Pizza Hut Delivery in Medway

Ordered 4 pizzas all veggie and got pepperoni in all of them

Worst pizza delivery around Medway.They just can't deliver and can't pick up ctall .This is the 2nd time and I am not sure if they are serving for free Now I have chased their call centre to let them know for refund . Never from here.

I pop in on Saturday for the amazing lunch deal 3.99 a small pizza with a side the lady was so polite and she guided me to choose the good deal so I ordered 2 lunch deals food was so nice tasted and my friend and I enjoyed the food during our break highly recommend

Lupa or Luftna sorry (if I got it wrong) was such a great help. I initially made an order online, and upon delivery, I was quite disappointed in the pizza I got. I rang the store and this lady was so helpful. She spoke to me in a nice manner and apologised. She also made sure another pizza was sent to us. Thank you so much. My children are happy and enjoyed to the fullest.

They cannot follow there own directions, order a meal deal and they cant be bovere'd to include the drink.

First time ever ordering from Pizza Hut. Decided to order instead of Papa Johns because of the option to pay extra for Chilli flakes. 1. No Chilli flakes on the pizza 2. Wrong dip delivered 3. Seal on the pizza box was broken on delivery 4. The garlic bread cold and dry, despite a quick delivery 5. Pizza was very bland, didn't taste or smell that nice, added my own toppings to add flavour. Disappointed, wont be returning.

Mate, this place is a joke. I stood there in store for about 10 mins, see about 3 ppl walk past as i called hello to them, ignored the hell out of me so i left. Will not be using this place ever ever again. Same as dockside pizza hut. Finished dealing with these ppl completely !!!

Have used this delivery branch for years. Bit hit and miss in the past but more miss lately. Latest order was delivered by an attitudey young man who said satnav took him to wrong address, wandering around at a snail's pace with my food not even in a bag. Cold food, bashed up box and a side order of disrespect. Won't be using anymore.

Very poor, been using Rainham pizza hut for years and the latest time was very poor and the last time we will be using. Waiting nearly 1 and half hours for pizza to be delivered, phone the branch to be told its not even in the oven yet. I drove down to the branch to collect, even then had to wait another 20 minutes. Got home, pizzas was hot but just slapped together, mega thin base so all the toppings was just falling off. We asked for a refund but all pizza hut want to do is offer you vouchers. I even paid for delivery. Lol Very bad experience and you know what you can do with your vouchers. Please read this and go elsewhere.

You can't use your discount at this location.. I was told discount only apply in the "big" restaurants. "They don't have any scanner to scan qr codes and they can't be added manually"

Order for delivery, was originally quoted delivery in 35-45min. Order arrived 1h15min later and had items missing. Offered to deliver missing item tomorrow. Absolutely horrible service.

Places a simple order. Told due to traffic and being busy deliveries are taking longer than usual - up to 40-45 minutes. Understood as it’s Friday night. No problem. After an hour, told no drivers. After 1 and a half hours, called again. Told delivery is almost there. Finally, after an hour and 40 mins it arrived. Luke warm. Paid £1.99 for the privilege of having it delivered. Won’t use again.

Meat fest pizza, where's the toppings 2 inch crust. Don't waste your time, or money.

I had a takeaway pizza in Saturday evening, delivered from Rainham but half the pizza was raw so I ate what dis not look raw and then spent the rest of the night vomiting only pizza - disgusting, never again!!!! 🤢🤮

Ordered on the app and no delivery turned up! Took the money fast enough. Even worse!!! 23:30 comes and the delivery man rings the doorbell when we are in bed! We ordered at 19:15!!!

Not only was the delivery late, THERE WAS A COPPER CABLE IN THE PIZZA!!! I ONLY FOUND IT AFTER IT WAS ALREADY IN MY MOUTH!!! DISGUSTING PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!

The most disgusting pizza I’ve had. Sooooo greasy chicken was tasteless. And to top it off I’ve been on the toilet and throwing up all morning. Will never order from there again.

Ordered a side, dessert and 7up. Not even a pizza. It's been an hour, 20 minutes late and I've tried calling the branch 9 times and it just gets cut off. No queuing system. It's just pathetic and absolute incompetence. Avoid, Pizza Hut clearly just needs to die

Had there nacho cheese stuffed limited edition edge crust stuffed pizza 1st time,,, thought I'd try something different.. , , won't be going there again, cos every time I burped, it tasted or smelt of vomit, , one of the worst 1st time experiences ever... There pizza with a texan bbq topping, leaves a lot to b desired, aswell, won't be going back there in a hurry!!!!!!! Not as great as dominoes pizza texan bbq topping base, still the best in the world, its just a shame about the prices, there just soooooooooo expensive, because I love there texan bbq meat feast pizza, cos its the best, cos of money , I only have it a couple of times a year, shame but never mind. Fantastic customer service. Ok my order was under cooked but the guy on the phone assured me he would send another. Im always sceptical about such promises but sure enough these guys made it right. Its late yes but they fixed it great job guys.

Well where to start. Firstly have been eating tops pizza and domino's of late and like to think I know a good pizza when I see one however against my better judgement I allowed my 7 year old to coerce me into purchasing a pizza hut pizza,BIG MISTAKE. Ordered 2 large pan and 1 medium pan pizzas for collection. Got said pizzas home,opened box and found each pizza had copious amounts of what appears to be garlic salt all over every pizza. Rang pizza hut to complain that I didn't want this on my pizzas and that I ordered 3 pan pizzas. I was then informed by a customer service challenged member of staff that I had ordered garlic salt over my pizzas and it was down to me to ask for it to be removed . Apparently this is a company standard which I now understand is why I dont eat their pizza anymore. The only company that sprinkles garlic salt over pizza explains why they are closing stores left ,right and centre even becoming the Wimpy if you will of the pizza world. Anyway Freya(whose parents received an apology letter from durex when this little monster popped out)insisted it was my fault for not opting out of the garlic salt and would not allow me to return said pizzas . Obviously not happy with this I asked about the companys complaint procedure to which Freya advised would not get me anywhere. As you can imagine this little customer service monster got me riled so I will complain officially about her attitude in particular. Anyway got the pizza cutter out and cut off the crusts,we then began trying to pick up a piece of pizza and found not one of the pizzas had been cut correctly(thank God we had a pizza cutter lol),again with the hundreds of thousands of good people unemployed at present how has this place ended up being run by the village idiots of Rainham. I implore with anyone reading this review try TOPS PIZZA OR DOMINO'S trust me you dont want dribble off those chops in your meal.

Never actually got a pizza as I was told they don't deliver to my area (1.9 miles away). What's your delivery radius, 50ft?. But having read the reviews I'll stick to dominos.

Nice Pizza, particular outlet could do with somewhere to sit while waiting, but understandable why not. Will be back again!

My wife just picked a pizza up on the way home I have to say it disgusting. Are you having problems or something because there's hardly any topping on it. And what amazes me even more is it burnt and cold. BURNT AND COLD. What toppings are on there are charcoal. Steer well clear. Go to Dominos or Papa Johns. One stars to generous. Nil would be better.
