Ha! I have two accounts and I forgot to say last time, it's always service with a smile 😊 Just to repeat, best pasty I've ever had! But don't buy the cheese and broccoli because they're mine! All mine!! 😁 (Seriously, try them!)

As someone from Cornwall, I really shouldn't say this but they do the best pasties I've ever had. Admittedly I've only had the cheese and broccoli but 😳🤤 I've had two so far and perfect both times. Right amount of veg and cheese. The broccoli isn't over cooked and you can properly taste it. It's seasoned to perfection 👌

Great coffee and welcoming staff. Excellent pasties right out of the oven. 😋

All i can say is that Mila's cakes has topped all the delivery food truck cakes i have ever tasted. They were fresh and not overly sweet. Lots of options. Even supplied hot custard on top of my cake. Forget the other food trucks like rowes, friary...Milas is the best.

Desserts are good, but lunch is over rated. No prices for salads/sandwiches to be seen and service was chaotic with some staff acting as if you aren’t even there and talking amongst themselves. That said, desserts are very good with portions a good size

Always excellent food and service at Milas, food is priced so well and everything is always delicious! Will definitely be returning! Recently introduced a savoury menu which was wonderful, ham and cheese crossaint was lovely and came with side salad for such a good price.

Just collected a too good to go bag for £4.30. For someone on their own this is great bargain and the contents made an old man happy. Also great way to try previously untried products Well done yield bakery

Fabulous lunch in the town centre cafe. (Should have it's own listing here!) gorgeous salad bar, lush pancakes and delicious brownie and ice cream to finish. Amazing value and staff that really seem to care. Fabtastic!

Best in Plymouth! Lots of these style cakeries and bakeries popping up in Plympton and surrounding areas. I have tried them all but always go crawling back to Mila's. The best by a country mile. Especially the Ridgeway shop. Wish I never went anywhere else, other places may have flashy Instagram pages and claim to be great but Mila's is No1. Will never go anywhere else. Selection and quality is second to none. I even went somewhere new recently. Paid twice as much as usual and still went to Mila's as I was disappointed and ate that instead for my cheat meal!

We ordered some Mother’s Day cup cakes and boxes. They looked fabulous and our mums loved them thank you so much. Staff are always friendly and welcoming our favourite bakery.

My work place, my friend groups, my family....we've all been buying Milas for years. But it's just not the same anymore. The brownies were fairly tasteless and toppings were nowhere near like they used to add. Not plentiful nor pretty. Just some crushed chocolate bits on top. 3 of the 6 we bought didn't really taste of much. There just doesn't seem to be the care taken in making them anymore. It's all got more if a manufactured, hurried vibe. It's such a shame, but as there are so many other lovely treat places these days....sad to say I just don't think we will be returning.

We have just had a baby shower in the upstairs of Mila’s. Just amazing, the food was so yummy-scones, quiche, sandwiches, brownies, waffles and so much more. The wonderful staff just kept on coming. Cannot recommend them high enough, just fantastic.

Absolute flipping rip off….£4.80 for two cinnamon buns!!!….and they were stupidly small. You can buy two fresh ones from the Co-op for £1. never again.

I popped in today for a roll and was served by diane today. She was quite surprised of how many fillings I wanted in it. Total was 9 fillings in my bap topped with salad with mayonnaise,salad cream,bbq sauce topping. It was the best bap I've had in ages. Thank you diane.

Wow! Just incredible service at Old Town on Saturday morning. Our first time visiting, with my 3 small boys in tow. We saw recommendations on Tavistock Facebook pages from Goose fayre. Such a friendly reception as soon as we went through the door. Server helped us with our gluten free little boy too. Food was delicious, hot and looked stunning. Really made our day! We couldn't help but grab a box of treats on our way out too, the cinnamon cookie and rice crispy millionaire was a definite favorite. Please open a store in Tavistock xx

Today we visited Milas new shop in town! Decor was amazing, and pancakes were the best ones i’ve ever had! Super fresh and decorated amazingly. The staff were super friendly downstairs and the lovely girl on the till was super welcoming. The only downside is that it took a while to take our order upstairs, despite it being not too busy. It wasn’t a problem though as I just went downstairs to order in the end. I can’t wait to go back. Thanks! x

£15 for 2 mini milkshakes, 2 mini ice cream pots, 1 big milkshake and 1 slice of school cake. Not a terrible price, but I was really disappointed with the milkshakes. The adult one especially was luke warm and I couldn't drink it, so that was £4 wasted. The mini chocolate milkshake was nice, slightly colder, but my sons mini strawberry milkshake was also luke warm and was not nice either so he couldn't drink it. I didn't want to bother the waitress with it because we'd already stressed her enough with my nieces allergies so I left it because I felt bad 🤣 I probably won't visit again but my other 2 family members did enjoy their desserts. The decor was also so lovely, and the lady that was waiting on us was really friendly and polite.

I was bought some yummy treats from Mila’s by a friend and they were so amazing! Super tasty, and would definitely recommend them.

Today I popped in for lunch. Grabbed a cheese and onion pasty. Was asked if it’s cause I’m veggie, which I am, so was given one with a different pastry… it was the most delicious pasty I’ve ever had! 100% the best! Lovely pastry & stringy cheese - delicious!

Collected 6 pasties to take with us to Brixham for friends

Yield Bakery provided 40 pasties for a family gathering yesterday - a mix of meat and veggie and wow! They were absolutely delicious and well received by all our guests. 100% recommend.

Love this family run bakery, even had pasties from here for our wedding day...they are always a winner! Stacey and family are very warm and friendly.

The husband has been following Mila's for some time and has ordered several boxes (lucky me!) So we were very excited to try the bakery. We weren't disappointed, my waffle was amazing with a perfect waffle to topping ratio! The husband had french toast which I will probably order next time. Big shout out to Alex who was managing a very busy table service upstairs with a broken till system! I don't know how he managed it and continued to smile!

I went yesterday with my family for a treat in the new bakery in plymouth City centre. Very disappointed to say the least. It took over 20mins to be served, then when the order came my nieces had cold waffle and crepes, we had lukewarm drinks and drinks and blondies from the downstairs main counter still hadn't arrived . We asked the young waitress who seemed very nervous who then explained it was her first day. Coffees were exchanged for warmer ones and other drinks sent up however still no blondies. We had to go downstairs to ask why we didn't have them to be told they were short staffed ( we could see seven of them?) and they didn't think it was going to be busy ?? . We were given a refund for the blondies and the blondies which were definitely not worth the wait ( dry on the sides and under cooked in places . The areas around the main entrance were also a non inviting experience.

Pasties hardly seasoned and bland, meat was very tuff and chewy. Pastry a bit doughy to. Not good for the price.

I've just had my 3rd box of 6 this week (2x postals and 1 in person visit to the Ridgeway as we were on holiday in the area) - that's how good Mila's are! I've been ordering postals since the beginning and every single item has been amazing. My absolute favourites are the cookie bars! Top tip if ordering postals - double up as you can get 12 items for 1 postage cost and freeze them. You can then defrost as you go and they always taste exactly the same as if they were fresh.

When Milas opened their new shop in the city centre, I knew I had to go. I'd previously tried their desserts when work colleagues brought them in as a gift but never visited their store. I purchased three brownies/blondies and we weren't disappointed. The shop was incredibly busy and the staff kept apologising, however they were wonderful and helpful. The desserts we took home were amazing! If I could go back everyday without my jeans growing in size, I would. They were absolutely delicious. We would highly recommend and we will definitely visit again.

Everytime we have people come to stay we get Milas in. Always soooo deliscious, amazing flavours, tons of fillings and such good price. Also ordered a 40th anniversary cake which was sensational.

We have visited the new shop a few now and it’s always been lovely, of course there has been minor teething problems, this is absolutely to be expected with a brand new business. It’s a joy to see an independent business doing so well amongst large brands. The new que for sit in and takeaway was really good 😊 We Will be constantly giving support to Mila’s bakery, their brownies in my eyes are unbeatable, friendly staff, beautiful shop, passionate family run business. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I emailed about a Brownie slab cake for my husband’s birthday after seeing it on the website. I requested his favourite toppings and it was exactly as I wanted. He said it was the best brownie he’d ever tasted.
