Mcdonald's Restaurants in North West Leicestershire

Is this the worst MacDonalds in the UK? Nothing is ever correct. Fries are consistently short measures to the extent it must be part of their profits projections. Cold food, poorly presented. Very young crew of inexperienced staff constantly changing. The overall business manager is rude and aggressive, and suggested I use another restaurant. You would need to be desperate need of food if you have to use this establishment but do not expect it to be I pleasant experience.

Staff are lazy cooked my fries with lots of salt even their body language is very poor they are not professional all young star they don't know how to do customer service

Went and grabbed breakfast to takeaway, looked like chaos no clear leader directed the team, people returning to get missing items. I had 3 pancakes and sausage meals and 2 muffin meals, got home no sausages with the pancakes and no hash browns with the muffin meals. Rang and complained manager didn’t seem interested. Just a load of kids without anybody leading and directing them . Maybe four years ago when a muffin meal was 4 quid you’d find this acceptable but now at nearly 6.50 a meal you’d expect to get what you pay for. Shambolic

We usually don't complain and eat breakfast quite a lot but today after waiting in a bay for food like always these days lol which doesn't really bother us ..... but after eating bf today it was burnt and the base of the muffins were extra crispy and nearly broke our teeth clearly left and something very hit for far to long ..... we couldn't return has a 5 mile trip and was on the road ....so rang to notify the store by ringing..... David the manager has no respect for his elders sounded like an immature child to be fair no apology just kept saying return it but we couldn't has we kept saying but continued to talk over me and was dam right rude reported vi's email to head office also. No one should be spoke to how he came across alot of it about today treat you like your trying it on in someway to get a freebie ..... wasn't about that it was awful food end off ..... and after spending twenty pounds for breakfast you expect it to be nice afterall I will not be using coalville again will try Ashby next time .... but a alittle training in our to speak to customers might help David massively rude rude man for a manager has well disgusting

Had it delivered and the food was unusually correct. But the milkshakes where fresh air. Just froth , how can they not tell... especially by the weight of the drink.....

My partner & I used to joke about the "weekend staff" being poor but they've really been living up to the name recently. The last two times we went through the drive-thru at this particular restaurant the order was wrong, and no sauces were provided which we asked for. The last time we ordered through the app and had it delivered. Again the order was wrong, we asked for shareboxes of particular items and only received regular portions, again with no sauces! The milkshakes were also just foam, an idiot would know as you can tell by the weight of the cups. I wouldn't say don't go to this particular McDonald's, but I would say check your order as soon as you receive it.

Absolutely awful,ordered on the app.Had to wait for order got home 5 miles away and was missing a Mc Crispy burger.Drove back to the restaurant was given the burger,no good will gesture offered.Got back home,the double quarter pounder we ordered had only one burger in it.I was livid.Asked to see the manager and it was the first person I had dealt with.Got a refund for that burger.I was told they could understand my frustration,what that I had driven back to the restaurant twice and my other food was ruined and not even a goodwill gesture.The problem with Coalville restaurant is that they are too busy with delivery orders,the restaurant is full of drivers.Greed has taken over service and clearly the staff aren't up to it.

Consistently when I arrange a meal delivery items are missing. Today it was my daughters breakfast meal. Why is this restaurant unable to get meal delivery's right. This is a repeated issue.

Ordered off just eat , turned up half the food missing , rang to tell them and got advised to request money back from just eat and re order missing food, disgrace hire 16 year old kids for cheap labour, can’t even check meals off against an order

Regular latte is 30p more expensive here than Loughborough McDonalds, and the music is way too loud at 6am it’s like a dustbin lids Disco.

I should have learnt by now, but once again I walked out without checking the order, and once again, I was disappointed when I got home. 11 items on the order.....3 missing........and the 'special order' cheeseburgers ( no pickles) come with added pickles. Maybe time to employ people that can actually read the requirements, instead of guessing............. I would use Ashby everytime except food is cold by the time I get home............but at least it would be a complete order!

Very good best McDonald’s in the area very clean and very hot food and nice, the staff are excellent and professional and are quick with orders

Why do I bother , please tell me is it a company policy to not send sauces out with a home delivery? I have ordered many times been charged but never get sauces in my order, pathetic service if you are a manager sort your teams out

Absolutely useless. Waited 15minutes for a single wrap that never came. How hard can it be. Need to teach their staff how to get the fast part of fast food!

Sat at drive through 4 Cars went still not had my order taken. So drove to the window to ask why all they could say was sorry!!!! So went in to order my food. Collected my order got home to find my chips where cold and my son only got one burger when he should have two. Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!

We already check the right number of items are in the bag when getting takeout from here - after todays debacle we will now have to start looking in all the boxes too as my McChicken sandwich turned out to be a cheeseburger- not only...

the service is slow, can never get parked in the 2 disabled spaces because of Euba drivers parking there so we now go to ASHBY,

I’ve visited this restaurant more times than I can remember, it’s not a bad place to eat but there is one huge problem that they don’t seem to change; the fries at the drivethru. Every time we go and order a large fries we end up with a medium in a large packet and it’s the same with the medium, you get small in a medium packet. I have contacted them through email many times and expressed how bad this is and still nothing has changed. Have a look if you go. You’ll see what I mean. One piece of advise would be to drive another 10 mins and visit the Ashby-de-la-Zouch restaurant, they are much better.

This Drive Thru is always busy which has got to tell you something. I am not a big fan of macdonalds but when you need a quick bite late at night or an early morning brecky then this is as good as it gets at macdonalds. I can't stand their as I love Costa and this is more like starbucks coffee so give it a miss.Very good value for money to fill a hole!

Quick service, order accurate, food hot. McDonald's are pretty standard, you know what you're getting, they just vary on quality. Personally, I think this is one of the better ones.

Very, very busy, but tables were clean, service was fast, and food/drinks were hot and freshly made! Maybe one of the better McDonalds?!

Having just finished the shopping, we decided to call into McDonalds Coalville, we placed our order and decided to take it home to eat as the restaurant was busy.

The usual McDonalds menu, decent Coffee and fast food served up by a bunch of kids. Quick and efficient drive through and restaurant until the card machines break down. Easy access and ample parking. An ideal meeting place for the local youth.

I went here for lunch. It is a standard McDonald’s and does what it says on the tin. It is worth noting that the restaurant is swamped with college kids during the lunch hour on weekdays. They were well behaved but it does get lively there.

Returning late can be a bummer but here’s when you start appreciating McDonald’s! The place was stylish and clean, even the toilets. Staff looked tired but my order came back right, nothing missing, piping hot and just the way I like it.

I regularlry use Mcdonalds if I am late home from work or for a breakfast. The food can be either good and edible and other times you drive off and the chips appear to be reheated and the burger cold, or just warm enough to eat. other times it is very good and has just been freshly cooked. But then it is a fast food outlet

They never put enough sauce on a chicken mcsandwitch and they are never hot. The chips are rarely hot and well salted. They often forget the ketchup even when you ask them and my one piece of advice is check your order before you leave! Food needs to be served hotter guys!!

Desaparecer rápidamente para conseguir una comida para llevar. Pedí la comida a través de una de las pantallas táctiles en el interior. Cuando llegué a mi casa, me fui orden cuando llegué a casa y abrí la bolsa me di cuenta de que olvidaron parte de mi orden. Por falta de tiempo, etc., no vale la pena la molestia de volver a tener mi pedido corregido.

i would say there is half a brain cell between all of the staff at this restautant. Always get your order wrong even though its written on the screen infront of them....say no more!

La comida estaba caliente y de buena calidad. Vamos a este restaurante un montón y nunca he tenido ningún problema. No me puedo quejar del personal que están mal pagados y desbordado, pero hace todo lo posible por ayudar. Lo recomiendo.

It's rare that we go to McDonald's but we've been twice in a week. We called at one near Wembley stadium. Then on our way back home the next day we called at this one. There wasn't much difference between the two. Our food was very quick and tasted good. All the staff were polite & friendly. The place was clean and tidy too.

We placed a largish order (12 people) this week and altho we telephoned and doubled checked in the day they still got our order pretty wrong -3 people without good, wrong drinks and no dessert. They were helpful when challenged and replaced stuff but meant 2journeys to get the extra stuff... not my choice anyway but certainly wouldn't go back!

Usually nice and clean with friendly staff, an average sized place but the drive through can be hit and miss.

McDonald's, exactly as you would hope to find it, shiney new style, scrupulously clean, exactly What you expect from them.Seen better but not a lot, good location, faSt efficient service.

The worst McDonalds I know the food is always cold. It is not freshly prepared but just assembled from old pre cooked items.

Fast food is meant to be...Fast right? You are always left waiting at the speaker to place your order, staff are always multi tasking and therefore not paying proper attention to you. I have received the wrong order many many times before. More often than not I have to wait in Bay 1 for my food... They ran out of cheese bites noooo! Never get given a serviette or sauces, I mean I am sure this is due to cost cuts but come on..

Came here at 1am with 2 friends for a quick snack, got served by becky, she sounded bunged up which for one is unhygienic and put me off from the get go, then my card got declined which annoyed me even more because I had to break into a fresh 20, change was fine, didn't get the sauces I asked for, halfway home my friend went for a drink and instead of it being in the cup it was in the centre console of the car and all over his new shoes because there was a gaping hole in the cup, my nuggets were cold and the burger buns were hard, absolute joke, we will not come again.

Each time I've ordered with my work place in bulk ( which is around 5 times) they have managed to get the order wrong. Really wish they would train their staff properly or just use their ears and listen to what's being ordered-its not rocket science! Never come across such moronic staff

staff had no idea what they were doing and was in there for 20 minutes from taking my order to receiving my food

go there right now and stuff your face with there amazing food that they have found in a bin and the waitress are very smexy and have big ...... hearts it is always crammed with greedy pig that get in the way (my mum) the only reason that I put it 5 stars is coz the toilets smell nice (better than the food)
