Garden party I have all the time

Has always been ok previously,but tonight's delivery was late, extremely thin on the toppings and absolutely stone cold. If I wanted chewy cold pizza I would have bought a supermarket one and ate it the next day. A complete waste of £42. Will not bother again.

The pizzas turned up 45 mind late and was cold, when I tried to call them 3 time they did not pick up, and when you email head office, all they do is offer you a free pizza, stick to domino's, on time and hot pizza every time.

Got two cold pizzas, received it in an hour, paid for sweetcorn topping and got 10 pieces of sweetcorn.... not ordering from there anymore ☹️

We ordered at 9.03pm the tracker said the food come out of the oven at 9:26. We called at 10:05 saying "what's going on" and they said the delivery driver left 10 minutes ago. we called again at 10:25 and they said the delivery driver will be with you soon. At 10:45 I decided I wasn't going to accept this order as I work in a food establishment and declined the order. If I could give a 0 stars I would. This is really bad service I am shocked they were still happy to give it to us. Even though it been out the oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Delivery was really late, selected asap and came 75 minutes after ordering.Defo could have been delivered earlier as there was no traffic in the area. pizza came cold, and there was no where near enough tomato sauce on the base. The young man on the phone was very apologetic and friendly not sure of his name.

Ordered a xxl pizza, half the Greek and Nduja. Very disappointed. Too much tomato sauce and less toppings. Base is really soggy. Need more training.

Pizza arrived and had Grease dripping through the box . Pizza was mush and looked like. Like a pool of grease and throw in the bin and have pictures to prove it

I use to love food from here but unfortunately from August 2022 the service got bad and kept arriving late and cold. So stopped ordering! Until today I thought let's try again, NO no better, arrived 20 minutes after ordering stone cold. What's worse they are only 8 minutes by car away!

Although our order was very late then told it was lost. Adam dealt with it very calmly and professionally.

Best Papa Johns I've been to, fast friendly service and the toppings were portioned evenly per slice by a master pizza maker.

Very slow and lie on the phone about food

I would give no stars if I could. Absolutely disgusting service. I had a phone from driver that he stuck on traffic 200ft away from me, it took about half an hour to receive a call from branch that driver been reversed from street due to accident. I said I can collect from driver in a minute and lady adviced she will call driver to wait but nobody been there. Tried to ring branch and driver several times but no answer. Will not use again!

Awful food. Will never order again from papa John's.

Philly cheesesteak pizza was more grease than pizza. Dough was chewy and not very good. Delivery was on the late side

After more than an hour and a half for waiting, I had to call them to find out that the order is not coming because they've canceled it due to insufficient drivers. It's one star from me because I cannot give 0.

Terrible service terrible manager talks over you on the phone never got our food have been charged though …… it’s amazing how that works have been told we will get a refund….let’s see if we do! Have ordered from here loads before but never again

It's been a long time since I tried a papa John's and will definitely go back to my good old kebab shop for pizza and wings. The dough was the only good thing. The meat was limited even though I ordered the meaty one. Nearly 7 pound for 7 very small wings was disgusting there was no meat on them it was all bone. My kebab pizza dough is just as good. Lots of meat and I can get a super 18 inch for the price of a medium pizza here.

Never seen anyone at counter went 4 time to oder pizza but no body at counter i think staff always chilling at back owner need to look at that .

Food turned up over a hour late and cold . Impossible to get through on the phone to ask where my order is. When I did eventually get through person I spoke to was not interested and appeared not to care . Was told my order was on its way but the driver had 2 more orders before mine to deliver. Will not be using Papa John's again. Would of given no stars but won't accept post

My mum ordered a pizza from here had to wait two hours for a black pizza currently trying to ring to complain but surprise surprise no answer avoid at all costs

Always ordered from Papa John's normally chatham and no problems. Since moving to Hempstead deliveries have been regularly late, and food like warm. Tonight delivery was late and wrong. Called branch to complain and customer service was appalling. They wanted me to wait another 20 min for them to re-deliver meaning kids event goi g to eat until 9pm and would only refund if they collected the incorrect order. Shocking! Worst but absolutely no apology for the error..........

Always so quick to order and delivery arrives very very fast. Always cooked to perfection, arrives nice n hot and Always with a smiley delivery person. Love live love papa John's rainham Kent. 100%

The pizzas were very nice but the customer service and delivery let it down. We had a scheduled time that came and went and when I called to find out when it would be delivered the lady was not very apologetic and it was another half an hour which is not very helpful for a work lunch treat for 10 people. In total 40 minutes late but their delivery checker showed that it had been delivered for 15 minutes before it had

Good service, good food did have to wait extra because of a collection mix up but it happens at least they were kind enough to help out

After a long day at work I ordered some 'feel good' food from this Papa John's in Rainham online. After 50 minutes of wait food has not turned up and I called them. They said the food is on its way. After another 15 minutes still not here and I called again. The man on the other line started giving me lots of excuses and almost blaming me for leaving it so late to order food as I should have known that they are usually busy this time of the evening. In response I asked for a refund as the food is still not here after over an hour after ordering. He refused and said its outside of his control and my only option is to do a chargeback through my card. I now have done this and they have until March 2020 to resolve this. In the meantime they are hanging on to my money. Definitely won't be using them again, rude, not customer orientated and unprofessional.

Papa johns are reasonably priced, good selection, love their pizza's.

Used before in the past some while ago and were good. Don't know if its under new owners or something? But anyways ordered 2 pizza to be delivered on a Thursday evening. Took so long I phoned up to see if something was wrong, pozza arrived soon after but the main xl pizza had the wrong base. Pretty disappointed in the sevice today. Wont be using them again.

Great value and not greasy unlike dominoes

I absolutely love this place , firstly papa johns is the best pizza place any way, but this store has never gave me any problems, i order amd expect my pizza in like 45 mins and hour maybe but every single time i order it arroves within 20 mins 25 the most 😐 food is always hot and spot on . They always nice me with so many dips 👌🏻🤫😋 if i could give you 10 stars i would .

I was a regular customer and did not have any issues until recently, sadly I wont be ordering again. I ordered a XXL pizza for home delivery which was unfortunately not cooked thoroughly. I called to inform the staff and although I finally received an apology I was told nothing can be done about it.

Keep texting me adverts for months after I ordered meal once over the phone. I can't block messages and they state premium number to cancel. Disgusting! Never use them again!!!

Third time ordering pizza from papa johns rainham. First one was nice, second order was average and third order today was terrible. Bread tasted stale and seemed like it was from the previous day. Hardly any toppings and caked in bbq sauce. Last time we will be ordering from you! Plenty of better completion around.
