McDonnald's in South Norfolk

Shift manager quickly rectified problem after items were missing from order, a quick phone call, he told me to bring order back, and the entire order was replaced. Can’t ask for better than that!!!

Fast service, friendly staff and piping hot food... who could ask for more?? Certainly cannot complain about this "restaurant "

A lovely and clean place staff are so friendly one young chap called Jack was working very hard cleaning the bottoms of chairs and did a fantastic job making myself feel welcome. Food came very promptly aswell! Thankyou beccles McDonalds!

From four meals, one sprite turned out to be a cup of flat water, and one of the milkshakes tasted 'off'. As it was a pickup we couldn't take it back so we were two drinks down. Under par for me, shame they can't get these basics right.

whilst having trouble with the ordering screens i asked a young lad for some assistance who worked there. He was very polite and tried to help us. However in the meantime, the woman who is advanced in years who also works there, cleaning tables ect... stood sweeping a part of the floor. Whilst doing this she started clicking her fingers at the lad talking to him like he was something she had stood on. There was other people around who turned to see. I felt so sorry for the lad. She was raising her voice at him about how she had told him to get something. He did nothing wrong, he was helping a customer ( myself ). I did complain to one of the managers, however i didn't feel he was listening.. he couldn't even make eye contact with me. I just hope that the woman has been told that she has no right to talk to anyone as she did. And i hope she has had to apologise.

Would not recommend this place, asked for extra curry and BBQ dips with my McNuggets and not only were they cold but they didn’t even give me a single dip, I am currently handicapped which makes this experience even worse, will not be coming here again 😡😡😡

After going to mcdonals yesterday the meals we had were disastrous, firstly the fries were not long they were all tiny little bits which looked like they had come out of the bottom of the bag then the strawberry milkshake just tasted of the strawberry syrup and was a bright pink. Not a good visit this time. Maybe it's because people aren't trained properly. I felt very let down especially with the price you pay 😕 The burgers were only luke warm as well

I will no longer be visiting McDonald's for their meals or other food apart from a mcflurry now and again due to ridiculous prices they are now charging just greedy and getting out of everyday peoples reach terrible shame on you mcdonalds uk

Luke warm food at best. They cook too far ahead. Check your order when using drive through before you leave is my advice. Or even better, wait until the other take away's are open and use them.

I've been here many times, and never been disappointed! It's a smaller outlet, but the staff are always smiling, welcoming, polite and helpful! Where some other places seem to have a wide variation of quality, this one remains constant. Food is always hot and tasty, drinks always seem to be at the right temperature too! The only bugbear is sometimes a lack of parking spaces, especially during the summer. Sometimes, the drive-through gets swamped, which results in delays for hungry customers, but the quality never seems to drop! I do love this place, and all the staff! Thank you all! :-)

I visited the drive thru, ordered several items, with my young son. Ordered him a hamburger, got home to discover a cheeseburger in a hamburger wrapper. My son cannot eat cheese. Phoned to express my dissatisfaction at the cross contamination, spoke to by a young girl who styled herself 'shift manager'. Totally incompetent, no idea about customer service. She thought she'd put me on hold when she said "what a load of crap", referring to my complaint. I told I had heard her and she said "I didn't say that", so one to treat a customer that way, then two, to lie about it. Had to deal with head office and the FSA in the end. If this young girl is the level of "management" McDonald's is hiring I'd seriously think about using this branch again.

Very nice food shame about the no mobile ordering and play tables. Staff were very friendly also well done

Arranged a family get together for a birthday celebration combining three separate vehicles coming from different locations, one being delayed. The large order was produced twice wrong causing considerable delay while the food had to be reordered on a busy, sunny Saturday. This contributed to a longer than usual stay. Two weeks later all parties received parking fines totaling £300 for overstay Some added bill for a fast food place! On appeal it was reduced to £150 and McDonald's did not even have the courtesy to acknowledge our letter. Not a place for family reunions and never again for us.

Slow service and order wrong twice on a busy sunny Saturday. Considerable delay for a large family reunion resulting in £300 of parking fines (reduced to £159 on appeal). Never again especially for family reunions.

Shocking service followed by a parking fine for an overstay despite being a genuine customer never visiting again

No safe way of getting from the limited parking into the restaurant to eat. Had to risk our lives crossing the poorly lit road with all the cars heading to/from the drive thru. Never again.
