Great food and the curly fries were amazing would recommend! And food came an hour early! Would order again

I didn’t receive the bbq dip requested

The pizza was okay, but I was looking for more of a Neapolitan style Italian base, which is what I thought I had ordered when given the options for a base, my fault. Other than that the pizza was nice and so were the curly fries.

The pizza was fine, although I ordered the "Italian crust" and - naively - expected the stone baked crust in the image at the top of the page. Unfortunately it's just a standard thin crust like every other crappy pizza place in Reading. The hunt for a proper stone baked crust continues...

Base was soggy and overcooked which therefore made the pizza taste awful please cook it in a pizza oven and not an industrial one thank you :) But on the other hand the chicken wings were sexy af so i give ya that one By hunis :)

the rude staff didn't care that my order was over an hour late

The food came prior to the delivery time but what we received was awful. Both pizzas that were ordered were burnt throughout with the crust rock hard, it was hard to tell which topping was which. The pizzas should have never left the shop, it will be the last time I order from Milanos, extremely dissatisfied!

Chocolate fudge cake is just a slice of cake

I was waiting the whole night for my order,but nobody came to deliver.I had to wait until next day at 11:00 o’clock in the morning,so I can speak with staff.

came very hot cheer was perfectly melted, good cheese to tomato ratio. Came with 3 garlic sauce tubs presented fantastical, I would recommend highly especially for the price

Over 2 hours to get the food. Restaurant wasn't very helpful. Just eat weren't any use either!

I was expecting Napolitano style simply because I hadn't seen photos and was solely going based on description. It isn't like that, however it was still really good and I highly recommend it for those pizza cravings!

My pizza didn't turn up I didn't receive a phone call and they said they left it outside I paid 25 pounds total rip off first time ordering from them

Pizza left on door step not even contacted for arrival. I use other take aways on just eat and never had issues, have even used this place before. Got told number was wrong and it's been the same since i downloaded app. Absolutely rubbish

Delivery time amended AFTER order was placed, they thought we’d still like to eat it in the early hours of the morning. very unhelpful when we phoned. shouldn’t accept orders they cannot fulfil within a reasonable time.frame.

I paid for the order I did not receive and no one knows what happened with my order is any cheat

food was good- wouldn’t suggest getting the steak on pizza as it’s odd but rest was great delivery wasn’t the best

no stars. We waited patiently for an hour from 2:20 am to an estimated time of 3:20 am. Around 3;20am we were downstairs by our front door but nothing came, so we waited and waited then we called with our concerns, as it was taking a while. Apparently the delivery was made a while ago but no one was notified, no one knocked and no one even called. subesequently how pizza was ice cold when we realised it was outside the entire time.

Great food as always from the team 🙂. Sadly the order exceeded the delivery time slot, I had to ring and query this which down to a issue with the JustEat system. My food was promptly prepared and an extra item added given the delay.

Not really good quality. Toppings cut to cubes instead of slice. Better quality at lower price you can find in local corner shops. Deffo will not order from this store again.

XXL pizza is good tier junk food and for £11.99 u can’t go wrong

After taking payment the food was never received. Called to find out how much longer it would be to be told "The delivery driver left it outside the block of flats" There was no food there, the delivery driver didn't ring the doorbell or call. He refused to compensate us either by a refund or by delivering the order we had purchased.

I ordered the food at 23:55 and was told it would come at 00:55 so I waited. It is now 4:00am and it is still now here

missing two toppings as they didn’t have them, pizza 🍕 was thin and not at all crunchy, thick and fluffy like a Pizza Hut pizza...

I have not received my side order and bottle of coke, I was promised a refund by the driver and I have not seen anything for 3 weeks. If this is the kind of service you provide, I would rather cook them myself. Please arrange for a refund ASAP

The service of this takeaway was unacceptable. This is meant to be fast food and I am not unreasonable in saying that waiting almost 2 hours for takeaway food to arrive is terrible. There was also a delay. By the time the food came it was basically cold and everyone was already asleep and therefore unable to eat it due to the ridiculous wait.

Rude on the phone, late on delivery (and rude and too lazy to come to my door). Waited nearly two hours tobe delivered rudeness, lazieness and virtually inediblefood. Do not order from here. Id have dosputed the bill. Utter rubbish.

I’ll be fair. All food turned however chicken strips were missing and cold which is deeply sad I look forward to my free sides as promised. Chicken strips are nice though.

Yes food arrived early but initial waiting time was 55mins. Pizza was very decent in comparison to most pizza places you find on Just eat. Only issue was it was slightly too oily and caused the centre of the base to start to sog. Taste was good but could do with more tomato sauce. Other than that it was absolutely delicious and I most likely would order again

Not only were they late. They forgot my drink (the delivery guy gave me the money for it) and they put sausage on my pizza, which I specifically asked them not to. Not happy at all.

Lasagne Verdi Very poor and cheaply made. Just about a tablespoon of mince. Would not recommend Delivery was on time but cold. could probably set ice cream hotter

Pizza was cold, or slightly warm, although chicken wings were decent and they were actually warm. delivery was bang on time expected.

worst dry pizza ever, was even told off by the delivery driver because my phone njmber was incorrect . avoid

you would expect a better pizza from a food establishment, especially one that "specializes" in pizza. Bad choice of cheese, not enough marinara, the dough was not cooked all the way through. Would not recommend at all.

Forgot food items. Said I will be refunded. Will wait and see.

driver was so rude. I asked him to come to the door but he stopped in parking far away from the house and asked me to come and collect. what's the point of delivery if you can't deliver it to the door step. never going to order from them again. worst service.

We waited up till 6 and it never turned up

We ordered a pizza from them, it was never delivered and it was too late to phone up to ask about the pizza that night because the shop had closed. I phoned up the next day and they claimed the pizza had been delivered, which it had not. They then claimed that the delivery guy had delivered the pizza, but a woman had answered the door and said that the pizza had already been delivered and that she had turned the delivery man away. This was not true, as I am the only woman in the house and I definitely did not turn away the pizza. Eventually, they did send another pizza, which I accepted because I had already paid by card, but they were rude and I didn't like that they implied I was lying to get a free pizza. We definitely won't be ordering from them again, and I advise anyone who orders from them to pay with cash instead of by card so you don't lose your money.

Terrible customer service, useless employees and no managers on shift. Only one delivery driver hired on a weekend to cover the whole of Reading. Food quality very poor, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TAKEAWAY!

Came one an hour after estimated time

Didn't hear anything for an hour after accepted delivery time. Supposedly turned up to the address I ordered at about 3.5 hours after the ETA for some reason. Terrible order topping off several bad deliveries over the last year means I will never consider this place again, and will warn anyone considering Milano.

The pizza that came was VERY greasy, not like pizza from milanos has been in the past but i will be thinking before ordering again. delivery pizza is usually greasy and such but it was in a pool of oil which made the pizza soggy. Very disappointed.
