We have been going here for over two years now. The Breakfast menu has everything that anyone would want. Light courses and full English breakfast. Brilliant service with smiling happy staff. Worth the few extra yards from the town. Cannot write enough about how great this place is. John and Steve

Great food spoilt by the cost of the drinks, had a private fuction which was well organised, we would have had bought more drinks , but with wine at £ 27 a bottle or a large glass of Sauig blunc at £11 This a Rugby Club not even pub prices ,so we will happly walk into Henley and find a local pub

I had my significant birthday party at the cafe last Sunday and I have nothing but praise for the whole team. Everybody who worked there was lovely, the finger food was excellent, the service excellent and the overall cost was very reasonable. I am most grateful to the whole team. Thank you all.

This is a great place for breakfast. Freshly cooked food and the best coffee in Henley. If you don't want to pay for parking, make sure you get a pass from the cafe.

We have eaten twice at this cafe that is in the club house of Henley Hawks Rugby Club but is open to the public. As a starting point there is publuc parking on site and before or after your meal you can have a wander round Henley centre. A discount on the parking fee us available when you eat at Menza. The food is excellent with an international cuisine, mainly Mexican and continental when we visited but they are constantly trying new things. I had a sweet chilli and chicken wrap and my wife, who is coeliac, had a chicken and mango salad. Both were enjoyed and appreciated. The manager and staff were all helpful and courteous and took time to go through the menu with my wife addressing all of her questions about ingredients. The prices were fine for food of the quality offered. We will certainly return again.

Usual trick, drive somewhere then look up on Tripadvisor. We have been to Henley lots so a little perplexed to find Mensa on the website. It was outstanding, the special of Avo Chicken Mayo sandwich does not do the dish justice. It was simply an absolute masterpiece of simple presentation of a deconstructed chicken dish. Just brilliant. The staff, young, knowledgeable and super friendly were a delight. The waitress spilt a little coffee, a mere teaspoon of liquid, but was insistent on replacing the cup. Staff like this are hard to find and with a chef who gets it all right, the place is the one to eat at. It’s at Henley rugby club. Just get there!

We had a full English and a veggie breakfast - both so delicious with perfect orange yolk poached eggs. Lovely, friendly people who run the cafe, attentive service - couldn't fault it and set us up for Thames walk to Marlow.

I had the vegetarian brunch a few weeks ago and have been back multiple times since. Great value, superb tastes. Wonderfully fresh. Tastes as good as they look (see photos)

My girlfriend and I tried Menza for a light lunch yesterday and were hugely impressed. Service was quick and friendly (thank you Celine) and the Salmon Mousse (smoked salmon, salmon mousse, crushed avocado and two poached eggs on sourdough bread) was brilliant, and excellent value at £8.50 each. This plus two glasses of an excellent and good value Sauvignon made for a great meal. This may be styled a cafe, but it could easily put many smarter and pricier restaurants in the shade. Well done Menza!

To start with it's a rugby club right, so you think the food will only be open during matches... wrong! Then one may assume it will only serve greasy caf style food*.... wrong! They serve a great selection of food with fresh ingredients that change with the seasons. I've been that many times that I can personally recommend the breakfasts, the smoothies, the pizzas, the chicken wrap, the superfood salad, the halloumi wrap and the burgers! The Hungarian stew was superb - much like receiving a comforting hug! They've always been super friendly and attentive, great with kids and provide an excellent work space. And, not to forget, parking!!!!!!! A rarity in Henley! Thank you Team Menza! xx *However, they do serve awesome burgers and hot dogs. Great on game days/nursing a hangover!

The Best quality breakfast in Henley-on-Thames and they will happily change around ingredients to accommodate allergies or preferences. Loads of free parking too.

Just had a delicious brunch of veggie breakfast and Hungarian goulash. Followed by squidgy chocolate brownie and really tasty pumpkin cake! Friendly, efficient service. All very clean and plenty of space between tables. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Fresh, well cooked eggs, bacon, mushrooms with excellent coffee - delicious! Covid responsible café and professional, friendly staff. Free parking in public car park (ticket provided from café till on arrival). Thoroughly recommend :)

Extremely poor quality ingredients very disappointed, A friend recommended this is why I went I may as well have gone to the Catherine wheel and paid less money for the same type of food

Met a friend for breakfast here and took advantage of the Eat Out scheme. Friendly service and good menu choice. Both had a delicious breakfast; pancakes plus avocado on toast. Great atmosphere very relaxed, would recommend.

I am glad that the best coffee shop/restaurant is back in business! When you visit Henley-on-Thames this place is a must! Great family run business with amazing food and excellent customer service.

Last Sunday, Menza hosted us (30 people in total) for a 2 course meal- great food at a great price ! We had the whole room to ourselves so lots of space for the adults to chat and the kids to play !

Since we've lived in Henley, we've tried just about all the establishments for a good breakfast at the weekend and this is the best we've found.I went this morning to try it and the service was welcoming and efficient. The food was of really good quality and well cooked.The place itself is not an intimate cafe by any means - its used for lunches etc at the rugby club but you can always look at it that there is plenty of room

Ordered a burger and goat cheese open sandwich. Reasonable prices. Service and food all good. Will visit again to try the breakfast.

I had their mango and kale smoothie with their Menza Breakfast of avo, pouched eggs and salmon, it was delicious. My boyfriend had a berry smoothie and their english cooked breakfast and he also said it was delicious. You can tell they use quality ingredients and care about the food they cook and serve. Amazing find and will defo be returning

Acabo de descubrir esta increíble cafetería en el Rugby Club, donde hay un montón de aparcamiento (2 horas gratis). YYYUUUuuum Breakfast / Brunch - Huevos escalfados, aguacate aplastado, mango, espinaca y tocino.Más tarde en el día regresé para una porción de Clafoutis y un excelente blanco plano. Este clafoutis no contiene gluten ya que está hecho con harina de almendra. Ligera, húmeda, no demasiado dulce. . . . ¡Perfecto!

Almuerzo hoy. Estacionamiento para docenas de autos; 5 minutos a pie del centro de Henley; Amplia cafetería con una amplia selección de bocadillos para el almuerzo: hamburguesas, sándwiches, ensaladas y con licencia. Almorcé con un grupo empresarial de 4, pudimos combinar el almuerzo con papeles y computadoras portátiles en la mesa (con wifi gratuito). No hay música de fondo, así que la conversación fue fácil. Esta fue una buena ubicación para evitar el problema del estacionamiento de Henley. Mi sándwich de atún incluía papas fritas y ensalada de col. El servicio estaba bien. Mis compañeros de almuerzo elogiaron el menú del desayuno.

Really enjoyed my visit there.The English breakfast was outstanding,cooked to perfection with high quality ingredients. Worth a visit!
