We visited here for dinner tonight as we had a busy day, and my son had a friend round. As per usual order was messed up, but didnt see till we got home. Ordered a quarter pounder with no cheese, labelled correctly so thought great,...

I can’t remember the last time they got an order right. Surely the management must read the constant one star reviews and do something about it??

On my visit to the Upton McDonald's once again the chips were cold. We also got two big tastys which were like warm, mozzarella dips no dip. Ordered two Apple pies when we parked up there wasn't any in the bag. On walking back to the counter they only had one Apple pie or a 15 minute wait. So made do with a doughnut.young girl was full with apologies but couldn't give a toss. My suggestion to them is, why don't they store the cooked chips in with the Apple pie as the Apple pie can burn your mouth the cold chips don't. Someone at McDonald's needs to get there act together won't be going back.

I ordered a double cheese burger and got home and opened just a batch with one slice of cheese on! This isn’t the first time they have messed my order up, they didn’t give me my wrap on my chicken wrap meal last week, didn’t give my niece her nuggets in her nuggets meal, can understand a mistake every now and again but this seems to happen every visit!

Every time we order from here they only less than half full the fries, no point in ordering medium, large etc as you only get small in any size box. Wouldn’t mind but fries are as cheap as chips literally. This picture was taken when we got them straight out of the bag!!!!!!

My niece went to get some food with my husband and when they got back the food was disgusting, the fries were not even cooked which must be hard to do considering there so thin ! The big Macs were freezing cold along with the uncooked soggy cold fries never again dont no how they can charge for this rubbish but what's worse is no one seems to care !!

Do the staff ever get your order right? Another order messed up, staff are absolutely useless and thick, save your time and go elsewhere

Terrible doesn’t even describe the service you get in there and shouldn’t even try speaking to the manager as he is just on his phone all day and doesn’t bother in anything and only gives refunds and doesn’t even solve the problem and the lack of effort the staff put in is indescribable probably 9/10 orders have over at least a quarter of there order missing and the times i have missed the main meals of the order is getting ridiculous I ordered this afternoon and got only two thirds of my order and lost my appetite after finding a brown hair in my burger and couldn’t even bother getting a refund or getting the rest of my order cause of the lack of quality you get in there most foods are cooked in big batches and leave it there til somebody orders it to save time while the food is lukewarm

Foods gone downhill last couple of years always cold ,wrong orders the amount of tomato sauce they put on the burgers it looks like someone has stepped on it so I don't bother buying food now I buy a sandwich from the garage now and just get a coffee from Mcdonalds and they sometimes get that wrong

Renowned for getting orders wrong, happens to us on 99% of our visits, so always check bags before leaving. It’s not so bad when your at the premises, but not great now you can get Uber delivery and burgers are CONSTANTLY missing. Yes, you get a refund, BUT I’d rather everyone in our family actually GOT some food.

MCDONALDS UPTON :Fast food my @*€#, prioritises drive thru and Uber deliveries - not bad at keeping people who are meant to be “socially distancing” in close proximity to each other for 25 plus mins- food arrived at 30 plus mins following a complaint: Don’t attempt to talk to female manager, she “don’t care less” MY PERSONAL ADVICE : EAT ELSEWHERE VERDICT : STRICTLY A PROFIT BEFORE HEALTH ORGANISATION WITH IGNORANT MANAGERIAL STAFF

On entering the Restaurant to eat in, we were brusquely told about the track and trace and squirted with hand sanitiser - all things we expect but not with the attitude from staff that came with it. We ordered, and were then directed to sit at high chairs when one of us is 69 years of age. We indicated that wasn't possible and we were rudely directed - with accompanying eye rolling - to a table that only had space for us to sit side by side instead of opposite one another. When we went to take our seats, my 69 year old mother tripped on the COVID screen which was dangerously placed jutting out into the walkway area. When we complained at how dangerous it was, we had two members of staff - again with a defiant aggressive attitude - tell us the screens were from head office and that was that. We have since reported the matter to the Health & Safety Executive. We will also be reporting the staff to McDonalds head office. There is absolutely no need for such a rude and aggressive attitude.

4th time on the run the order was wrong, missed items, chicken legend had 1 piece of lettuce and no mayo, tried phoning up but no answer the 5 times I rang up.

One if the drive thru attendants was only half working which meant more than 10 cars passed us in the other queue. Then they got our order wrong...and obviously couldn't care less. Didn't even get napkins!

Drive through young girl rude and need retraining ,doent want to hand you the chip and pin machine,then slams window shut cause I told her she lacks customer service skills , manager as rude trying not to service me ,food eventually thrown at me and cold and nearly cold coffee , has to be worst branch ever been to .DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH

More fool me for returning to this branch of McDonald’s. Every time with out fail they get my order wrong (mainly use drive thru). Had egg shell in breakfast, sausage and pancake meal with no sausage and no hash brown, hairs in pancakes. There have been many a time that I’ve opened my McDonald’s bag and thought I’d been pranked by the prank patrol. My day has been ruined. Don’t bother going there as staff obviously don’t care about customers.

I gave this place another try for some strange reason. Yet again cold chips because there are a ridiculous amount already cooked sat there going cold. The staff are rude, I was merely trying to be constructive with my criticism, explaining why the fries were cold, thinking foolishly that they might care about their food quality, only to be told “Well I didn’t give you them did I, so why are you having a go at me?” One of the managers on duty removed a pickle from a cheeseburger/hamburger, rewrapoed it and put it in a happy meal box. This restaurant is an utter disgrace, you would think someone from the company would be monitoring it in some way, but they obviously aren’t. The sooner the new one in Prenton opens the better.

Yet again a wrong order from the drive thru at upton, this is happening on a regular basis, food cold, someone needs to get a grip of this place and sort it out, new place opened 3 miles away will be going and advising people to go there instead

Well visited the drive threw at upton macdonalds .ordered the food .the girl forgot the order 3 times ..ad to repeat over and over .next window payed for the food .next window recieved the food ..not what was ordered half the food missing .food freezing cold ..what's going on ..why is this allowed to happen .its so disappointing to find your order missing when you get home...not happy at all ..

went through the drive thru and not only did they forget the 20 nuggets we asked for but they also forgot the cheese in the burgers. no receipt either. also not the first time this has happened, always getting our order wrong, not coming back

Upton McDonald's needs a massive over hall of staff. First of all, we were sat stationary in the drive through queue for well over 10mins (perhaps an issue at the windows) and was given no explanation when at the ordering window. Tried to charge me 4 times my order, presumably someone else's order but had I not checked the card machine and saw then I wouldn't have known as the staff member didn't utter a word to me and just handed over the machine. Then my order, arrived home with half the order missing and the half that was there freezing. Why would I be given what I've paid for? Attempted to phone with no answer. Don't know why I still bother coming here as we always end up with either the wrong order or half missing, tonight was definitely the last time I come here.

Tried to ring them up and they didnt bloody answer, I am currently an employee for Mc Donalds and this is the worst Customer Service i have ever ever heard of, I am discusted the staff are rude, always wrong orders and it's a joke needs shutting down

I thought I’d treat the family to a little McDonalds, when I got home half of the food hadn’t been put the bag. I did spot another bag and wondered if it was mine. There wasn’t anything for my little boy (he only likes the chips). Fuming. I wouldn’t mind the girl serving wouldn’t have made the mistake if she wasn’t having a gossip to the girl next to her!

Obviously this is McDonald's so you know what you're going in for. However, compared to other maccy d's, I'd say this one is very good. The service is fast & the quality is typically very good. I go about once a month (with the kids of course!) and I'd say they do make more mistakes with orders than other restaurants, but are quite good at fixing them.

So young female member of staff not only chewing gum but also blowing bubbles with the gum!!! Disgusting! Has she been on a hygiene course? Why hasn't her boss said something? She.d go to prison in Singapore.You think that.s bad enough? My colleague informed me that a mature male member of staff didn't wash his hands after using the toilets!I walked straight out and left my food.

This is by far the worst McDonald's going no matter what time you turn up you always have to park up for your order. Then watch it being paraded round the carpark till arrives stone cold and mostly wrong. No wonder upton has the most obese seagulls ive ever seen. Just goes to show that ronald McDonald runs this place cos he must be a clown and the staff really must enjoy working (sarcastic face). At least the cold drinks were cold hence 1 star.

The worst fast food restaurant on the planet the place is a joke only ever go because it is near me everytime I come away disappointed or annoyed the staff are completely incompetent there are rats running around by there bins and the list is to long to Wright all there faults quite frankly the place should be shut down

This is my local McDonald’s so it’s the one I always come to. Every time I’m disappointed and say I’m not coming back. You never get what you ordered. The strawberry milkshakes are always minus the strawberry. And if you do drive thru you always have to park up and wait. What is going on. Too many kids and not enough people actually running the show. It’s awful

Every time my family takes me here whilst on out way home from a day trip they have gotten my order wrong as someone who is allergic to the cheese they put on the food it's disgusting I ask for plain hamburgers no cheese and I've had it handed back to me been told the food is plain and gotten home for it to be covered in cheese

The restaurant is visibly dirty, the staff are rude and incompetent and the food is mediocre at best, Usually cold to boot. The managers really need to sort this out, defo the worst one locally.

I dont know why I think that things will be different when I revisit the Upton drive through.Never get a complete order,fed up paying for items that are missing when I get it home.Never again .

Every time you go to the drive through the order is wrong after you’ve been parked. I can’t believe I actually put myself in the position for them to let me down every time. I must be mad !!!! There has to be absolutely zero quality checks before the food goes out ... always something missing with the fries sometimes still frozen ??? How and why this happens can only be through incompetence. I winder if the criteria for getting a job there is can’t count and don’t give a toss about hardworking paying customers. The place needs a complete overhaul of staff. Give people who care a job !!!!

This has got to be the worst McDonald’s on the wirral, if not the country. Even when it’s quiet they have a ridiculous number of fries sat there going cold, which they try and fob you off with. I asked for replacement fries, to which I was told to take a seat and they’d bring some fresh ones out. I was forgotten about and when I went to the counter to enquire about said fries they tried to fob me off with the same batch of cold fries that were still sat there. However the fries were presumably up to the standard of the girl working there who put her hand in to the fries and ate one, how unprofessional and unhygienic is this place? When they actually did their job correctly and produced fresh fries, because they’d put the burger in a bag and dumped it on the counter, even though I was eating in, it had also gone cold. This place needs an overhaul of staff from management down to the bottom, because when the new one in prenton opens, providing that they are reasonably competent at doing their job it could well put this place out of business. How the company can see the number of bad reviews about this restaurant and seemingly not do anything about it is beyond me.

Unlike some local McDonalds, this one is always clean and tidy. Food hot and service friendly. Better than others nearby.

Love this MD’s when we go inside staff are always friendly n if something isn’t quite right with the order they are quick to amend and make right any issues. Managers are on their game with staff and it seems to work well as a team.

Took our order down wrong which we corrected immediately before food came out. Wrong order came out and server blamed us, told us it wasn't his fault then proceeded to winge about it to other staff because we had complained. It took over 20 minutes to receive the correct food and the burger was disgusting as it wasn't hot. Unprofessional and bad customer service. The manager should have come over and sorted this. Worst food and customer service at a MacDonalds I've ever been to.

The girl collecting the payment, got the order wrong. I had to wait 5 mins at the food collection point for a refund and then my food. The fries were cold and half cooked, the burger was cold. Seriously, the cheese between the burgers, was not melted, but rock hard and cold!!!

This is the fourth time I have been through the drive through with an incorrect order. Normally it’s just getting a medium meal when asked for a large but tonight I asked for a meal, a happy meal and a Big Mac. What I got was 2 burgers and a happy meal the same lad was on the inter com that has messed my orders up before. When I questioned this at the pick up window I was told “ that’s what was put through” in a very obnoxious way when I said I asked for a meal and that I was not happy that it is not my fault that it was put through wrong the same young lady again replied “ that is what was put through” and walked away.

Staff went far beyond to make me an item which had stopped being on the menu. (Unknown to me) A+ service. Thanks.

Absolutely no concept of the Drive Thro .. be prepared to wait in a snails pace queue to order and pay then to try to find a spot to park and await the also snail pace delivery of your food to your car !

If there was another store closer.. this one would shut down. I am not expecting high quality fine dining from Maccies.. but given that they exist in order to produce and sell burgers you would think they would at least make a token effort to get it right. Lost count now of the number of times my order has been wrong - simple stuff like " Quarter pounder - no cheese" . this leads me to the following conclusion. To be employed there you must either have an IQ just below that of a Gerbil with Dementia or just not give a toss about anything resembling customer service. The fries are often cold and the drinks watery as they leave them to stand in preparation for an order - so the ice melts. Maccies is Maccies - but this once should feature on Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares... which tbh would be dead funny so if any TV producers are reading this.. Do it... Anyhow.. swerve this MCds if you can be bothered going to a different one.

Visited this restaurant last week.

The service is none existent and my whole order was wrong and missing lots of bits I asked nicely for them to redo it as bringing it out drive and drabs wasn’t good enough the little server with the attitude said it’s not me who puts them together just wow !!! Every time I go to this maccies I have major issues it would be better sacking them all and re staffing or just knock the place down and rebuild it into something much more stress free and useful !! Morons

Only visit this place twice a year, and everytime for the past six years, they've got the order wrong!!!!! You end up paying for food you don't get!!! So please don't waste your hard earned cash!!! There's a reason its twice a year, because the food is crudd!!!!

What a dreadful experience today, arrived at the drive through at 1029 for breakfast, ordered at 1030 when all the signs were still showing breakfast being served then we were told that we were too late. We tried complaining as we were on time and the supervisor/manager treated us in the most dreadful way, I hope her staff don’t follow her service standards! The customer service was the most appalling we have ever seen anywhere

Called at this so called restaurant to pick up some food through the drive through, service was absolute shocking waited 30 minutes for my food to be brought out after, I had to go back in to ask for it, on receipt Of the goods it was cold, I asked to speak to the manager how did come and speak to me saying it’s not the young lads fault, which I agree it was her fault, no apology other than I’ll get your food, I asked is it hot she replied yes and fresh I’ve just cooked it..... I don’t think so it was the worst food I have ever had at a fast food chain I didn’t expect Michelin star but I expect it to be fresh they should re-name the drive throw as park up....... get a grip Ronald and put manager in that know how to manage and delivery outstanding customer service.

Having called at this so called restaurant drive through and spending more than I thought the food was worth, to add insult to injury, I had to park up and wait 10 minutes for my food, but I was prepared to accept that being under the impression that it was being freshly cooked, it wasnt and not only was it cold it tasted like eating flavoured cardboard, the frys were also that cold it made me wonder if they had actually bothered to defrost them. A very poor service, serving out cold food that there is not telling how old it was or if it was even still safe to eat. Maybe a health hazard waiting to happen but certainly not somewhere I will be eating at in the future.

Has this place changed hands recently? Food is awful and tables are dirty. I've been three times over two months and had cold/cool food each time. Even my daughter now says she doesn't want to go there anymore and I never thought I'd hear the day. It never used to be like this so I wondered if maybe it was under new management. No more for me!

We often nip in when shopping in Sainsbury’s. It’s always busy, which must say something. We have wrap f the day and a latte.

Bagel come which looked like somebody had sneezed on it rather than an egg, latte was wrong and then fresh drink come cold. Older Staff member was rude when complained about the issues before we eat. Wasn't very happy to help at all. It's a shame because they had younger staff that seemed happy to help

Called for a lunchtime burger meal. Found it as always cool to eat and seems to be the norm through all the company franchises.

Me and my mum, step dad and 4 year old sister went to this McDonald’s. Each table had some kind of dirt on it. The ketchup and bbq dispenser where covered in ketchup. My Step dad got a chicken legend, and the chicken was BURNED!!! They had to give him a new one. I had a 20 pice chicken nugget box, and the chicken was nice but not lovely. Behind of the disabled toilet handle, was smeared with ketchup (I hate ketchup) and even the toilets where dirty, the toilet wasn’t even flushed. Would NOT recommend!

Whoever is working on the burgers this afternoon could probably do with some training.

Stopped for lunch whilst in the area got a great table we ordered on the ordering machine all food arrived timely and was correct

I have been coming here regularly for the last few weeks for a morning coffee and I must say the staff are always so friendly and polite. Great customer service, saying “have a nice day” when I collect my coffee. The staff seem to have a laugh and enjoy their job! Nice to see!

Went to McDonalds in Upton for a late lunch as a treat for my grandsons birthday ( he chose the venue). There were 7 of us in total , 5 adults and 2 children . Many different meals were ordered and for the first time in years everything that we had ordered was correct. Hope this is a good sign for the future as normally they get things wrong , so well done . Keep up the good work. Everybody enjoyed their meals and they were all nice and hot.

Never had a "perfect" experience here. Forgotten items, No Sauces that should come with certain things, Cold Food, Bad Quality Burgers, Always out of something when you ask (rarely ever have milkshakes, mcflurries etc on when I've been, at all different times), Staff are Miserable.

mcdonalds lucky dip.they never never get your order right,we have even handed them a list of 4 types of burgers and they still get at least one wrong.its become a family joke seeing what they have got wrong this time,not trying to get anyone sacked but if it happens everytime to us then it must happen to others.obviously management don't care about complaints.

My wife had to take her ice cream back as it was only partially filled. Done without question. Very slow service in such a new establishment. Was the old service better and more practical. I think so.

Staff have bad attitudes!! Asked for a hot chocolate got given HALF a cup of what looked like dish water, my partner asked for a peri peri wrap with NO ONION there was a label on wrap that said no onion yet it was filled with onion, lacking in basic customer service skills and common sense!

Twenty minutes to get food, because they lost the order. Finally got something, and it was incomplete. This is not unusual, I have been visiting this drive thru for seven years, and I get the complete order about 50 % of the time. Oddly enough, there is never more than I order, always less - which is good for profitability I'm sure.

Don’t know why they call it a drive through, can’t remember the last time I didn’t have to park up and wait an age. I went this weekend and they had about 15 cars parked up... never get all you ordered so you have to go back in again... sort it out Ronald

Crap, slow, fast food you must be joking! Staff at service counter, rude. When I asked staff in car park why I had waited 15 minutes for chicken nuggets, I was swore at and told he wasn't doing the F cooking.

Everytime I go here, they either get the order wrong, did its cold or its just thrown together.

Useless staff went the drive thru and ordered they parked me up for over 20 minutes then came out and asked me what I had ordered. Staff where very rude. Would never go again.

So visited tonight asked for Grand Big Mac the latest burger advertised through out the UK to find non available!!!! What type of promotion is this? What type of fast food place does not have what is advertised? I ordered a large Big Mac meal to be given a normal sized meal . When checking order advised the server who said yeah but you paid for a normal one ! Total shambles! Only gave a 1 to write the review ....... Otherwise would be a minus

Ordered food told had to wait in the corner of carpark as busy. girl walked over with our order and we had to move as cars waiting to exit so never got chance to check if correct. got home to find yet again the order was wrong but by that time if we went back our food would be cold again. also somebody needs to train there staff to be more polite.

Very disappointed. The meal was cold the milkshake was half empty. Poor value for money. Not at all impressed with what is essentially a fast food establishment.

I don't usually frequent McDonalds & now I know why. I took the granddaughter for a drive through. I had A Big Mac Meal, the chips where cold & the burger not much better, the coffee was palatable. Will not be calling again.

This is the third time I have been through the Drive Through at this McDonald’s, never again.

Since this MacDonald's has had a face lift it has gone down hill. The service is slow. When you order food that you want eg burger with no cheese 9\10 they get it wrong. When you go through the drive through you are told to park up and wait, you might as well just go in the shop instead. Whoever is in charge of this place needs to get a grip of the place as its a very poor MacDonald's. Let's hope the new one is bettef

Tthe restaurant was extremely busy and overrun with noisy kids. Normal McD fare but tables dirty and crowded.

Mcdonald's hacen un trabajo excelente. El personal trabaja muy duro, el nuevo pantallas pidiendo son excelentes y esta no fue la excepción. El único problema es que las pantallas para decirle que su pedido está listo eran u/s.

La comida es estándar, pero podría estar más limpio y mesas de restaurante podría ser been tidier. Contenedores estaban llenos y la escasez del personal en actividad. Miércoles, 14 de junio de en torno a 3. 45 / 3. 50:00 h. Tomó nuestro nieto allí para regalo. No estándar.

Chips are never fresh, cold to warm. I think when they do staff training they are told to leave their manners at home, very rude. If you use drive through, check your bag because it's rare that the order is right. If you think it looks like I keep going back, I don't bother anymore. Going on my last couple of experiences and listening to other people's comments on this place

Substandard staff, substandard food, substandard service. This is the worst McDonald's I have been to. Consistently getting our order wrong, more times than they get it correct. The management have zero customer service skills, there are too many members of staff and it enough qualification's to go around. If you are really desperate and hungry I suggest you check the bins opposite by Sainsbury's.

Latest signature burger is delicious I like to think of myself as a McDonald's conniseur having visited hundreds of gast food restaurants This is one of the best ones although it's permanently busy, not that that's a bad thing!

Terrible ! Tepid chips and Dry Luke warm burger. No hot food here now. Not the 1st time have been served cold food here but will certainly be the last

I'm a regular visitor here and I've become immune to having to take food back or sit eating in the carpark because the place is full of young teenagers who haven't bought anything. However, in the last few weeks there has been a marked improvement.The dining area is now a lot cleaner than it was. There is always someone available to sanitise my table when I go to sit down - and the staff are (generally) on top of the mess when the teenagers are around .The counter and drive-thro staff are quite pleasant and chatty. At weekends they actually have a security guard on the door. This obviously helps in stopping the shouting, throwing food and general running around that the teenagers do!!They even throw people out now. Still too many kids sitting there buying nothing - but they're generally better behaved than they were. Food - it's Maccies. Burgers and fries. Nowadays a lot better than they used to be. Freshly made for you. (Not the fries unfortunately).I much prefer the new machines to order from. I don't feel hurried in ordering. I can take my time and get it right. I think the staff go onto auto pilot sometimes - whereas the machine doesn't!!The only real problem with the place now are the idiot car owners who park up for two or three hours. Sound their horns continuously. Play their music so people in the next town can hear it - and tear around the carpark as if they're Starsky and Hutch. They park up near Maccies too - so it's quite intimidating having to walk through them to get to the restaurant!!Much better experience tho!!

It's convenient, it's cheap, it's McDonald's.We ordered at the new terminal where the food is delivered, so our interaction with staff was minimal. However the food arrived quickly, it was the right order and it was McDonald's. Good old-fashioned tasty wholesome junk food

Brought home 2 big tasty with bacon meals, Stone cold burgers but burnt burgers, cheese obviously didn't stand a chance to melt as the pattie was cold no bacon on then either the cokes were flat fries lukewarm not worth the money

We went through the drive thru in the early hours, service was great the burgers were fine and hot, the fries were hard so we could not eat them and the Coke syrup had ran out so it tasted like soda

Why cannot this McDonald's ever get an order correct. Ordered a classic burger and got a spicy burger instead. The Diet Coke was warm, flat and no ice. At least this McDonald's standards are consistent- poor !

Drive-thru service VERY hit and miss with ensuring that the order is delivered in entirety, and the speed of delivery if you have to wait in the car park is about average, if you don't count the extra trip you have to make back into the store to retrieve the items they forgot the first time round. Store generally has an air of dishevelled disorganisation and general cleanliness could be improved. And a bit less stinginess with the chocolate syrup they use to make the milkshakes so that they actually take on the taste and appearance of a chocolate milkshake wouldn't go amiss either. Oh, and while I'm on the subject, actually putting the fries in a bag in a manner where they don't then spill everywhere and are thus stone cold by the time you get to eat them might not be a bad idea either...

After a long hard day I decided to pop into your restaurant for a cool beverage. I witnessed a boy make my diet coke and pour milk into the cup. I was disgusted at what I witnessed and I will never step foot in your establishment again. I am appalled by this behaviour after coming to this fast food restaurant for 20 years. This individual is a disgrace to the McDonalds franchise and I will now be swapping to alternative fast food companies to seek products in which I can rely on. The boy in question had long brown hair, I have seen this boy before- more often looking worse for wear. I hate to think how many people this has happened to. Imagine if someone had a serious intolerance to milk!!!

If I could give this place a minus I would once again drive through had me waiting on the road for a a happy meal and a cheeseburger meal. I got nuggets instead of the burger and once again chips were cold. The amount of staff that work there is unreal. Gutted this is my local maccies. Food is never right at drive through and always have you waiting

Despite my best efforts - I still end up having to go here!!Tonight I was meeting a friend of mine - and this was the only place open - apart from the pubs. Firstly - you have to walk past the boy racers and assorted other young car owners who treat the area like their own private race track!!There is a notice on the door advising teenagers that Unsocial Behaviour won't be tolerated and they might be offered only take-away!! Yes - you think. Finally. Unfortunately not. There were 24 teenagers ranging from about 13 to 17 - sitting at 4 tables and another 11 on the opposite side on two tables - and they had bought NOTHING!! They swapped tables constantly - a couple would go outside for a cigarette (or something) and their places were quickly taken by another couple of lads. The staff - despite the notice - were completely unconcerned by all this - but as quickly as they cleaned around these tables - they were littered again. The fries were cold - even tho I asked for no salt - and should have been specifically made for me. I ordered 2 cappuccino and a coke zero. I was given a diet coke. As always there was a LOT of chattering from being the counter - and amongst some of the cleaning staff. I asked one of the cleaning staff why something wasn't done about all these lads. He merely said that they weren't doing any harm!!But they were. They were noisy, constantly littering, running around from table to table - and they were making life unpleasant for my friends and I - and the couple at another table - who, like us, had actually bought something!! The problem here is that the average age of the staff must be about 17 - not much older than the youths who congregate in there - and they all probably know each other. We had our drink and - thankfully - left!!It's sad that the only place open for a non alcoholic drink is so unpleasant. No wonder older people don't go in there after about 6.00pm
