Dijo que ya había cerrado su caja, y porque no teníamos coche, tendríamos que pedir en línea de nuevo en nuestro hotel. Muy mala actitud que podría habernos servido y sonar la transacción a través de la unidad de caja. Necesita disciplina y reciclaje en el servicio al cliente. Literalmente devolvimos nuestro dinero...

Un servicio absolutamente terrible aquí... esperé 20 minutos para una comida. una vez que recibí el pedido, mi hamburguesa faltaba (pedí una comida de hamburguesa con queso) cuando pedí la hamburguesa dijeron que ‘olvidaron lo que quería’ a lo que respondí ‘sin encurtidos o cebollas’. Acabo de recibir la comida y todavía había cebollas en la hamburguesa. no puedo creer el estado del servicio al cliente aquí. colas ponen la puerta debido a la lentitud del servicio.

Buen restaurante al lado del hotel Ibis Budget, la comida y el servicio son muy buenos y tuve la envoltura de verduras picantes y un batido y mi envoltura de verduras picantes y el batido sabía increíble y lo tuve antes de que la tienda McDonalds cierre a las 11. 30 pm y el restaurante McDonalds está tan limpio y ordenado y abierto todo el día hasta las 11. 30 pm y espero volver a este lugar en el futuro.

Simplemente no podía dejar pasar mi visita a este restaurante sin decir que era una comida muy agradable, patatas fritas y un batido de chocolate, que era un chapuzón perfecto para la salsa.

Jamie was really nice and helpful, he didn’t keep us waiting, took our order very professionally and we even got a chocolate milkshake

Ordered via the MY MCDONALDS app which uses uber eats we received the wrong drinks and a missing meal the manager who i spoke with was very rude and had made me never want to visit again

Terrible, we made an order by Uber eats. Food was cold and some food missing. When we claimed they just said they wouldn't take any actions. 7£ lost without any apologyzed.

Sign on door and website clearly states open 24/7 but went there at 10.45 on Sunday evening and it's closed except for the drive through. Do we tried to walk through the drive through only to be turned away by a rude member of staff who confirmed its only the drive through that's open. When challenged about the signage he just walked off. Very poor service level.

Me and my partner ordered through Uber eats around 9am in the morning for breakfast. The delivery time said it would be here at 9.30 (every other time we’ve ordered it’s always done the same thing!) but it had been a while and we checked where it was on the tracking system on Uber eats. To find out the estimated delivery time was now 11am. Why do late?? Especially just for 2 things, beyond a joke we waited over an hour and half just for 2 items. McDonald’s you need to sort your timings out and Uber eats need to communicate better with you as no one is any help at all when someone has a problem on Uber eats. Would not recommend

Was served by a lad I believe was called James, a sunshine of a person Who lifted everybody’s spirits when near. Hes an absolute credit to you 🌟🌈

Stopped for a quick takeaway Wanted to pay by cash Attendant wouldn’t serve me and she said I have to order in their app boards These boards were covered in fingerprints and I did not feel safe using them but still unable to get served Left store and purchased elsewhere

Visited here with family for a quick bite to eat about 12 o’clock lunch time , took over twenty minutes to get served, people who were after me got served before me ,it wasn’t that busy ,there were more staff than normal, when I finally got my food it was lukewarm, very disappointing

This review is based on my experience on the day and could be different for you. Always make a be-line for this restaurant when my car is in for service. Always have a Sausage McMuffin meal No issues with the meal or service provided. My gripe ? The delivery drivers from the numerous delivery apps that are starting to spring up everywhere on mobile phones, who seem take priority over the paying public who have taken the time to walk into the store and pay for their food but wait behind a que of delivery drivers collecting for the lazy people using these apps. Appreciate the people they are collecting for are paying public to but not in the same way as a person who walks in off the street. McDonald’s please have a separate line, food section, or what ever you call it just for these delivery drivers as they are becoming more and more popular, taking priority over the public buyers on the restaurant and remember the paying public who pay and wait for their ordered food. Once again the meaning of the words “Fast Food” totally lost.

Slow service and the wrong food. Tried to get food twice here. Both times the service has been 15 to 20 mins wait during quiet times. And the food was wrong. Worst McDonald's I've been in.

Lovely service however I didn’t get what I payed for in the drive through and by the time I ate my food I wasn’t able to go back!

We go to this McDonalds most weeks. Not the nearest but the best for parking and for being clean and tidy. The food offering is much as you would expect. Not brilliant but its pretty consistant. When you order, you know exactly what you are going to get. The staff are pretty friendly and always courtious, and if there is a problem with anything, it gets sorted without any kind of debate or argument. The place is usually very clean. The cleaners here do a terrific job and I often see them being really helpful with customers. Not quite the Ritz but courtesy and helpfulness go a long way.

Had to wait ages for food to be ready, food not that hot and not up to the standard normally expected from McDonald’s

Went in there. HAD TO WAIT 45 MINUTES for my chicken legend and cheese bites. Would not recommend this place unless your severely drunk from a night out.

Despite how busy it always is here the service is always good and food is fine. Always good value for money and the seating area was clean even though it was a very busy weekend.

When shopping in town we usually start at McDonalds at the Harbour Parade and find it a lovely place to start our retail therapy. Great staff and always polite and clean when we have been there. Some customers need to put their left overs away...

Budget meal, nothing special. we went there because it is walking distance from our hotel , and we know what they can offer.

Usual standard fare for McDonalds breakfast, was served hot and speedily and plenty of space to sit although it was quite busy. Love their coffee!!

We used to come here after a long day on a Friday evening when we couldn't be bothered cooking or going out to eat. Staff are great and the food is served very quickly. Free parking on-site and centrally located. Highly recommended.

Stayed in a hotel nearby and Mc Donald's great for budget meal options when on a room-only basis. Clean and tidy.
