please tell me do you use lamb or sheep. sheep is cheaper compared to lamb you kebabs and lamb fillet in classic special are not lamb i can tell you that. besides this huge misleading your food is very good and consistent.

Absolutely love this place from the staff to the food everything is perfect. The food is to die for, very reasonably priced and the service just cannot be faulted. Easy parking too. Eaten in many times but mostly order for pickup. From ordering to arriving back home with my food is usually around 20 minutes. 👍

Usually have to book as it is busy. The food is delicious and the service is fast and friendly. We prefer to sit upstairs. It is clean and reasonably priced

You have to try this. It’s a must! Had Persian food all over the country - this is the best place for it, every piece of meat was tender, juicy and so well seasoned! Not bland at all like other places, Persian food went from being my least favourite cuisine to my favourite cuisine because of this place. I’ve never had lamb that is crispy and melts on your mouth before nor have I ever had chicken that tender before. I was happy enough with the hummus, believe the hype this place may look humble on the outside (And Ahmed the owner is absolutely full of humility and good manners), but the food is grand. If I was to be super picky I would ask that one of the waitresses (the East Asian looking one) develops some people skills, she doesn’t have to smile at everyone but at least look like she wants to serve the customers, she looked quite annoyed with having to serve us. I knocked a star off of service because of her but the other waiters and waitresses were brilliant, food came out hot, beautifully plattered, great portions and absolutely worth the price.

Simply the best service and Persian quality of food in the UK i would say. Ive been a customer for the past 10 years and this place has not let me down anytime. Keep it up guys!

Food- Wow unbelievable food from this hidden gem. Fresh full of flavour and very good quality. The mixed platter suits all and every meat was juicy and flavourful. Service- Top service and always on hand, food came out fast and efficient. Price - Pricing is slighty high but you get what you pay for and this is top quality food. 5/5 Must Try.

Bad customer service the food was not good at all the lamb was pink and found hair in my food most disgusting restaurant I have been to if I have food poisoning I will sue them sbd want a refund !!!!!

Food 7/10 Food was nice, I got the chicken and meat skewer. Chicken was tender but the meat was slightly tougher, but I guess that is how meat is. No complaints really, chips and salad for side was great. I did get the chicken roll starter which was not great, I should have opted for cheese rolls Service 3/10 The waiters english wasnt very good. Regardless food was brought out in good time and tables were cleaned and given out accordingly (starters to main). *Update: second time going the same waiter was making us rush to eat, I didnt like the attitude so dropped my rating. Atmosphere 7/10 Newly refurbished upstairs lightly isnt too dark nor light which gives a nice ambient feeling. Overall 7/10 Nice place to go for Persian food, little to no complaints

Very nice food, hoping to visit again. Off street parking available and easy to find. Interior is very nice and themed with lots of Persian flavour. Starters are a little expensive at £5-6 but good, mains are full of flavour and very tasty. Persian desserts are interesting and very nice as expected.

Wonderful place to eat, always enjoy the food and the staff are amazing. We do like the Persian tea on top of everything else. Highly recommended.

Fast friendly service and food is quite superb. Lamb Chops done to perfection. Take your own Beer so it doesn't cost a fortune. Packed as well for second week in January so always book beforehand.

Our family go to place. Every main dish is delicious. The starters I would recommend are chicken rolls and houmous. Parking is on the side before you get to the restaurant. However, there's limited spaces.

Visited twice for a birthday and gender reveal dinner. The food is excellent but that is half the story for a restaurant. Decor and staff bring to mind a liberal time of Persian history. Cheryl blossoms and filament bulbs highlight charcoaled goods. I try to leave a tip as the service is very good.

Amazing food. The platter we ordered was delicious and the staff managed to swap one of the hot starters for the hummus which we really appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Been waiting years to come here & kept missing out with it being fully booked. Pretty much full on a Wednesday evening so book ahead. Party of 10 of us visited and we had a blast. The hot & cold mixed starters were so tasty but nothing compared to the mains. Everything was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. Its a bring your own alcohol restaurant as they serve soft drinks only. The staff were super friendly and everything was done at just the right pace. Can't wait to return.

Whilst having been a number of times over the years, I haven't visited Classic Persian in a few years. I'm pleased to say that the quality has not dropped. Five of us dined and all were very happy with the food and service.

Just returned from an early meal here with family. The staff were friendly, the service super fast and efficient and the food was gorgeous. It's my second time eating here and the first for the other 5 in our party and we ALL said how lovely it was. We will be back.

Parking can be a bit of a pain as the car park is small for the size of the restaurant, but the food and price is spot on. I'll be going back for sure.

I ordered kebab makhsoos that included one skewer of lamb fillet and one skewer of mince lamb. They came with salad and rice. The portion of rice was not enough even for one skewer! It was too little. However, the food tasted delicious. It was so good. I also ordered baklava that tasted awesome. The service, manager and staff were nice.

Delicious food and always a busy place. It's worth a visit. You can normally park down a side street if the carpark is full.

This is how meat is done. Lamb is lamb.. and that of good quality - no gristle, cartilage or bone pieces in the minced meat. Consistently good.

Firstly on-site parking which is great for convenience. Secondly the food is amazing with very generous portions. Seems to be a family-run place with good vibes and excellent service. Chicken and falafel are gluten free for those with coeliac needs. Good place to bring a date. Building exterior can be slightly misleading but never judge a book.....can only recommend the food and this place, will be returning!

Nice food, I love the fact you can see your food being grilled on the skewers. The lamp chops were spot on! Baklava was nice, apparently home made but I wouldn't put my money on that. Don't bother with the ice cream though, it's just a scoop of cheap ice cream and they charge £2-3 for it.

came in for my birthday, food was absolutely gorgeous and they stuck a candle in my ice cream and sung to me, it was so sweet, definitely recommend 🤭

Been going to the Classic for many years, food is top notch, service is attentive and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them, just how a restaurant should be run, always a lovely experience dinning there .

nice little place with it's own car park, food was middle eastern style, the meat dishes we ordered were very juicy and succulent, service was really good too, you have to pre-book as the restaurant is always really full.

A nice cosy place to sit in and have a nice meal, customer service was good, from start to finish, and the food seemed fresh.
