Food was stone cold, both meals also didn't receive my drink nor both dips. The beans were as if they came straight out of a can absolutely disgusted what a waste of money 😕

Awful service. Half of food missing pay for delivery to then have to go up and collect half of what’s missing. Pay all that money for nothing.

Ordered the £20 bucket with 4 fillets and 4 hot wings. Only 2 mini fillets and 1 hot wing were in box. Maths ain't mathing kfc!

Took over an hour from ordering. Estimated deliver was 24 mins which was used to prepare order. Was missing free item and all the sauces.

The driver turned up with someone else’s food and then went back to get it but they already eaten our mini fillets and chips and the rest of the food was cold

There’s something wrong with Courtney KFC, it doesn’t taste right not sure if it’s too busy so the quality goes down but it doesn’t have the KFC taste associated with the brand

Have ordered a delivery tonight after deciding months ago that as they can never pack an order properly, I wouldn’t bother anymore. Clearly nothing has changed. Missing items seems to be their trademark. Very disappointed and definitely won’t be having a delivery again unless KFC can invest in proper training. One very angry customer, but I’m sure I’m not the only one

Food was missing from order person on phone I found rude 45quid I spent on this an it was dreadful supposed to be 10 piece chicken share box only had 8 in it an was missing a meal as well. The Pepsi is flat couldn't drink it not driving all the way back up there for missing stuff its there mistake. Staff said they have complaints every day so obviously staff are useless. Won't be coming back again an will be taking it further. I'll stick to mcds an burger king n the local chippie from now on

app said 10 to 25 mins delivery. it took 1hr 20 minutes. I called the restaurant and was told it had just left. cold when it got here.

Some of the chicken was fine other bits overcooked and dry the promised free popcorn chicken if you spent over £21 wasnt delivered. Very underwhelming.

Wrong order delivered. Delivery driver wasn’t interested that they had delivered the wrong meal to the wrong people and they didn’t understand what I was saying! I feel sorry for the people’s whose order I got as it was a child’s meal, they probably have a very upset child now!

Chicken and chips were cold, there were definitely way too many chips held for the number of customers and unless times have changed, kept way past the 5 minute hold time, and chicken seemed past the standard hold time too. Staff were just stood at the counter talking and barely acknowledged us or another customer who was trying to pay, no offer for anything extra, sauces, etc at all. This isn’t a one-off experience either, the last 3+ times that I can recall (as I stopped bothering going for a while) have all been very poor.

Fries should be signature fries but were spicy.

Clean place. Staff were pleasant. Food well cooked but KFC doesn't taste like I remembered and quite expensive. Overall a nice meal.

Ordered a delivery from here and few weeks ago, had the order missing. Decided this time to drive and collect so I could check the order. Counted what I thought were chips n corn on the cob portions that were correct. Also had boxed meals. These were missing chips and sides! Only had the chicken! Only noticed when I got home and not worth the drive back. Always seem to get half of what we ordered. Won't be using them again!

I've had a mixed bag over the years. I updated my scores but forgot to change the review text so I'm doing that now following the owners reply. My most recent was spot on and accurate. The food was good too! This is the first time in a while that I'd used the drive through rather than order via a delivery service. The many orders through that service have been accurate and good was good. I used the drive thru because the previous evening the delivery company seemed to be having issues finding a driver and then blamed the restaurant for cancelling it which is entirely untrue. So I can't fault my local KFC.

Delivery time was 7:40-8:30 waited till 8:30 for it to change to 9:00-9:15 waited till 9 , it finally arrived at just past 9:30 deliver guy was lovely and friendly , the food was hot so he was not at fault it was the food supplier itself KFC

they forgot the burger to the burger meal and put the wrong sauce in the wrap so an expensive and easily spent £40 circa for an inedible treat and to ge left hungry

Was told at the drive thru at 10.20pm that no fries were available. What’s the point of having the drive thru open an hour extra if you aren’t willing to cook any food? A speciality dish I could understand, but fries!?

Chicken was was nice, chips were awful could not eat, they had been re heated so times. tried to put in a complaint but website just would not let me complain about the chips. Not good.

Hello, I drove from Borstal to your Gillingham store because it was the only location in my area that stayed open until 11 PM. However, when I arrived to place my order, I was informed that the kitchen had closed 40 minutes earlier. The staff was mopping as I walked in, which was quite frustrating, and the four employees on duty were very rude, especially since I made the journey for nothing.

Half the order missing as usual. Absolutely incompetent

The food was good but every order I have put in they have always missed atleast one item out, they need to concentrate and make sure orders are complete.
