Mezze in Bradford

Absolutely amazing 10 out of 10. Service was quick and friendly. I have been here many times for different occasions and I can honestly say that they have consistent excellent customer service. Food taste amazing and fresh. They have many variety of dishes and desserts. Great environment and culture vibes. Excellent definitely recommend.

Been here before 2time the food was good I send birthday party as will this time I whent on Saturday the menu app don't work so I could not order from my phone the only option pethatic I got the waiter tablet placed order waited nearly 1houre for stingy half portion soup and waited for the second starter nearly 20minut the fatair extra mini with big price feather 30minutes to get my kebab with onion 1/2 tea spoon 1/2tea spoon cabeg and 2puce pink pickles and 2bread size no moor then 6.. 5 cm what a joke oh I forget I got chilli sauce and weird off sauce on the table I. Plastic bottle deintley not going back loads of choice around I want bother again and want recommend it to any of my friend for sure.....

Fui ayer por la mañana a este restaurante para un brunch con mis amigos y nos lo pasamos de maravilla. El brunch era increíble, el menú tiene muchas variedades diferentes de platos y bebidas recién hechas. Tuvimos un sabor de la mayoría de los platos y todos probados tan delicioso, especialmente la tortilla de huevo Babylon, Shakshuka y los diferentes tipos de grasa. El personal era encantador, extremadamente amable, atento y acogedor. Sin duda volveré de nuevo con mi familia para un brunch por la mañana y sin duda recomiendo este restaurante. Gracias por el equipo del restaurante Mezza por su excelente servicio y gran hospitalidad.

Un ambiente tan agradable - gran comida! vale la pena el dinero y el tiempo! recomiendo encarecidamente este gran lugar de comida! servicio amable también!!

If I could rate the service as minus I would! DO NOT GO, not only was there hair in our food the service was utterly rubbish, the chef came out an apologised to us for the hair in our food about half hour later, the waiter who took the food looked at us like he was expecting us to eat this and didnt negotiate anything, so whilst 3 of us ate one had no food, the woman(manager) taking the payments didn't even acknowledge that this had occurred such disgusting service second visit and never going back again ! Had to go somewhere else to eat. So disappointed! Never again!

We visited Mezze tonight and I have got to say we were really impressed with the surroundings and the food. We visited with our daughter and her friend who have both just graduated and they both loved it too. I am a veggie and I had lots of choices in the menu so I was really impressed by that! The head waiter was really funny and so attentive and the rest of the staff gave amazing service. If you want to go I would recommend booking as it is very popular!

Very good meal in a pleasant atmosphere. Excellent, friendly and helpful service. Lots of choice and food for both vegetarians and omnivores. Quick and efficient. Recommended.

Have eaten here and had take away via just eat several times but first time visited with family. Mezza lived up to the excellent reputation with great quality food, excellent service, great atmosphere and decor. My favourite Middle Eastern restaurant in Bradford, well worth a try. Only slight negative is often very busy and sometimes have to wait but we’ll worth it!

Booked a table for 6pm on a Saturday. Disappointed when we arrived the car park was coned off so we could not park.Had to park on the road side and walk in, only to find you had to try and get the attention of the attendant; not ideal on such a busy main road! Greeted at reception and taken to our table. Very off putting was the floor spotlight which was a bright white led shining up to the side of my eye. Politely asked if there was an alternative table and this was then discussed among 4 or 5 staff laughing?!! When the manager came over he explained he could cover the light up but he couldn't turn them off!!! Not what I requested. We were moved to a better table. The service was prompt as was the food, in fact so much so we were still eating our starters and the main came!! I asked for this to be taken away as it would have been cold by the time we had eaten our starters. Although you are advised you get 1.5 hours it felt very rushed. The food was well presented and tasty.The prices are reasonable. We would revisit to sample some of the many other dishes that are on offer just wouldn't get 3 courses then wouldn't feel as rushed. The restaurant itself is very clean and the decor is very nice, they just need to sort the carpark and note when starter plates are returned before sending out the mains.

Managed to get a table for early on a Saturday evening with the family (four of us). The decor is the first thing that strikes you, they've obviously gone to a lot of trouble to make the place look nice, lots of marble and big spaces. Quite impressive really, very new and clean. Seating in booths was less comfortable than it should have been though, ask for a table with seats rather than a booth. Menus were only available on your phone, assuming you have one, through a QR code. Would be a nice addition, but there were no hard copy menus 'due to covid', this made ordering numerous dishes for four very difficult. It's a shame they didn't apply the same attitude to covid when it came to customers not wearing masks. We ordered a range of starters and some mains - lots of food and very representative of the region. I have to admit that all the food was of excellent quality. Very authentic, well prepared, beautifully presented and delicious! Special mention for the Moutabal dip, and lemon and mint drink, but everything was very good. Sadly the place was let down by some flaky service and other minor issues. I've already mentioned the menus (tricky to navigate on a smartphone). But we felt that the staff really lacked experience and proper training. When asking for some tap water to accompany the food and drinks we were told that they 'don't do that'. It was a very warm day and arguing over tap with water with a waiter was not a great start. Coupled with a general less than attentive attitude we were left feeling slightly 'unwanted'. So do go for some great eastern Mediterranean / middle eastern cuisine at very reasonable prices for the quality. Don't expect great service though, and make sure you're fully vaccinated.

Fantastic food and great service in a lovely decor restaurant, definitely will be returning. The mix main kebab is a must.
