Staff do not manage Disabled Parking. None of vehicles parked displayed a Blue Badge on the occasion when I recently stopped by. The bonnets were cold to touch! Observation of the movements of diners eliminated customers as the vehicle owners. The only other explanation is that staff were using the allocated Disabled spaces for their use. When questioned the restaurant Manager's response was, "I can do nothing about it!". McDonald's staff are responsible for the whole site, including parking. Concern and support for registered Disabled, by McDonald's at Picket Post, is lacking. ignoring supervision and the correct use of Disabled parking. (Sadly it is also very clear that reviews are not read and responded to!).

Arrogant assistant manager Harrison. Manager and Harrison couldn’t care less about customer needs. Priority was moving drive thru on.

Quick service. The bacon roll would put posh hotels to shame & as ever the coffee was proper tasty, all without pretentious pomp.

Decided to eat in due to the length of the queues in the drive through. 18 mins to get my simple non complex breakfast option!

No problem with the food but be aware of parking charges. We met our daughter here on her way back to Manchester and were chatting for ages. We didn't realise that there were parking charges and went ten minutes over the 1 hour 30 minutes allowed resulting in a £60 charge. Feel that this was pretty unreasonable as we were eating in the restaurant - appealed but to no avail. Very disappointed that signage isn't more obvious inside the McDonald's and won't be returning.

Appalling place, pancakes mostly hard where they've been over microwaved, muffins basically thrown together without a care, dirty eating area, missing items and when you go to rectify the staff ignore you, dirty blocked toilets, this place needs closing down and environmental health going in

Popped in last Friday lunchtime for a snack. A bit out our or way, and our last visit was 20 yrs ago! We had a dog with us, so sat outside in the covered area. Everything very clean, and the BLT Panini's were made with fresh ingredients, and very tasty. Outside , so tea was in a cardboard cup, but decent nevertheless. Could not leave without having an Ice Cream, so had a large cone with 4 scoops of different flavoured ice cream,(For the reviewer who complained it is watery, it is gelato, kind of halfway between ice cream and sorbet). Very good indeed, well prepared fresh food, and great value. Staff were helpful, and would certainly make a detour to visit again

Absolutely wonderful food. I've been here countless times and I've never been dissapointed. Lived in Thailand for 2 years and I've always struggled to find a good pad Thai since. Then I found here and it's honestly fantastic. Hard workers creating great food. Thank you team ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thank God KFC Holbury is shut! The food was always disappointing – the chips were consistently cold, and the overall quality just wasn’t up to par with other locations. It’s a real shame because the staff were always friendly and did their best, but unfortunately, they had to find other work. Despite their efforts, this wasn’t one of the better KFC franchises. Hopefully, something better will take its place in the future.

We arrived for lunch and weren’t sure which way to enter the restaurant. There is a front door but no sign or anything intimating it was the main entrance or whether it was the door for the hotel or the restaurant or both; so we opted for the side gate but still weren’t sure if we were going the correct way. Still not sure whether we had entered the restaurant via the correct route we were seated quickly and my young daughter needed the bathroom: we went to the bathroom leaving my partner at the table and by the time we came back there were still no menus on the table. I did wonder if it was the start of things to come. However, thankfully, I was wrong. Everything after that was seamless. Service was good and food was great. My partner had the burger, I had eggs Benedict and my daughter had pizza. My only personal preference with the eggs Benedict would be to have a thick slice of ham, but as I say, that’s my personal preference. All the food was good quality. We liked the seating arrangements too; tables weren’t squeezed in and there was plenty of space between tables. We’ve already recommended this place to friends and family and will return ourselves in the area.

I would give this tea room a zero, i asked for gluten free options, none offered ever, i asked for a can of lemonade i had just done a 7 mile walk with friends, i was refused as they only my offer a cream tea minimun spend £4.80. My friends ordered a cream tea each i asked for my lemonade to go on there order, the lady RUDELY said no can't do that either. So i sat thirsty and hungry while my friends ate there cream tea. I will never go back there, neither will my friends, why i could not have a can of lemonade is beyond me, do they not want customers?
