Food was missing from order person on phone I found rude 45quid I spent on this an it was dreadful supposed to be 10 piece chicken share box only had 8 in it an was missing a meal as well. The Pepsi is flat couldn't drink it not driving all the way back up there for missing stuff its there mistake. Staff said they have complaints every day so obviously staff are useless. Won't be coming back again an will be taking it further. I'll stick to mcds an burger king n the local chippie from now on

Chicken and chips were cold, there were definitely way too many chips held for the number of customers and unless times have changed, kept way past the 5 minute hold time, and chicken seemed past the standard hold time too. Staff were just stood at the counter talking and barely acknowledged us or another customer who was trying to pay, no offer for anything extra, sauces, etc at all. This isn’t a one-off experience either, the last 3+ times that I can recall (as I stopped bothering going for a while) have all been very poor.

Ordered a delivery from here and few weeks ago, had the order missing. Decided this time to drive and collect so I could check the order. Counted what I thought were chips n corn on the cob portions that were correct. Also had boxed meals. These were missing chips and sides! Only had the chicken! Only noticed when I got home and not worth the drive back. Always seem to get half of what we ordered. Won't be using them again!

I've had a mixed bag over the years. I updated my scores but forgot to change the review text so I'm doing that now following the owners reply. My most recent was spot on and accurate. The food was good too! This is the first time in a while that I'd used the drive through rather than order via a delivery service. The many orders through that service have been accurate and good was good. I used the drive thru because the previous evening the delivery company seemed to be having issues finding a driver and then blamed the restaurant for cancelling it which is entirely untrue. So I can't fault my local KFC.

Hello, I drove from Borstal to your Gillingham store because it was the only location in my area that stayed open until 11 PM. However, when I arrived to place my order, I was informed that the kitchen had closed 40 minutes earlier. The staff was mopping as I walked in, which was quite frustrating, and the four employees on duty were very rude, especially since I made the journey for nothing.

Gone downhill. Used to love it. Slow service. Poor choice on menu. No adaptation for diabetic diet however small. They will just say weve run out then suggest the filling on something else. Only one side of toast toasted so Interior of toasties made the bread soggy. Member of staff just shrugged shoulders. Extremely rude manager with blond hair and glasses. Mobility aid not allowed. Grabbed and taken away. Only the same as a pushchair. Used to come 3 times a week. Shame no one ever responds to these reviews.

Ordered a half and half cheese and mushroom and chicken and sweet corn pizza which was fine. I also ordered a vegan jackfruit pepperoni for my daughter who can’t have cheese. Shortly after giving her the pizza she had to run to the toilet as something upset her belly. I guessed it was the pizza as she had just finished eating it. The next day I warmed the pizza up in the air fryer to taste the rest of her pizza myself because I thought that was weird that she had to go toilet so soon after eating, I immediately started throwing up once I had finished eating it. Not sure what they put on that vegan pizza but I won’t be ordering that again as that’s quite worrying…

I ordered at 17:30 for it to come between 18:15-18:30 to ensure it was here on time. 19:05 and it was sent for delivery with one other stop along the way. I didn’t pay as much as I did for the driver to stop along the way. My delivery time then jumped back and it looks like he stopped for petrol on the way too. I wish I’d seen the reviews of this Pizza Hut before ordering - something needs to be done for this restaurant. It’s beyond a failure. I called three times to cancel the order as I was ready to go order from a competitor but they wouldn’t even answer the phone to me. The phone would ring then cut off. Order arrived at 7:30. 1 hour 15 late. Stone cold. Restaurant still won’t answer. Complained via Pizza Hut direct

Drove 250 miles from Manchester to spend New Year here with my wife and 3 children as a Christmas present to our 7 year old autistic son, only to be refused entry to the restaurant tonight (New Years Eve, restaurant open til 1am tonight) for a table booking made at the beginning of November due to not being told that entertainment passes would be required for NYE only, despite this not being a requirement at any Haven location. If this is a specific requirement for NYE, than why not actually communicate this when booking or after booking? Instead of when we turn up on the night itself! No option to purchase on the night, no communication about this since we booked the holiday in June 2024 and no communication since we booked the restaurant in November 2024. You cancelled our restaurant booking today (NYE) just before we were about to attend. An absolute joke! Now we're spending New Years Eve sat in a caravan when we could have done the exact same thing (and more!) back in Manchester. Security brushed it off and told us "head office have made a mistake". Ridiculous. Haven will be seeing us at the main reception at 10am tomorrow morning and nothing short of a full refund is going to resolve this utter shambles. Holiday ruined. New Year ruined. Will never book a Haven site again and won't spend another penny at this restaurant for the rest of our trip.
