Wait 45 minutes for one coffee. Not even an apology from the staff. All rude and not one of them wearing a hair net

Massively understaffed every morning waits of 30-40 minutes

Not McDonalds fault but these services are depressing.

Got in for a McDs Breakfast. Bit of a disorganised wait for the order but when it was called it was hot and fresh

A very clean rest stop with various shopping options. There are various restaurants here. The toilets are very clean. And thanks again for the free WiFi

Staff are very unorganised at 21.30 taken good 25 minutes to get the order of two soft drinks and a frappe. 3 cheese burgers one wrap and the share box of the garlic cheese bites. Only one person was frying and getting burgers cook while another staff (slowly) packing chips and shuffling over to the packing area and bagging items up. While the other 2 staff where dealing with at it seems with they own "special" orders orders. One customer before me was basically forgotten ( 5 order numbers in front of me) and to top it off. Staff canceling out they order screen that the system believes after 5 minutes the orders are ready for collection and a minute later marked as collected. While you still standing there and waiting for the food. While waiting I would say there where actual 10 orders, mainly being single drink items with a food item. The food it self was as good as cold when getting to the car and been just slapped on and badly wrapped up. When mentioning about the waiting time, there was no apology or any form of customer care but having a staff looking at more over the top of her glasses and disgust. Fully aware that McDonald's is a fast food restaurant and has some low standards but this was very disappointing and agetaring

Very loud, kids screaming etc... But it was lunchtime (1-2pm) ketchup spout run out of ketchup, seating area was clean-ish, There was a lady walking around clearing and cleaning tables though, Maybe just didnt get to ours before us ? 🤔 Food was warm, Could have been hotter, But what do you expect in a fast food restaurant at a busy time of the day

Ran out of all drinks so cans were handed out and ran out of all happy meal toys. Also forgot 3 items of my order so had to go back.

Constantly getting orders wrong. During promotional periods where u can collect collectibles they are not always putting them in your bag! Beware and check your orders.

Dirty and run down, the truck park has Pot Holes that are so deep you cold loose a child lol

Only really stopped to use the loo. Clean and easy to access through the concourse. Plenty of food and shopping available and easy parking. Entry to the site and exit afterwards were not difficult to navigate.

Food was ok but tables and floor haven’t been cleaned for a while

Sooooo... The Golden Arches. Same everywhere right? Maybe not so much. The main thing you think of when you go to a McD's is generally fast, consistently mediocre food. You messaged with that formula and it loses what makes it worth while. So let's cut to the chase... This might have been the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Our order was not large. Two standard breakfast buns, 2 hash browns and 2 bottles of OJ. Nothing taxing at all. The staff... There seemed to be enough of them? They were pleasant? But... Even with a queue doing nothing but expanding... They were so relaxed? Don't get me wrong. Being able to go at your own place and not being over worked or stressed is the gold standard for workplaces... But... When your whole marketing strategy is providing consistently OK food at lightning speed... Not ideal. The food was as fine as McD's fare usually is when it came? So I'm trying not to be too harsh. But damn... I've had sit down meals come in restaurants (and still be good) faster than that.

Unfortunately after being stuck on the M25 due to a lorry fire for nearly 2 hours we stopped for breakfast only to find a very limited menu due to power failure. It was no bodies fault ,just disappointing

Best Philli burger ever, wife had fillet of fish which was also very good, we both had chips ( a little cool to be honest ), 2 x cappuccino's .😁😎

It's a McDonalds. Sadly, not much choice at this services. Most other outlets were closed. Wouldn't have been our first choice, but we were hungry. It was OK, but nothing to get excited about!

I travel ALOT. Clacket lane has always been a stop I've used. Quick cheerful cheap food. Facilities always clean and tidy.

Nice place to grab a coffee on the go plus a place to chill outside or in ..Good range of shops with plenty of parking .

I got a coffee from the Costa and a muffin both were awful the coffee was badly made and the muffin was rock hard like it was old. The people serving were lovely but that was it.

25 minutes from order to food arriving. Chips were cold.... (to be fair they did change them for warmer chips) burger was luke warm, my cup of tea was stewed and tepid! Loads of people waiting.... maybe they had a problem but here's the thing..... don't get orders ready and leave it hanging around.....the food is supposed to be hot..... serve it hot. Not good at all.

Average McDonald's. Runs fairly quickly and can be busy at times. They forgot my chicken mayo, but McDonald's are good at replacing missing items.

Everything was closed when we stopped except mcds. Gave us a cold burger which I returned. Food dropped on floor and picked up to sell to customers and staff with poor hygiene practices. Avoid.

Forgot hash brown in wrap. Didn't have time on my break to go back. While I was waiting there a couple of others went to the desk for a replacement order, presumably as it was wrong. Don't bother. Staff seemed unmotivated and cold.

Having worked at a McDonald’s previously and being able to acknowledge poor grill maintenance and bad staff training I am very disappointed with this. It is clear to me that the grills have not been cleaned for quite a while as my burger tasted poor and was swimming in grease. So much so I was unable to eat anymore than one bite. The chips were unsalted and the staff were ignorant and looked at both and my friend and I as if we were not supposed to be there. Would not recommend.

Don't like the new coffee cups, they are disgusting, please get rid of them.

Large and spacious MC Donald located in the service building. Lots of seating. 6 ordering terminals. Service ok. The order was consistent and tasty. I recommend!

As usual in the UK, food, shops and gambling, showers (cabins half open, you can see the legs and, if someone is tall, the head), about 3 or 4 cabins, key in WH Smiths, washbasin with a mirror outside the cabin. Overall, I was clean at 6 a.m. and it was ok. I recommend it

Third visit, third time there is hardly anyone working and it takes a very long time to get food. Avoid if you are actually trying to get anywhere on time.

These seem to be the best McDonald's, the food is hot probably because they're so busy and doesn't have time to go cold, but the burgers are still a mess and no care seems to be given when they're being made.

I stopped off for Costa Coffee while there was a queue on the M25

I recently stopped by this McDonald's, and while the food was as expected for a chain restaurant—standard and predictable—the condition of the dining area was really disappointing. It felt like no effort had been put into maintaining a clean, welcoming space. The furniture was in bad shape: chairs were visibly broken, tabletops were scratched and stained, and some booth seats had tears in the upholstery. The cleanliness was equally troubling. Many tables had leftover trash or crumbs from previous customers, and there was no staff visible to clean up or wipe down the area. Even the trash bins were overflowing, adding to the general feeling of neglect. Honestly, it felt more like an abandoned space than an active restaurant. This location has potential if management would prioritize basic upkeep and cleanliness, but right now, the poor state of the dining area completely detracts from the experience. A more attentive approach to cleanliness and maintenance is needed to bring this McDonald’s up to the standard that customers expect.

We always order extra pickles. In our two burgers, this place gave us a total of 22 pickles. Made my day. Absolute insanity. 10/10.

Self service booth not issuing receipts so wasn't sure that order went through. It did not even appear on the "preparing" screen. But eventually got served.

I ordered cuple of time from here, everything it's awful honestly, the staff it's poor, but first of that the food is worse, i like to buy Mc crispy, the chicken it's not cooked, and the cheeseburger smells, i always said not buying anymore from here but I said will try again, the same story, it's disgusting..

The whole services is a shambles after 8pm. McDonald's had a deep cleaning session so most food was off AGAIN and there was no alternative food vendor open. Very poor site management!

Order has to be placed on self service system. Unfortunately no receipt produced so no proof of order or indeed record of order number. Board showing order progress way out of time with what was actually going on. Considering it was reasonably busy and there were quite a few staff around it was curious as to what was causing the long wait, lack of table clearing and machines not having receipt rolls.

Disgusting! Absolutely disgusting! Dripping with grease. Incorrect order. Worst Macdonalds ever.....no more words.🤮🤮

It's not too bad, there are plenty worse

WiFi didn't work and no mobile signal, which meant everyone had to use the ordering machines. Some were out of order and the rest couldn't print receipts, so better pay attention when the order number flashes on screen for 2 seconds. Drink machines must have been broken, because only cans served. Staff forgot sauces and salad forks. At least the food was ok.

Fries were cold, despite the place being packed, clearly cooking too many and leaving standing. Got 4 nuggets instead of 6 but they did at least give all when complained. Burger was cold. Ordered on panels, didn't get receipt and number didn't show on display.

Lengthy wait to use ordering machine. Receipt printer was broken so no receipt given. Luke warm burger served with cold onions and cheese with 2 tiny strips of bacon added for 90p. Fries container at best 2/3 full of partly cooked, almost white french fries. Another lengthy wait to collect food amongst crowd of irritable travelers. No napkins/paper towels issued with food. On the plus side our table was pretty clean so....woohoo I guess?
