of dog biscuits and brought them out first. So lovely ❤️

We were so lucky to find this gem when searching for 'nearest coffee'. Not only is it a wonderful site (not often can you sit in an old beautiful railway carriage), the coffees were great and bacon rolls to die for. Very close to excellent walks. Perfect for meeting place.

We had a very warm welcome from the proprietors, ordered our food and drinks, it all arrived efficiently, hot, tasty, huge tea cups, fantastic! We chose to eat inside as it was a bit chilly for outside and the nostalgic carriage was warm and clean. Cyclists welcome, it’s away from the road, great for a break. We’ll be back!

Definitely 5 out of 5 for friendliness and food. We visited with 2 small dogs who where welcomed and given a doggy treat. The tea was best cup of tea we’ve had out for ages, nice and strong. Sausage Bap and Tuna sandwich where both freshly made and delicious. Will definitely be back. Thankyou guys 😊

Found this place by accident. The coffee was just the right strength and piping hot. The cakes looked d-lish but as it was lunchtime I opted for a toastie. It was d-lish and super hot. Cake next time. Staff were super friendly & I loved the quirky environment.

After a wet and windy walk along the Greenway, I was looking forward to a nice hot drink and maybe a slice of cake. I arrived at 3.10pm but the cafe was closed! The sign on the door said open until 3.30pm. Very disappointed.

I have been to this unique railway carriage a few times in the summer and sat outside, but never went inside. Today we went inside and had the best oat milk latte in the world and a sumptuous bacon butty with loads of bacon and a lovely runny egg on the softest bap - just divine. Super friendly owners, a warm fire, great tunes and lovey ambience. We will be back. Well worth a visit as the cakes and toasties look exceptional too 😜🤟

Visited today 6th November and had a fabulous bacon and sausage bap with a gem of a coffee too. Very friendly owners and had a bit of banter about football rivalries locally. Highly recommended and a great place after a walk along the greenway, open all year round except Monday’s

We were cycling on the Greenway (a 5 mile section of disused railway line that is now a multi-use trail) when we chanced upon this fabulous cafe. The new owner has done a ton of work to update the carriage, garden, kitchen, and bathroom and everything looks really nice. We just had a cup of tea but there were excellent menu choices for lunch, cakes, smoothies, ice creams, and more. If you have time, check out the photo albums that detail the carriage’s installation and renovation. Very cool. Highly recommend this great little cafe.

Teas coffees home made cakes.toasted tea cakes run by lovely volunteers,Very unusual to have a cafe in a library !You can read at your table and the village is so friendly you are asked to sit with the regulars,if there is room ! The cakes are delicious, flap jacks and the smaller ones are my favourite but the coffee and walnut cake looked so delicious I took a piece home to eat at two sittings !There is a loyalty scheme
