Ordered on jst eat ..asked for at least x3 thigh pieces as my son is Autistic and will only eat THIGHS ... was really surprised to find the 6 pieces were all thighs.... thank you so much! it was greatly appreciated 👏

all food stone cold chicken overcooked and dry but dripping in grease.

Order was delivered to the wrong address. I watched it happen on the map. Why did the driver not ask for the new order number at the wrong address. What’s the point in having it

This is the fifth time they have got our order wrong! And its usually missing items. Today it was two pieces of chicken. I'm sure its done on purpose. Its funny how they never give you more items by mistake. Never going to order from here again.

Absolutely rubbish for the second time not all the food was with order and manager was a disgrace not helpful at all

Missed a burger on order, returned for them to provide one with no hassle so all good at this point, kiosk member of staff professional and friendly but drive off back to an evening job to eat meal and then found out they'd got the burger wrong as well, downgrading us to a basic one when my colleague ordered some kind of tower burger, could not be bothered to return at this point. Slightly incompetent or below par shift working on the 1st of August 2024 between 10:00 and 11:00 p.m. Also the delivery driver walking between my vehicle and the kiosk whilst I'm mid way through trying to resolve my issue and just blankly staring at the checkout person standing right next to my window whilst I'm trying to resolve my issue created a bit of unfriendly and weird atmosphere. Maybe review how you distribute orders to these drivers or give them guidance on manners. The woman had zero manners/awareness of UK cultural norms which unfortunately reflected on experience with KFC even though this person was not a direct employee.

Food took ages to come, most of order was left on the side while waiting for one buger. I said to the lady that my food was left on the side for like 10min and she just said was waiting for buger and walked off. Wouldn't bother again. I just might as well throw my money out the window

Make sure you always check your order when it comes as they have a big tendency to leave things out and things wrong.

chicken awful, so over salted could not eat. horrible.

My order never arrived, it said ‘delivered’ but the driver never even came into my road when I was using the tracking. Unacceptable. Called kfc who said he’s most likely ‘nicked’ my order.

Had to accept a different drink of Pepsi to replace Tropicana Orange Juice. Was told there was none available. unfortunately we don't drink fizzy. so was not happy with that.

The burger was sort of thrown together most of the sauce spilling out the side etc but cooked well 🤷🏻‍♂️

We ordered extras to come with our sharing bucket, the team were so friendly and helpful in working out what was best for us to get with the people we had. When they brought the food our chips were missing, but Will was amazing in making sure that we got new fresh ones delivered to the car! :)

Went there at 6.30 pm had a variety meal chicken was the size of a sparrows leg hot wings were half the length of my thumb chicken looked like it had be cooked 10 times' and the coating was hard as a rock I had to wait in me car for 15mins as nothing was ready I didn't mind as I thought oh well at least it will be freshly cooked. how wrong can one be'⁹ had a spoonful of chips didn't have time to take it back or I would have and as I ate it in my car not even a tissue to wipe your hand all in all disgusting. How can the management let this happen.

So poor. Stood for a full 10 minutes completely ignored. Finally asked for the coffee and cookie deal as advertised on the counter, to be told “we don’t do hot drinks” I pointed at the sign and was told “ that was then, this is now” appalling service.

Ordered through the drive thru, we asked for large meals but they got put through as regular. We then got parked up and waited half an hour for our food to be brought out. We gave up at the point of waiting half an hour and went in store where we were told the hold up was because they had “no one to bring our food out” so our food just sat on the side getting cold. I don’t believe this was the case considering they’d taken food out to someone who ordered after us and the drive thru was now clear at this point. Food ended up cold, no staff cared and no one was even a slight bit apologetic. Wouldn’t recommend.

The food was good but gravy was very watery! Service was a little less than friendly from 1 particular individual. The restaurant was untidy but not overly so.

We had a delivery and the fries were not with it. It left the drivers number who said we need to ring the store. We did this and the man that answered the phone was down right rude, firstly blaming the driver until we said that the fries were not in the order and it is the blame of the packer, to which his answer was we will not send any out and all you can do is take a code for the next time you're in. As a large company, I realise that our order is minimal for yourselves and you don't really care. But we have just had chicken for dinner. I feel that this is a disgusting behaviour and attitude from such a large company who should have a bit more respect for your client. Utterly disgusting attitude

The party bucket contained 11 drumsticks out of the 14 pieces of chicken. I thought that you were supposed to get an even split as between legs, thighs and breast on these pieces? Feels like we have been sold short on the order.

Food was OK. Hot wings were not very hot, some cold. Rice portions not even half filled. Chicken portions and chips and gravy were good though.

worst servis ever lined up to order told to use automated screens when i said i cant im paying with cash was refused serives as teen behind counter was more intreasted in sorting out online orders no customer service skills at all. so i went somewhere else

Food was fine and still warm, but the bag had split which meant that popcorn chicken went all over the door mat when the delivery driver handed it over which was very depressing for me, less so for the dogs who thoroughly enjoyed them.

said order was out for delivery, 10 minutes drive max. tracked the driver and took half hour to get here, even showed the driver was at a shop for 10 minutes (i have a screenshot of that) the driver then proceeds then struggled to find the house after i tried to catch his attention outside the door. the food was stone cold with an item missing. not happy in the slightest

the chicken had no flavour, it was very pale and tasteless. I contacted just eat and they were unable to help as it was a store issue but the store can't help as it was ordered through just eat.

Stone cold stale disgusting chips ordered a side of the rice which is even on the order but received beans instead which meant one of us had to go without a side (because the person doesn’t like beans) all because they couldn’t be bothered to read the order properly. All the other elements of the mela were also cold chewy so a refund would be required and the money is to be returned to the card not credited to the account as that is not a refund

Delivery driver sounded like he was about to bust down my door when he knocked. Half my order was missing, wrong sides were in the wrong meals to confuse it more and when I opened the boxes it just looked like someone threw everything in. No care at all from KFC today. Not sure I'll be going back to them either

Always seems like whoever preps the food is bored as there is no effort on presentation. The chicken burgers just seem to be thrown in. Food is still standard for KFC. Car park is a haven for learner drivers, so give them room when you pull in!

Husband ordered on site and got family bucket extra chicken poppers ice cream etc and on leaving the bags broke. They came out and replaced it but left the chips out the order. To far to go back for the chips. Cost over £30. Won't be going back. Awful

Food was nice just took quite a while to get out order ,staff friendly .

They are more concerned about sorting the deliveries out than the walk in customer.

I ordered two family feast meals as the order arrived the the bag was split the food was leaking out. But that’s not the worse part. The fried chicken was greasy and soggy the chips were cold and tasted off. Me and my family have bad tummy troubles from that chicken. It’s too greasy. Avoid this place like the plague

I have complained twice about getting 7 then 5 drumsticks in a family feast bucket and was told by the manager it wouldn't happen again....last time we ordered from there we once again received 5 drumsticks, despite asking for no more than 2.
