Blighway Kebab in Medway

Ordered chicken shish meat was really salty made my husband really dehydrated and had chicken nuggets which were really crispy and hard and chips was like they have been warmed up from yesterday absolutely disgusting avoid

Had a few kebabs from here as was recommended. First one was awful. Didn’t like the taste 2nd one was a delight had kebab wrap too that was lovely Then most recent didn’t touch the chicken as I was worried it wasn’t cooked properly. Very inconsistent with this place. My kebab wraps have been really good though.

Ordered via uber eats, small Chicken Shish and small lamb shish. Arrived promptly, friendly driver. Salad came in separate pots so no soggy kebab, which was good. Salad was a lot if red cabbage, white cabbage, red onion, lettuce and quarter of a tomato, which I liked, but friend would have preferred more varied salad e.g cucumber and maybe shredded carrot. Very tasty meat, Chicken was lovely and tender, lamb was tasty, if a little bit "chewy" but completely edible. Chips were well cooked, not anaemic offering that some takeaways offer. Portion sizes were good.

Got a Large doner kebab for me and my son to share as I wasn't that hungry,thought it might have improved since my last experience which was 2 small shish kebabs which was terrible, well this was worse wasn't even hot and it wasn't a delivery

Its okay. Tasty kebabs and decent prices. Recommend picking up instead of getting delivered. Friendly staff and establishment is clean

Ordered meat & chips and Cheesy chips after I ate cheesy chips was violently sick three times I was perfectly fine until I ate that and meat had funny taste and all burnt chips were disgusting and funny taste avoid at all costs

Ordered meat and chips with chilli sauce and tomatoes when it came it was full of chips hardly no meat overcooked and no chilli sauce or tomatoes box all squashed rung and complained more or less told me to F off went on reviews to see if it was just me and the reviews are same avoid at all costs

I order a 12 inch pizza and they gave me a 11 inch very bad I went to confront them and they were denying it and saying that it was 12 inch very bad service not recommended

Ordered meat and chips and small doner the meat was all burnt and hard chips were ok but pitta bread was all burnt and hard tried complaining and they hang up on you they don’t like complaints I asked for just chilli sauce and they gave me chilli peppers avoid absolutely disgusting didn’t even eat it this is third time we have tried them and nothing has changed we haven’t had one for 3 weeks so we thought we try again and still same

Seriously the tastiest kebab in Medway- never disappointed. Work at the hospital so have had plenty of opportunity to taste medways kebabs- this one at Bligh way always exceeds them

Food came quickly. The man on the phone was so in a rush he mucked the order up, as usual. Food was dry, Donna meat disgusting. All burgers had no cheese. Rang up to complain and was told they will sort me out another day. Never again, this place has gone downhill so quick, used to be our regular. This is what just wat does, ruins places.

Ordered for a lamb donner and received a chicken one, rang store to tell them what happened. Tried to make me pay for a reorder Terrible service and will never eat here again have really annoyed me for my birthday meal

Ordered a large lamb shish from here on 27/10/24 at 8pm. Delivery was fast that’s my only compliment. The lamb was chewy, the salad was tiny although fresh. My kebab looked like it was thrown around. I will never order from here again. Don’t waste your money, order from Istanbul Flames instead.

Two different groups went in tonight before a party. We have not eaten out together and not seen each other for 4 weeks. We all ordered Donna meat…… we are now all ill and leaving the party…. Bad tummy’s and being sick…… We then get into the taxi and his wife had eaten with you tonight and had the same….. I don’t know what you are cooking or how. But you need to stop clean and review your meet… we will be calling EHO sorry

Worse kebab I've ever tasted and rude customer service!

Worst takeaway ever. Bligh Way kebab. Used it a lot but never again! Ordered burger and chips x2. Boxes were flattened and ripped apart. Burgers were completely flat and spread across the box. The bottom of the burger bun was so soggy it fell apart. Inedible even the dogs turned their noses up at it. We rang to let them know in case it was a problem with the delivery driver. They were not really interested and said if it was edible there was no problem. Terrible customer service. Do not advise using them. Definitely gone downhill.

Just phoned a simple order for delivery and on delivery items missing!! Not the first time this has happened, never get apology or refund. Will not be using again.

Gone down hill massively, always over cooking the pitta bread, never get your order right, phoned to say order was missing but they never delivered it out, rude guy on the phone, will never use again

My Friday takeout joint. I always order number 13 and they never disappoint me. Food is yummy, service is fast, place is clean and not overpriced.

Just ordered 2 shishes from here and 1 was wrong .... I rang them up and they sorted it out in 10 mins ... top service .. top lads . Mrs is happy again .. happy wife ... happy life ...

Wouldnt even bother wasting your time! I ring to chase my "driver on its way notification" nearly an hour late to be told no I cancelled your order, argued with me multiple times that I hadn't received a notification that its on its way before hanging up on me! Their service on the phone its disgusting coming from a customer service background for 10 years! You don't argue with a customer who's chasing a late delivery who's evidently hungry and irritated! If I hadn't had a notification to say driver on way why would I be ringing to chase it !? Absolutely disgraceful service! If you don't want to travel that far don't accept a order that far away... but don't worry I won't have dinner tonight now that it's gone half 7 and I don't have time to reorder elsewhere as its now too late for me not to feel sick eating this late! Complete joke!

Food is really good but the service is disgraceful. The amount of times we’ve waited an hour and a half for food to be delivered, only to be hung up on when we call to complain. The young guy that answers the phone is a joke. No idea of how to speak to people, and when challenged just hangs up. If only you could punch someone through the phone. Will never use them again!

Excellent as always. No customer contact due to the Covid 19. Still very good service though.

Ordered some food from here tonight. It took well over an hour to arrive When it eventually came it was cold, so had to put it in the oven to warm up. I will certainly not be ordering from this shop again.

Disgrace we have ordered from them for months and have always been abit up and down but still went back, tonight we ordered received it 30 mins late then didn’t get all our order, when rung up the man was like yer what ever what do u want me to do about it after we had paid cash and gave a good tip. Can’t fault the delivery driver he was great but customer service is a no no and will never use them again very rude

I ordered a chicken kebab with chips and had to make it a large one because I didn't have any money on me, just cards and the minimum payment on a card is £10. However the kebab was delicious and the chips were done just right. Friendly staff as well. Didn't have to wait very long either, about 12 minutes . Would use again.

Very good food, shop it self very clean. I am a regular customer ether for pick up or delivery, always delicious, hot and large portions. Thank you. We will be back soon x

Waited 1 hr and 30 minutes having had to change my order because the pizza machine was broken and when it finally turned up my kebab was missing - awful service - avoid at all costs.

Mostly good doner meat, although I usually have chicken kebabs on skewers. Sometimes a little dry but mostly good and friendly staff

I brought some food from bligh way kebab it was horrible I got a chicken bugar that was horrible and the meet and that was horrible I got can that's the cheap stuff.. not worth the money. Do not go there

Decent food always served fresh and always very busy which says a lot. Friendly staff only use this kebab shop in medway now as for me is the best one about.

Chips are not made from real potatoes. Instead, they sell that reconstituted stuff that tastes nothing like real chips. Chucked them strait in the bin, won't be coming back!!!!

Placed a order before Christmas and did not turn up. Rang for a refund, said they would ring back. Did not ring back no refund.

Ordered chicken kebab. Got it home, no salad included (even though I had explicitly asked for it), disgusting slimey greasy stuff all over the bread, no flavour on the sauce and some of the chicken tasted foul. They charged me £7.50 for this.

Lovely food and nice staff. Had a kebab wrap which was very nice. Decided to try again the following week, when I Googled for the number found they had an app! Great idea love it! Will be back

Ordered food from there tonight it was absolutely disgusting. No sauce on the meat or chips no salad or sauce on the burgers. Since its been took over its gone right down hill.

Ordered food tonight and thought its not quite write the burger sauce tasted different the chicken was not cut up small and then to my horror I looked at there menu and see its been taken over which would explain why it was not write I'm certainly not eating there no more gone down hill big time!!!😤

Love this kebab shop. The warm chilli sauce is excellent on their chicken shish. Friendly service and fast delivery. What more could you want.
