Been going for many years and still the best Turkish in the area. Have to go as far away as Brighton to get anything on a par with this. You are treated like family in this establishment. Just like stepping into a traditional Istanbul eatery! The open charcoal grill is amazing and if you can get a table opposite do so as it's great fun watching it being prepared. The food is a joy to consume. Be warned however you are well fed and not for folks on a diet!

The food and staff are so good that it creates a truly wonderful atmosphere. The treats, appetizers and main course were very tasty. I highly recommend the “lamb şiş”.

This is all you need to know. We visited on Jan 30 and walked past at least ten restaurants - all virtually empty. But the Meze was buzzing, with good reason. Excellent wide ranging classic Turkish menu, really friendly, helpful service and amazingly good value. Has to be a 5.

London prices in Eastbourne! We were disappointed with the excessive amount of bread served, and the otherwise small, but expensive portions. 100ml tea £2.20? Not returning, good evening

Have been to this restaurant on many occasions. Food and service is always excellent. The staff are friendly but efficient and create a wonderful atmosphere. Meals are on the large size so be careful when ordering and make sure you're hungry.

Amazing small, Turkish restaurant with an opened kitchen. We took sharing plater as a main with a bottle of Turkish red wine. Definitely recommended. Real family atmosphere with great smells, friendly staff and really delicious food.

Very friendly and welcoming members of staff. We been for lunch and had from lunch menu. Food was delicious and very big size. Definitely will come back soon.

Lovely place with great food and hospitality. Central to the restaurant is a charcoal grill with a beautiful hammered copper hood/chimney attended to by the chef. There is also a traditional oven. It's cozy and fairly small. Each time I've been they bring out a big puffed up bread fresh from the oven with a small platter of olives, cheese and herb butter on the house. I'd recommend the mezze special, you get a bit of everything.

If you are looking to eat proper Turkish food, look no further. An Exceptional Dining Experience. The vibrant energy and welcoming atmosphere is something to applaud for. Every dish I tried was bursting with authentic flavors and cooked to perfection. The quality and freshness of the ingredients were evident, and the attention to detail in the preparation truly elevated the dining experience. The staffs were outstandingly friendly and lovely. Their energy and friendly demeanor added to the overall positive ambiance of the restaurant. Also due to their exceptional customer service the restaurants are always full during weekends.

I came here two times after visiting the Seven Sisters Cliffs. The food is delicious, staff are so friendly, helpful, and professional. Fantastic! We had a Mezze, Cold Starters, Dips and Peta Bread. Followed by char-grilled Lamb Chicken mains which was served with Salad.

This is a top Turkish restaurant serving the classic Turkish dishes made from quality and fresh ingredients. It looks a bit pricey when you order but you realise it's not pricey when you start eating. The baklava was delicious.

As a Turk, this is a place where I can say "this is the real Turkish cuisine". The staff is wonderfully friendly and attentive. The menu is quite extensive and you can find the best examples of Turkish cuisine. The portions are very big and delicious. It is a flavor stop you should definitely visit by.

I went there on a Wednesday night by myself and it was booked out, however the lovely man running the floor offered me a space by the open grill next the the chefs. They went above and beyond to make a truly unforgettable experience. Food is prepared in front of you and it is as fresh as you can get. One of my favourite dining experiences to date.

I think I have to come to Eastbourne more often just to eat at this place. Mezze was a very, very good dining experience. Very welcoming waiter and service. I wish I had come here sooner! The restaurant is small but cosy, great atmosphere, especially with the open grill where you can watch your food cook. They import some of the cheese and meat, so you really don't come across this sort of food easily. The food is amazing, well presented and there's something for everyone. The staff seemed to genuinely be passionate about the food and are so helpful.

Have been to many countries and tried various foods but i have rarely seen such a tasty meat/kebap, pita(lahmacun) and mezes..Even comparing to Turkish restaurants in Turkey this one will possibly be in top10 kebap restaurants. We ordered meat(kuzu kulbasti and lahmacun; rice(bulgur), potato, meat, bread, humus, and oil used in it were simply delicious! If somebody will go to south England should definitely try different meals here. Further, baklava is much better than famous sweat shops i have been to anywhere..Thanks to owner Mr Faruk as well. He is very kind and helpful.
