It clearly deserves its title as the best Fish & Chips in the Highlands. The portions served are VERY generous and everything is super good! Excellent value for money. If you're looking for a place where the fries are as pretty as they are good and where the average piece of breaded haddock is the size of a child's forearm, don't hesitate!

Having seen some publicly around a recent award we decided to try them. Only a couple of people waiting ahead and had our order taken quickly. Not too long to wait for the order after that. A respectable chippy menu with some seldom seen classics such as Mock Chops and potato fritters. The Stornoway Black Pudding was the best I've had and the standard Hadock supper went down well with my wife. Probably the fourth time visiting now; much busier, but still good food at a decent price (they even tell you which boat caught the fish for that day.) Another couple of visits, food still as good but the queue is out the door they're that well thought of. Now running a well established monthly GF night (last Tuesday of the month?)

"SIMPLY THE BEST" would be the perfect blue descriptive from Glasgow to describe this place hahaha. Great craic, lovely fresh fish, great colour. Instantly recognised that I was from Down Under, so we got to have a lovely old chat. Best atmosphere, best service in any chippy that I've visited anywhere in the world. So sad that it's all the way from home in Inverness. The fish is lovely and fresh and flakey. Try some pineapple fritters, I should have brought you some from Down Under to try, they'd be a sell-out. 🔵🔴⚪️⚫️⚽️🧸🥅🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
