Mexikhan in Medway

Food delivered early and was piping hot, food was brilliant, spicy wings needed more spice and abit salty but overall was average, enchilada absolutely packed full of flavour and very tasty, onion rings perfectly cooked, ordered burger sauce but got mayo for some reason. Overall 8/10 for me would definitely order again.

l ordered a beef chimichangas and chips.... and received a handful of fried veg baked between two tortilla's...and chips.. My driver phoned the restaurant (l couldn't get through on number supplied) and was told "they no longer served them as they were a pizza restaurant and there was nothing that could be done"

I'm ALLERGIC to jalapeños,but,my plain salad had loads in/I've repeatedly tried to call mexikhan to try and rectify this,but,no answer

Food was nice but Received the wrong order

Chicken didnt taste like chicken, could taste the unchanged oil

Substitution without consulting call soured the meal experience a little - ordered a Dr.Pepper got a "Mirinda"

Was something i was able to eat in one sitting for once

No delivery driver stated he waited outside for 20 mins but he did not

My food didn’t end up turning up!

Food never showed up. Kept saying there was a delay but still never came

Was told it was cancelled and the resteraunt was closed so went yo bed and then over an hour later was rang and woke up to say the food was outside and was cold and not nice at all I would like a refund

What had, basically just a cheese/chicken burger and chips,was nice though

Attempted multiple times to call restaurant but phone says 'Unavailable' and that their messages are full, so I can't even leave a voicemail. I like the food, but if delivery is going to be like this I may have to seek a new food joint

Restaurant replaced drink without notifying me - would have liked the option to choose a backup instead.

Only issue was that I got no dipping sauce. I also would love the option to select one flavor of wings or mix and match the amounts how I choose.

The food was utterly disgusting

Should be called Mexicant. The most dry tasteless nachos I have ever had, no salsa or sour cream and the cheese used was scarce and rock hard. How could they get a simple dish so wrong. Jalapeño cream poppers, greasy and overcooked. Chips, limp and tasteless. All in all a waste of money. Surely they can do better than this. Arrived within their specified time, that’s the only positive

People of Chatham do not waste ur money on this place worst food ever they got my order wrong twice food was rank my dog got the lot 🤢👎🏽

My food never got delivered I phoned the restaurant and they said they can’t do nothing about it and put the phone down very rude and couldn’t be bothered the delivery driver phoned me and said I delivered it to a large African lady ( his words not mine ) I’m a white English man I also have a camera overlooking my front door

I've ordered a few times and keep meaning to make a review. They're fast, with good food especially if you like a little spice. Driver is always friendly too, which is a little thing, but important imo. The side Jalapeno Cream Cheese Balls are really moreish btw.

Food was delivered on time though a few issues with order. No paprika for one set of curly fries that was ordered, wrong type of wings, no information as to what order was what, doesn't look like we received an enchilada, everything was much the same. Food was okay, what we assume is the beef chimichanga does not taste like beef though. Hopefully better if we ever order in future.

Ordered Garlic mushrooms and ended up with onions rings! Food was tasteless and just about warm enough to eat. Very disappointed in the food, wouldn’t even call it Mexican.

Only issue is i chose the 'cheese' option with my jalepeno cream cheese and it was not included. We also got the wrong drinks. Otherwise very good

Order was wrong- called restaurant to remedy - was told they’d changed the ‘deal’ and offered no resolution except they were waiting for ‘website to update’ - as a business the very least is to honour advertisement. Especially under complaint. Won’t be ordering from again.

Wrong item arrived. Salad instead of pizza

Food was below average. Barely warm when arrived after being 20 minutes late. Missing the cheesy garlic bread! Unless they class 4 tiny slices of a cheap garlic bread baguette as it, which cost over £8! In my eyes not a 10” garlic bread with stuffed crust.

Food was 45 minutes late, Food come freezing cold & when picking my order up from the deliver driver, he was smoking round the food. Disgusting

The nachos were flavourless how ever the chimichanga was delicious

Ordered 2 enchiladas and 2 chimichangas. Apparently there’s no difference as all identical. Otherwise good food in general.

Deadest food going, Mexican turned mexican't gave up eating dry boring food. Did not come as described very disappointed. Going to eat me floor rug tonight bit more flavour there.

The fries were overcooked and hard. The wrap was very nice. Thank you. Perhaps rice can be given with wrap instead.

my x2 cake both out of date pizza is Cold and lasagna is bland

I've ordered from this restaurant a few times and everything was fine, however this delivery was a different story. The calzone was undercooked and the contents had leaked out in the box and was lukewarm. Very disappointed.

Pretty average nothing special to be honest and quite expensive compared to other places I’ve tried previously. I’ve had better but wouldn’t say it’s the worst!

Pizza and wings good for the price you pay but quite greasy. Chips came limp with no flavour-everything was slightly cold.

I asked for no peppers in the chimichanga and it had them in it anyway, leaving it inedible because I can’t eat papers, the food arrived too early so by the time we wanted it it was freezing. Thoroughly unimpressed

Great tasting food. Ordered a variey of items, and all were good.

Wrap and jalapeño bites were great. Was given tango apple instead of orange but I don't mind so much. Driver was a pain as at first he refused to come to the 3rd floor till I explained my circumstances.

Lovely food. Only things that were not hot on arrival were the sweetcorn cobs.. Had chimichangas for the first time, they were lovely. Would be nice to have a choice of another side to accompany them other than chips. Will order again definitely.

Really poor quality food, couldn’t even eat the food it was that poor. I only gave this a one star because i had to.

Poor quality, ordered chimichanga deal, 1 came without chips, meal was barely warm and fajita meat is low grade tasteless cubed chic and beef. Asked for Pepsi max, got Diet Pepsi. Chic wings were nice but overcooked. In all not worth the money or revisit.

For once a takeaway ticked ALL the right boxes... I've foud my new local favourite, beef chimmi was amazing and breaded onion rings went with it really well , and all this after 2am... will definitely use again ...soon..

Delivery was 25 mins later than it said it would be, they gave us two curly fries instead of one curly fries and one potato wedges, but overall the food was alright and the delivery driver was nice

Sent me the complete wrong order when I called the restaurant they refused to change it and cut me off and stopped answering my calls I ordered chicken fajita enchiladas I got dog food in a Yorkshire pudding?

The food was of very poor quality. If i had ordered that in the resturant i would have sent it back and not paid. As a paying customer i expect the food to at least be cook to a standand to be able to eat. It was dry. The cheese was plastic and not cooked. The nachos were old and stale. I would never recommend this place to anyone and will never order from here again. Rating minus 10 OUT OF 10

Everything was absolutely wrong! Or missing! I ended up with a thick base stuffed crust meat pizza with ham, instead of a thin crust pizza wich had no ham wich is what i ordered, chicken nachos were missing can or Dr pepper was missing and my chocolate fudge cake was also missing! £20 wasted

I've never felt the need to leave a review before however I have to say the food quality from Mexikhan is unbelievable. The best takeaway we have ever had and will definitely be using again many times, already spread the word to family and friends. Compliments to the chef and the restaurant what an amazing meal and great value for money. Loved everything!

Arrived 2 hours after ordered, was stone cold and needed reheating, it did not reheat well and may have been quite nice when first made but was solid and not really edible once done

The Prawn Cocktail was just lettuce on about 15 tasteless Prawns the sauce tasted like Burger Sauce. The Chicken Strips where Burnt and Dry. The Meat Lover Calzone was passable.

They obviously have Never eaten in a Mexican restaurant themselves as a chimichanga is deep fried bot slapped on the hotplate. It was vile and ended up in the bin. Never again I'm afraid.

Shocking food, sloppy mess, nothing like a mexican, all the fried stuff was cheap, tasteless and over cooked. The chips were cold and over cooked and crispy. Had to throw away the good, £60 wasted and this has happened a few times to me now. Shouldn't be able to pass off certain food without saying they have just brought fro the local supermarket. Maybe uber eats is a better option.

The food arrived late, I ordered lasagne which turned out to be a lasagne topping and spaghetti and mince underneath, rest of food was semi warm and soggy, will never order from this place again. To top it all off the staff when called regarding lateness of food staff were rude, wouldn't of minded so much if the food was decent but it was truly awful

Food arrived on time and the chimichanga meal was nice.

Can't stick to the delivery time, food is ready as was told when rung the restaurant but was told the delivery driver won't be picking up our food for another ten minutes then he's got to deliver the food which could take up to 15 minutes

Chimichangas are amazing especially since they put the rice back in them! Also the garlic bread with cheese and paprika 👌🏻Always order from here when we get Mexican

I phoned the shop and could not understand what the guy on the line was trying to say , he wanted my postcode , but what he was saying was pastcode .. once i gave him my full address then he was able to tell me where my delivery was .. so rude the phone call

Disgusting service, asked 2 bottles of drinks only one arrived, food was OK, but I called up when it was late kept saying 5 minutes 5 minutes, the rice was hard and gross and tandori chicken tasted like piri piri, won't be using this restaurant again

Chicken was cubed processed chicken, ruined the whole meal. I picked it out and ended with an expensive tomato flavour tortilla..

Missing cheese on chips and onion rings, what they call a chimichanga is nothing like it is meant to be 100% would NEVER order from there again waste of almost £30

We did not receive the correct order. We ordered 2 portions of curly fries and instead received 2 portions of wedges. And in the place of 4 Chimichangas and 2 Enchiladas we got 6 Enchiladas.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE Delivery was 45 mins late, chicken wings were not cooked there were pink and had blood in them, the nachos we burnt and stone cold, I rung the restaurant and the guy on the phone was rude and did not apologise once and then hung on me, how a place like this is still in business is ridiculous
