Centrally located and with accommodating hours of operation. The service was fast and superb. Generous portions. Our gelato treats were delicious.

Delicious gelato, as always but….you really need your change your freezer tubs, they are absolutely NOT fit for purpose!! The lids do not fit properly and therefore the gelato is not remotely insulated and leaks everywhere. Our gelato was almost completely melted between Inverness and Rosemarkie; please go back to the other tubs, which actually work🥲

Really great ice cream, can understand why there was a queue!!! Flavours to suit everyone, They also do lovely birthday cakes with balls of ice cream on!!! This place is first on the list for ice cream in Inverness….

We go often to Miele’s and we like their ice cream. Not all the flavours are on our taste but this is a matter preferences. We tried today the hot chocolate for the first time, as we like the ice cream we said we can’t go wrong. The hot chocolate tasted as… milk, only milk… We were very disappointed.

We stopped here for an ice cream and both had a two scoop tub with a canoli. There's a great range of flavours available, from family favourites to some that are a little bit different. Try the Ferrerro Rocher, it's delicious!

We ordered two ice creams; butterscotch and mint chocolate, both equally delicious. Enjoyed our chat with the male staff, very friendly and helpful. 5 star experience.

The female staff member was a delight and very helpful, good choice and good value The reason im not giving it five stars is that (apart from being an ice cream snob) i found the flavours a little lacking in depth.

Delicious and indulgent 2 scoop cone with Nutella hot sauce in the bottom of the cone. Its a good job I don't live nearby or I'd be back there all the time!

I have been a regular customer of Miele's for a while now. I keep coming back because the service is superb, the staff are polite, cheerful and helpful. The Gelato is amazing and the taste is superb. The baking is just brilliant and being able to get Authentic Italian pastries in Inverness is a real treat. Lastly having had the coffee today for the first time i can add that it is possibly the best I have had in town. The service and delivery the provided during the pandemic has just made things even better with people getting deliveries that have brightened folks days and kept a small local business thriving.

When we saw on social media that Mieles were coming to our wee town nearly 30 miles away from their shop in Inverness we jumped at the chance to get some gelato as a lockdown cheer us up. Menus were posted the day before the visit which was great as it gave plenty time to make the difficult decisions on what flavours to try. We always ended up getting 2x 6 scoop freezer tubs. Then we tried their pop dots, doughnut middles if you like, sold, we'll be having those again! Ad we did. Every visit throughout lockdown Staff taking orders were lovely and delivery was bang on time. Excellent service and always greeted with a friendly smile which goes a long way especially in these troubled times. Thank you to David and the team for bringing your #gelatosmiles to us. I've been a Mieles fan for a few years now, originally visiting their original Lossiemouth shop for a Forerro Rocher gelato (the best I've ever tasted!). After lockdown, I couldn't visit any of the branches (they have Lossie, Aviemore and Inverness). I noticed they were doing deliveries to my area and was delighted to get some treats for my and my son. A visit to the highlands would not be complete without a Mieles!

Absolutely delicious, it didn't only look amazing but it tasted amazing too. Very efficient service from the point of ordering to delivery. To open our front door to discover this delight made my young son's birthday very special.

4 tubs mixed flavours! Continue to return every week. Friendly staff. A bit on the expensive side though. 10/10

I normally go to the Aviemore shop however when I was Inverness I popped in. The shop is a lot smaller however feels more homie. The gelato is amazing as always! I was swerved by a young blonde, believe she had a nose piercing- never caught name. She made my experience brighter than the ones I’ve had in aviemore! Will definitely go out of my way to come back up.

Ice cream is gorgeous with a wide variety of flavours. Staff are lovely and friendly. Worth a visit you will not be disappointed.

Very pleasant staff. Service was prompt and the ice cream was delicious as ever. Really handy to be able to pop in after dinner at a nearby restaurant and walk along the river (on a mild dry night). My only comment would be to walk all the way in as they have waffles (which my daughter would have loved) as well as donuts and cannoli but I'd already ordered and paid before I realised the full range of treats on offer.

Stopped by the city and tried their pasta station and toffee popcorn. It was soo good and so fresh! The young gentlemen who made the pasta did a great job and generous.

Stopped here on a whim and was not disappointed. We each got one scoop and wished we’d gotten more! Very creamy and delicious. Nice selection of flavors, too.

Based on the recommendation from a local, we went despite the long lines and it was well worth it. We also tried the cannolis which were excellent as well

Absolutely lovely selection of dairy free sorbets on offer. Staff is fantastic at suggesting flavours and are very patient when I can't make up my mind. A trip into town wouldn't be complete without a stop in.

So much to choose from and everything looks so tempting. The only problem you would have is what flavour do I want so my option was to have a 6 scoop carton to take home with me!! I have had 3 birthday ice cream cakes from them and which you have to order in advance. you can choose what flavours you want and you are not disappointed when you go and pick them up. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff there and they are so helpful. Give your taste buds a go as you will not be disappointed.

We went to Mieles yesterday with a big group of friends and the staff were really lovely and didn't mind us taking forever. Big choice of flavours and really delicious for a good price. We will definitely keep coming back

Recommended by our B&B owner, we found it near the town centre on Church St.. after dinner. The choice was hard with so many lovely things.Lots of flavours of ice cream. It was delicious.Very busy with a few seats outside.

Excellent selection, not overpriced. Perfect after a light evening meal in Inverness. There was a great selection of gelato flavors - not overwhelming number of choices but they covered all the important food groups (chocolate, Nutella, fruit!).

A hole in the wall place across from the famous bookstore. You’ll have to stand in line for a bit but the wait is worth it. I loved the butterscotch gelato.

The ice cream at Miele's is simply fantastic! It is so tasty and they are always providing different flavours to try. I can't imagine there is better ice cream on the planet. The staff are always friendly and pleasant.

We stayed right across the street from here. Lovely staff and delicious gelato. Definitely a popular place with all who know about it! Worth the wait.

amazing selection of flavours, cheerful and helpful staff and reasonable prices - bet they sell out sometimes! But when we were there, the flavours that had sold out were being replenished, so I suspect they are on top of supply. Staff favourite has quickly become my own - raspberry and dark chocolate..

Came with my family to this lovely parlour after a friend told me about. On our last day in the city we decided to have a scoop and was greeted by one Of our favourite servers Ashley. In which she gave us a 10% discount as we had been going so many times over our stay. Thank you so much for the best gelato in Scotland.

Good, varied selection of flavors. My mother and I both got two scoop “tubs,” which was almost too much gelato (and we are ice cream/gelato lovers!). There were standard flavors as well as unique ones. I greatly enjoyed the fior di latte and mint chocolate. My mom had the cherry and Bassett’s flavors. She said the licorice flavor tasted exactly like all-sorts. The staff were cheerful and friendly. Not very much seating, but perfectly reasonable for an ice cream shop.Overall, amazing gelato shop, would go again!!

I haven't had Amarena gelato since our time in Italy 2 years ago. I was shocked to see that it was a flavor Miele's made. It was awesome. Take the time to go there and enjoy the best Gelato in Scotland!

Don’t leave Inverness without Miele’s gelato. The ice cream parlour offers many choices for every palette, including gluten free.

After a long day or exploring the Teenagers would walk by and need to go in for a treat. Highlight to our days with a great treat.

Cannot recommend highly enough, ice cream lovers paradise. But note, this is not a restaurant, purely a home made ice cream shop.

Been here countless times over the last 2 and a bit years and it’s never disappointed. Went in a couple of days ago and they had run out of mint (one of my usual flavours) but they managed to get one last scoop from the freezer. Thabs is always friendly and accommodating.

Truly delicious gelato, lovely staff, right in the center of town, lived up to the great reviews. Highly recommend.

We come here quite a lot with the kids in the afternoon as a little treat on the way home from school, or in the evening after the various kids clubs and classes,it’s great as there as it is easy enough to stop right outside as there are parking spaces across the road, although they are pay and display, you can just go to the machine and press the button, it will give you a ticket for 15 mins free parking, perfect for nipping in for an ice cream! The flavours are amazing, there are always different and new ones every time we visit, but also some classics, I love the dairy free chocolate, it’s to die for! The staff are also always not just nice but welcoming, every time I have been they seem delighted to be there and to help, they are great with the kids, and if you are stumped for choice, they also offer a little taster so you can make up your mind!

I have never had ice cream so good since my family holiday to Tenerife some time ago, so absolutely delighted when Mieles opened a few years ago now as their ice cream transporrs me back to my holiday. Their ice cream is so good that we have booked them for our wedding! If you like thier facebook page you will get updates on any new flavours going into the cabinet, but you have to be quick as they have a lot of ice cream thirsty followers!

We visited last night and were served by Tabs. She was so lovely and friendly. Will defo be coming back anytime we need inspo on how to spend our night. Our ice cream was also amazing🤩

I guess we have been soilt by experiences elsewhere but the choice was disappointing and the cones really are quite costly. Maybe it's unfair to compare with the atmosphere at seaside resorts though

Lovely little gelateria, with nice quality ice cream and a wide range of authentic Italian favourites like fior di latte and pistachio. Choice of cones to choose from and a wonderful selection of good-looking ice cream cakes at the back of the shop which may be considering for a special celebration. Good-humoured staff and honest prices.

The Ferrero Rocher icecream is absolutely amazing!!! But to be fair all the icecream is a real treat. Staff are always so nice and helpful 😊

What a great selection of Italian ice creams which taste divine! They have a marble slab which can be heated to mix ice creams & toppings or if you prefer a cone or cup then have your scoops popped straight into that. It all depends whether you like your ice cream mixed or want to taste the separate flavours independently. I had 3 flavours but the predominant one coming through to wack my taste buds was the Turkish Delight. It was so good I went back later in the week to have that on its own! They also have a shop in Aviemore so you could go mad and have 2 in a day! Really friendly and patient staff, as faced with so many delicious looking flavours who can make a rapid decision, I certainly couldn't! It is great for dessert after your meal out and means you get to eat out in 2 different places, although they only have a couple of tables & chairs inside, so most people eat as they walk or pop in for a takeaway carton to take home. Go on, treat yourself.

This was a real find on a rainy afternoon. Super service with a smile and a fabulous range of ice creams and sorbets. Our daughter is dairy intolerant but there were three choices of dairy-free ice cream to choose from. There were a couple of dozen flavours and they all looked appealing but my choice was the honeycomb with caramel sauce. Divine! Seating is limited to two inside tables at the moment and we were able to enjoy our ices out of the rain. There is also a range of Italian sweet treats at the far end of the counter.

We visited here due to the reviews from Trip Advisor and pleased to report that we had a great experience. The service was excellent and the young lady was happy to answer all of our questions.

Living in Inverness this gelato shop is somewhere I frequent often and take all my friends that visit, it’s officially become the gem of Inverness wether it’s just a single cone to yourself or a 6 scoop tub for the family (or the two of you, if your and Ice cream lover like me!) it’s the ideal place to go. Staff are friendly, price is reasonable and the ice cream is a taste sensation! And with so many unique flavours who could say no!

We are so fortunate to have an authentic family ice cream business in Inverness . Always busy with very efficient staff and a great selection of not only ice cream but delicious pastries and tablet as well . They are open in the evening as well so an after dinner treat can be enjoyed .

Heard great comments from friends so we just had to try ourselves. I had the double cone which was Salted caramel and Turkish delight flavours my husband just had a double of Turkish delight. So tasty. Definitely recommend and 100% would go back for another, this time I would try different flavours.

We had a meal in a local pizza restaurant but decided instead of having a desert off the menu that we would get ice cream from this shop. The staff were very patient as the four children had a hard time deciding what flavours they wanted. It was delicious and I highly recommend this shop. It was a delightful way to end a warm summer evening out.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich viel Zeit genommen. Wir probierten die Cannoli und 5 Eissorten. Vom Eis waren wir etwas enttäuscht, die fruchtigen Sorten schmeckten sehr künstlich. Die Cannoli waren sehr süß, aber das liegt wohl eher am regionalen Geschmack. :)

I went with friends about 8.30pm and they were still busy. Welcoming and friendly staff who were so patience as we made our ice cream choices. The ice cream flavours were spot on. We will definitely be back to try new flavours on our next visit to Inverness.

By far the best place in Inverness to get a huge selection of handmade gelato. They always have a few dairy free options available and I haven’t tried a flavour I don’t like.

Love mieles its my daughters favourite place to go after mammys had a sunbed! Toffee mallow is nicest flavour kinder is also yummy but havent had one i didnt like

Wir kamen aus Deutschland und waren zufällig dort. Es war sehr voll und trotzdem nahm sich die junge Bedienung sehr viel Zeit für uns. Das Eis war das beste Eis, was ich in 4 Wochen Schottland gegessen hatte.

This place is the only reason to go to Inverness! Super yummy ice cream and very friendly staff. Never disappointing.....although I wish they did the Caramac flavour one more often. The Ferrero Rocher one is very very nice, but the Caramac is just....mmmmm!

We ran there right before it closed. The people behind the counter were working SO hard to get through the line. I was really impressed by them. I had the Ferrer Rocher and my husband had a mint chocolate. Both were very good. Great way to cool off on warm summer day.

After dozens of gelato shop trips in Italy, and many more in Spain and France, I have a very set expectation for how gelato should taste. Miele’s did have good gelato, and if it were called ice cream, excellent in fact. However, it is more comparable to ice cream than to gelato. Considering Scotland is far removed from Italy, this was amazing. I do recommend a visit if you are in the mood for ice cream or gelato!

Myself, husband and two wee ones visited here while on holiday, the taste buds were definately tingling, Only issue with this place is trying to decide what flavours your going to have!!

We ran like little children from the restraint, half a mile away, to make it to this highly rated gelateria before it closed for the night. We barely made it, and it was with it. Very good and highly recommended.
