Restaurant @ New Park Manor in New Forest

Thank God KFC Holbury is shut! The food was always disappointing – the chips were consistently cold, and the overall quality just wasn’t up to par with other locations. It’s a real shame because the staff were always friendly and did their best, but unfortunately, they had to find other work. Despite their efforts, this wasn’t one of the better KFC franchises. Hopefully, something better will take its place in the future.

Forgot to put salad and mayo on !

Shop was closed at 1.45 on Saturday 24/5/25 and it was supposed to be open according to the website.

Ordered a relatively large order, got my partner to collect as we're just out of the delivery area and they forgot a large pizza called and they said they would deliver with extra dip and they delivered a cold pizza with no dips

Revised review! This place has come so far since last summer, when I gave it three stars for decent burger but total lack of service and really really slow kitchen. Today I had the same Burger (still good) and it came within a few minutes and was piping hot. The young staff were so friendly and helpful and came round several times to check if I needed anything and whether everything was okay. There is zero descriptive information on the food if you order through the QR code lol, so: The burger is massive, in a nicely toasted brioche bun with a good thick slice of tomato and a nice sweet relish. Chips are good too. I didn’t even have to ask for mayo, she brought it with the food. A good pitstop before a hike through the forest to Roundhill campsite, (where there is no food).
