Personal muy amable y educado desde el principio y durante todo el camino. Comida excepcional. Éramos un grupo grande y uno de los empleados de catering en uniforme nos ayudó a decidir las mejores opciones. Todo estaba delicioso y lugar en. Té y postres fueron disfrutados por todos. Gran ambiente, asientos para grupos grandes y menú variado. Lo recomendaría y volvería de nuevo.

**Experiencia absolutamente asquerosa – Gusanos en mi bebida!** Le he dado múltiples oportunidades a Mezza Restaurant, pero después de mi última experiencia, nunca volveré. Pedí un cóctel (Mezza Sunset) y estaba absolutamente horrorizado de encontrar **gusanos** en mi bebida. Inmediatamente lo informé al personal, que lo reemplazó por uno llamado “fresco”, pero al inspeccionarlo, encontré **más gusanos** en la bebida! Después de plantear mis preocupaciones de nuevo, el gerente de la cocina inspeccionó los jugos de frutas y confirmó que **había gusanos en el jugo de naranja que estaban sirviendo. **Lo que más me disgustó fue que incluso después de que esto se descubrió, **continuaron sirviendo la misma bebida a otros clientes** en lugar de quitarlos. La falta total de cuidado de la higiene y la seguridad de los clientes es más que atroz. Esta fue mi cuarta visita a Mezza, y puedo decir con confianza que ** 3 de cada 4 visitas han sido horribles. ** El servicio es consistentemente pobre, con el personal que no tiene idea de lo que está pasando, los elementos del menú a menudo no disponibles, y los platos que se sirven en el orden equivocado (principales antes de los entrantes, por ejemplo). Pero encontrar insectos en mi bebida fue la gota que colmó el vaso. Evita este lugar a toda costa. Si los gusanos en las bebidas y un completo desprecio por la seguridad alimentaria no te desaniman, el terrible servicio seguramente lo hará.

Este restaurante es ideal para comer fuera en un fin de semana, buen ambiente, servicio súper agradable y la comida es deliciosa. El té es muy bueno. Gracias a yusuf por una gran comida

If I could rate the service as minus I would! DO NOT GO, not only was there hair in our food the service was utterly rubbish, the chef came out an apologised to us for the hair in our food about half hour later, the waiter who took the food looked at us like he was expecting us to eat this and didnt negotiate anything, so whilst 3 of us ate one had no food, the woman(manager) taking the payments didn't even acknowledge that this had occurred such disgusting service second visit and never going back again ! Had to go somewhere else to eat. So disappointed! Never again!

We visited Mezze tonight and I have got to say we were really impressed with the surroundings and the food. We visited with our daughter and her friend who have both just graduated and they both loved it too. I am a veggie and I had lots of choices in the menu so I was really impressed by that! The head waiter was really funny and so attentive and the rest of the staff gave amazing service. If you want to go I would recommend booking as it is very popular!

Have eaten here and had take away via just eat several times but first time visited with family. Mezza lived up to the excellent reputation with great quality food, excellent service, great atmosphere and decor. My favourite Middle Eastern restaurant in Bradford, well worth a try. Only slight negative is often very busy and sometimes have to wait but we’ll worth it!

Very good meal in a pleasant atmosphere. Excellent, friendly and helpful service. Lots of choice and food for both vegetarians and omnivores. Quick and efficient. Recommended.

Booked a table for 6pm on a Saturday. Disappointed when we arrived the car park was coned off so we could not park.Had to park on the road side and walk in, only to find you had to try and get the attention of the attendant; not ideal on such a busy main road! Greeted at reception and taken to our table. Very off putting was the floor spotlight which was a bright white led shining up to the side of my eye. Politely asked if there was an alternative table and this was then discussed among 4 or 5 staff laughing?!! When the manager came over he explained he could cover the light up but he couldn't turn them off!!! Not what I requested. We were moved to a better table. The service was prompt as was the food, in fact so much so we were still eating our starters and the main came!! I asked for this to be taken away as it would have been cold by the time we had eaten our starters. Although you are advised you get 1.5 hours it felt very rushed. The food was well presented and tasty.The prices are reasonable. We would revisit to sample some of the many other dishes that are on offer just wouldn't get 3 courses then wouldn't feel as rushed. The restaurant itself is very clean and the decor is very nice, they just need to sort the carpark and note when starter plates are returned before sending out the mains.

Managed to get a table for early on a Saturday evening with the family (four of us). The decor is the first thing that strikes you, they've obviously gone to a lot of trouble to make the place look nice, lots of marble and big spaces. Quite impressive really, very new and clean. Seating in booths was less comfortable than it should have been though, ask for a table with seats rather than a booth. Menus were only available on your phone, assuming you have one, through a QR code. Would be a nice addition, but there were no hard copy menus 'due to covid', this made ordering numerous dishes for four very difficult. It's a shame they didn't apply the same attitude to covid when it came to customers not wearing masks. We ordered a range of starters and some mains - lots of food and very representative of the region. I have to admit that all the food was of excellent quality. Very authentic, well prepared, beautifully presented and delicious! Special mention for the Moutabal dip, and lemon and mint drink, but everything was very good. Sadly the place was let down by some flaky service and other minor issues. I've already mentioned the menus (tricky to navigate on a smartphone). But we felt that the staff really lacked experience and proper training. When asking for some tap water to accompany the food and drinks we were told that they 'don't do that'. It was a very warm day and arguing over tap with water with a waiter was not a great start. Coupled with a general less than attentive attitude we were left feeling slightly 'unwanted'. So do go for some great eastern Mediterranean / middle eastern cuisine at very reasonable prices for the quality. Don't expect great service though, and make sure you're fully vaccinated.

Fantastic food and great service in a lovely decor restaurant, definitely will be returning. The mix main kebab is a must.
