I wish i can give a zero HORRIBLEE MCDONALDS BRANCH, THE WORST AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! This McDonalds is horrible from staff to food. I just bought 20 chicken nuggets after i finished work they first smell horrendous like they been fried with car oil and they are soo soo oily not suitable for consumption. I had one bite I couldn’t even eat it and it made me feel sick to my stomach, the car now stinks so bad of them i wasted my money and this is not the first time they provide us with poor food quality. But WILL DEFINITELY NEVER GO AGAIN EVER. Also, the staff is very rude i asked for fries without salt then my partner asked for salt for his and they said they can’t give us salt we were drive through. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Dropped a whole tray of food down the side of the wall and the lovely Marie dashed to the rescue as soon as she heard the crash and the wallop! Instantly ran to the kitchen to get fresh food (FREE OF CHARGE 😌). She even made us giggle and brightened our day ☀️ Awesome service guys

Actually ordered online via the app but had to contact the store as they forgot to place my son’s order in the bag. Phoned to speak to them only to be told that it was not their fault and I would have to contact uner eats. The manager was rude and put the phone down on me, when I called again a different manager answered and when I stated that I felt the other manager was rude he stated that he was standing next to him on the original phone call and denied him being rude.. terrible customer service! As a suggestion.. maybe don’t stand next to each other and instead check that orders are complete before handing over to Uber!! A simple apology for a mistake would have been the preferred conversation!

I ordered breakfast at 05:17 via the app. The app allowed me to order 2 breakfasts & to be able to collect in store or via the drive through. When I tried to collect my order the doors were all locked & a chain across the drive through. I had to walk into the drive through to the collection window whereupon I was told off by a member of staff for ordering via the app. The member of staff was extremely rude & cross with me & admonished & said I should know that I can’t order online before 6am. This branch is advertised as being open 24 hours but this isn’t the first time I have found them closed & I’ve previously had to wake the staff up to get my order. This is ridiculous. On top of this they regularly get our order wrong. One time my daughter ordered a chicken sandwich meal & when we got home she had a chicken sandwich meal all packaged correctly but instead of chicken in the sandwich it had a beef Pattie, my daughter doesn’t eat beef. Another time my son ordered a chicken wrap meal & they’d put bacon in, he doesn’t eat pork. The restaurant is generally dirty & the tables hadn’t been cleared from the previous night. But to get told off after I worked a night shift for daring to order online for convenience is the icing on the cake for this way below McDonalds standards.

Seven of us went for dinner after a trip to the fair on Friday 19th May. We all had tasty hot food served to our table very quickly. There was a little mishap with one of our items which was quickly resolved by a very kind & caring member of staff named Ryan, he really went above & beyond.

Today is my last visit to this McDonald's, l said this last December 2022 but l have been hoping things would change but it hasn't, In December l was in the waiting area for the drive thru my food and drink was delivered to me when a member of staff dropped the coffee over me and inside my car and he just walked away, other times my order's have been wrong and Today was the last ,asked to park up then my food was given to me with out any drinks so then the member of staff returned with drinks ,l then checked the bag with my order in to found that parts of my order was also missing so l had to go in and ask for it where l think he was the manager for this shift said sorry but didn't mean it ,from this day l will never return to this McDonald's.

This is a really poor McDonalds, and I don’t know why I haven’t given up going there! I think I’ve maybe had 1 milkshake in the last two years because their machine is either broken or they haven’t been able to get stock. If the stock is so difficult to get, why does the Whitstable branch manage to have some? The orders are often wrong (including providing what I think was a chicken burger instead of a veggie burger!) or missing items, or the presentation is so slapdash you don’t want to eat it. The McDonald’s HQ really need to make a visit here and just see how they’re letting the brand down.

Really slow drive thru, make you pay and then park up in the car park. If the car park is full they just say, well you can have a refund but you can’t wait by the window for your food. Supervisor was really rude.

Wouldn't normally bother leaving a review for a McDonald's as people generally know what they are getting with McDonald's! But after my visit I felt I needed to give this branches customer experience leader Julie a mention Kind, welcoming and attentive to everyone that entered the branch and especially lovely to all the children She was a breath of fresh air compared to the moody and glum service we seem to have become accustomed to!

By far the worst McDonald's in the country. If not the world. First time takeaway order was wrong + had a quarter pounder with a quarter pounder bun on top but a burger bun on the bottom.. an amazing fail that one. Must have a two year old matching the buns. A big mac one burger missing. The other was loose thrown in the bag. If you want a milkshake... forget it. The milkshake machine must be on clean 23 and half hours a day. No normal coke either last time I was there. The first time I didn't want to leave a review. So just informed the shift manager. But obviously to no avail. Just don't waste your money. I thought Ronald Mcdonald was meant to be the clown not the staff. This place needs sorting out urgently !!

Ordered from drivethough here and as always food came out cold with in 5 minutes of sitting in the waiting bay took my first order back in to the restaurant and asked for my order to be cooked straight from the grill and not where they place it to keep warm having received my 2nd order about 10 minutes later when I got home food was under cooked and guess what yes still cold the chips where pale and floppy under cooked and the burgers looked like they had dropped from a hight you see on TV all the time that McDonald's train there employees I think maybe that training should teach them how to cook French fries 🍟 at least a total waste of 30 pounds will not be going back there for a takeaway what a load of rubbish

A breakfast takeout on a wet Sunday morning. Double Sausage Breakfast with an extra hash brown. Service was polite and fast, and I was allowed to order in person at the counter, not on those dirty touch machines. Food was as good as could be expected, all was good.

The drive-through staff were very efficient, covid hygiene rules were strictly followed, and the ingredients used to make the food were fresh and tasty, so it was an all-round excellent experience. It would have been good if the toilets had been open, but this was understandable under the current circumstances. Thank you!

I’ve been in here a few times and every time I say I won’t again, because every time I go though the drive though they get the order wrong, it’s hard work trying to make yourself clear to the staff on the intercom and some of them should work on their customer skills,most of them don’t care about getting your order right just get the cars though, got to be the worst McDonald’s I’ve been in.

Went to the drive through this evening and sat in a lane waiting to be served. Continuously served the other lane leaving me waiting. Eventually made my way around to the window (without ordering)and I was told very rudely that I should have waited longer as the member of staff was counting change. 3 members of staff (including a manager)were at the window telling me to drive on as was holding up the queue but not once was I offered an apology.Awful customer service. Dreadful attitude.McDonald’s really need to train staff better.

Así que la subdirectora, creo que se llama Clare, me negó la entrada debido al hecho de que no llevaba máscara. Yo venía de un viaje de 1 hora y 30 minutos desde Londres y sufría de asma crónica que le expliqué. Luego pasó a ser grosera diciendo que tenía que tener un certificado para poder entrar. Que dejé en Londres. Londres no ha hecho cumplir estas reglas y entiendo que Canterbury mc donalds podría funcionar de manera diferente, pero la dama no tuvo que ser tan grosera al respecto. Most the staff here are lovely and chatty to customers making them feel welcome. Julie is amazing and keeps the place spotless, food can be slow when it’s busy but give me a restaurant that isn’t? We come here quite often and as a family think it’s the best McDonalds around.

Mi esposa y yo visitamos ayer y pedimos comida con una Coca Cola Cero, sabíamos como agua de soda. Lo tomé de vuelta y le expliqué que el jarabe de Coca-Cola Cero probablemente estaba en la parte de atrás de la tienda (solía trabajar en McDonald's, así que entiendo que esto es algo común). Lo retomé por TERCERA vez y traté de explicar que realmente necesitaban ARREGLAR el problema. Esta vez, la chica con la que hablé realmente sabía lo que quería decir al cambiar los jarabes y me dio un sprite (todavía sabía muy bien, pero ya lo habíamos superado en este punto). Rara vez me quejé y no fui grosero con nadie con quien hablé ayer, pero es muy frustrante tener que esperar por una bebida mientras su comida se enfría y ninguna de las personas con las que hablé envió un gerente, aunque claramente no lo hicieron. saber cómo solucionar efectivamente el problema con los jarabes. Yo digo que entrene mejor a sus empleados o les pida que envíen a un gerente si se trata de un problema repetido como este.

Pedí queso extra y no lo reviví. No me di cuenta hasta que llegué a casa, pero todavía pagué por ello. Se le dieron 2 bebidas y no se le ofreció un portavasos para llevarlas. On numerous occasions whilst visiting this drive through McDonald’s I have asked for sweet and sour sauce whilst ordering. However, when collecting my meal I have noticed that this McDonald’s restaurant in particular always forgets to add my sauce. In addition, the milkshake machine was broken which is also a regular occurrence and my 2 year old niece asked for a milk with her happy meal. However, this was also forgotten. I would normally just let these things slide. But on this occasion enough is enough.

Fui a esta sucursal con mi familia usando la unidad de disco ya que nos exigieron mucho tiempo para ir a trabajar, utilizo esta sucursal con regularidad y el servicio es mediocre y regularmente recibo pedidos incorrectos, esta ocasión fue la peor experiencia que he encontrado así que primero tengo alergia a la cebolla cruda, así que entiendo que mis pedidos están hechos para ordenar, así no tengo ningún problema esperando más que la mayoría, así que di la vuelta para ordenar nuestras comidas, sin la cebolla fresca que pagué y fui a la segunda ventana para recoger en este momento mi hija pidió un helado, le pregunté al miembro del personal en la ventana si podía pedir un helado, le preguntaron a su supervisor si esto estaba bien y me dijeron que tenía que Regrese a la unidad si quería el helado a pesar de ser el único carro en la unidad esperando el pedido número 2000 después de esperar 11 minutos en la ventana para mi pedido. Luego tuve que volver para pedir el helado que Fue orden 2001 tan sti Si ningún otro automóvil usó el drive-thru, el sistema de un solo sentido en el estacionamiento te obliga a conducir todo el camino a una distancia de casi media milla para que mi comida se enfríe ahora ya que tengo que conducir nuevamente, luego cuando llego a casa, me parece que la hamburguesa de pedido especial que tuve que esperar 11 minutos ni siquiera estaba en la bolsa, en este momento no tuve tiempo de volver a la sucursal para recogerla, así que los llamé y hablé a un gerente le expliqué todas mis quejas, el gerente básicamente descartó mis quejas diciendo "bueno, eso no es bueno", luego me dijeron que me conectara y dejase comentarios negativos y podría ser compensado por el hecho de que mi hamburguesa no estaba en la bolsa. Hice las instrucciones y recibí un cupón para una comida estándar gratis, esto es a un valor menor que la comida que pedí, como ordené el especial de Navidad, para resumir, comida fría, servicio deficiente, falta de comida, forzado a perder combustible , y la compensación a un valor inferior a lo que pagué simplemente disgustado. He dejado un comienzo ya que no hay una opción para dejar cero estrellas

La hora del almuerzo es muy concurrida por dentro y por fuera, pero dos miembros del personal muy servicial nos ayudaron a sentarse en la silla alta. No hay problema con una sonrisa. Nos sentamos y vimos una de las chicas para salir a recoger las basuras en el aparcamiento, se las apañó para caminar alrededor de un patio con salida desde el restaurante todavía un montón de basura en el aparcamiento. . . Muy limpio organizó todas las áreas condimento completamente equipada y limpia y todo el personal muy contentos y nos recibieron con una sonrisa y conversamos. La señora ir limpiar tras diners era muy conversador y parecía realmente interesada en nosotros asegurarse de que estábamos bien mientras mantiene el restaurante limpio y ordenado. Uno de los aspectos negativos es el aparcamiento pero no creo que haya McDonald's ya que es un Retail Park muy concurrida y peligroso para los niños así que ten cuidado pero sin duda volveremos.

we do our weekly shopping in the area and there are not a huge number of options in the area, therefore this is a very conveniently placed eatery! luckily we like mcdonalds and have tried it in many countries.you can be sure to have all the items they are known for and here it is always cooked well. this is a well staffed restaurant and as a result it, and the surrounding area are clean and tidy, as well as service generally being pretty quick!

The app failed so couldn't pay. Went up to counter waited approximately 1 min to be served. The lady informed me that the app is not working and was told I could tell her my order or use the self-service machine.i said ok I will do it here with you. She said ok have a nice day and walked away. I was confused as to why she did that. So we used a self-service. After I orderd we waited for our food we got all but 1 meal that was replaced quickly. This mcdonalds has purpose built delivery bays but the drivers use the car park that already has limited spaces

I have used this kebab at least once a week for years tonight they sent the wrong meal easy mistake so I phoned to tell them hoping they would send right kebabs the man was very rude told me to F off and go somewhere else I can’t believe they would do that to regular customers very disappointed will use another one in future .

Started ordering from here every now and again after not doing so for a year or two and the food quality is proper good! (It’s still takeaway pizza, but I’d that’s what you’re after it’s perfect!) Open very late too which is handy!
