£6 ice-cream ordered which never arrived and waiting for someone to answer the phone!!

I went in to order a pizza. I couldn't believe my luck when they gave me a pizza. I broke down in tears. I couldn't believe the service I got. I gripped my pizza tightly in my hand, held it aloft and screamed LONG LIVE DOMINOES! and marched into the night, pizza in hand. Ready for whatever the night could throw at me. I was invincible. Pizza tasted great too.

All food was delivered was hot and fresh

Such an amazing and friendly service from the pizza to the warm and welcoming staff an all round 5 star service, the food was given to us with great care and speed and the taste was nothing less of amazing. Big props to the ringwood team.

The Texas BBQ pizza is like a flavor explosion in your mouth! Picture this: tender BBQ chicken, tangy BBQ sauce, gooey cheese, all topped with a hint of smoky flavor. It's like a BBQ party on a pizza! 🍕🔥 and not to mention the Cheese dough balls are like little pockets of cheesy goodness! Hot, fluffy dough filled with gooey melted cheese. They're the perfect appetizer or snack for any cheese lover. Once you start, you just can't stop popping them in your mouth! 🧀😋

Love love the pepperoni passion, has to be BBQ base!! It was piping hot with loads of toppings. Probably my favourite pizza out of any 😁

It’s like they’ve taken my favorite things and baked them into a warm, cheesy hug just for me.I ordered the veggie pizza with extra cheese, and let me tell you, it was divine. The toppings were fresh, and the sauce had just the right amount of tang. But that stuffed crust? Oh my word, it’s like a little secret treat waiting at the end of each slice. I swear, it’s as if they knew my love for cheese and decided to spoil me.I’ve been telling all my friends at bingo about this place, and I’m already planning my next visit. Five stars? If I could give more, I would. This pizza is a little slice of heaven, and the stuffed crust is pure bliss! 🍕💖

Oi, listen up, yeah. This pizza joint is bare levels. I rolled up with the mandem, and bruv, the vibes were mad. The crust? Crispy like my new creps, and the cheese was so wavy it could serenade you. Man’s been to bare spots, but this one? Certified peng. Ordered the Meateor—trust me, it was a madness. Proper loaded with more meat than a bossman’s grill, no cap. And the garlic bread? Bruv, that’s peak. So good it had me bussin' reloads like a top tune. Honestly, this spot’s got me fully gassed. If you ain't been, you're moving mad. Five stars all day, every day. Safe. 🍕💯

Yo, Domino’s is patterned still. Man ordered through the app, simple ting. Pizza came quick, crust was crispy, toppings patterned proper. Could’ve been hotter, but man was still blessed. Garlic bread was a bit greasy, but it bangs. Safe choice if you’re tryna eat good and quick, no long ting.

Bruh, this pizza place is straight-up fire. I walked in hungry and left in a food coma, LOL. The crust is crunchy like a good meme, and the cheese? So gooey, it should have its own TikTok account. I got the mighty meaty because I’m not basic, and it was stacked with toppings like it was flexing on all the other pizzas. No lie, I could eat this every day. Also, they’ve got garlic doughballs that are legit bussin’. I could eat a whole box and still ask for more. If you’re not eating here, wyd? This is the GOAT of pizza places, no cap. Five stars, easy. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m gonna go dream about this pizza until I can convince my mum to take me back. 😋🍕

Brought a couple of pizzas from this store. I was so impressed how friendly the staff was. And what amazing service nothing was to much. My Grandaughter changed her mind and the staff member changed my order last minute. What service. Was so nice will be going to ringwood Dominos from now on. Thank you staff and manager . Lovely staff and great pizza! Last weekend we ordered several pizzas for my son's party and they were ready on time and the pizza was spot on! I recently moved house but I will be driving especially to collect from Ringwood as I know that I'm going to get what I ordered and receive great customer service.

The cashier took my order swiftly and even asked if I wanted a large garlic and herb dip. Be still my beating heart! During the short wait for my food, any staff I happen to make eye contact with offered up a smile, which I swear made me think they were pumping hallucinating drugs out through the air system! Its nice to go somewhere they you don't have to pantomime, point and wave your arms around to get what you want. That's waaay too much exercise!

Had a couple of pizzas, dough balls and cookies. So happy with the quality. Staff were friendly. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Definitely my top pick for pizza night! Highly recommended!

Had a very large order that came pipping hot and at the correct time I asked for it. The lady on the phone was very polite and helpful. Attached some photos from the party.

Recently used dominoes for an evening pre wedding family get together whilst down in the area. Used the app, delivery driver showed up on time, but with a pizza missing… The groom to be’s (mine). Phoned straight away, to be told it would be 15 minutes. Let everyone enjoy the warm pizza, as mine was coming. An hour passed, still no pizza, called again and no record or replacement had been sent. I was not getting pizza, so had to do with cold leftovers for pre wedding meal 👍🏻. Refund of my 1 pizza that didn’t arrive, no apology or suggestion of trying to make up for it.

Ordered 2 pizzas, chicken selects & chips. The store/driver didn’t bring the chips for our child, so I phoned to let the store know about this issue, the lady on the phone was very rude, didn’t apologise & spoke to me with such rudeness in regards to having to send out some chips. I asked if they would send a fresh box of chicken with the chips & give back the old ones to the driver, so that my child could eat his dinner FRESH. Not in part & cold. The driver then questioned me on the door step of the redeliver once i handed him back the cold chicken, ( WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER BOX?) implying that because he gave me 2 boxes I would be giving him 2 boxes back. Which only leads me to believe he was under strict instructions that the lady on the phone who told me to make sure I give the other box back that he was following the instructions of the store. I would like to remind Dominos that any undelivered items would be YOUR responsibility. My role is to pay you for a service. Being rude & failing to be unapologetic shows the Lack of customer service skills your store has. Maybe you should work on that in the future. You won’t be getting any custom from me again.. would rather starve than pay your expensive prices only to be treated like a problem when your inexperienced store fails to deliver a complete order. Apologies on here won’t cut the mustard either. I suggest people order their food from ferndown Italian pizza, it’s a much friendlier & better quality of pizza anyway 🙌🏻🙌🏻

I have had consistently good experiences ordering here, I have always done pickup collection app ordering and the process has always been easy and smooth. The pizza has always tasted good and been made perfectly to order, both when ordering from the menu and doing custom orders I have never had any issues. Out of all the times going the only complaint food wise I can think of was once it being a little over done and dry but I can't hold a one off against them. The topping amounts are not lacking which is nice in an economy that seems to be cutting down portions to cut costs on the whole with 'shrinkflation' but I have never felt short changed from here; I haven't really been to many other Dominos recently so I don't know if it's standard for the chain but this one at least is very fair with it. Pickup process is very painless, just go in and tell them your name and that you have an app order and it will be there, the orders are kept under a heat lamp and nothing but piping hot every time even when not being right there to pick it up when it has been ready. The prices are not cheap for faster food but I would say fair for the quality you get, I never feel like I have been eating really cheap food here and it tastes good. Although my biggest problem with Dominos really is that they are constantly running "special offers" on the app for 50% off all menu pizzas, marketing them as a "weekend deal" or an "[insert something that applies to today] offer", I have never NOT seen this deal in the app, so at this point the reduced price IS the actual price to me and what I say all of this based on, because despite the praise I give there is no world I am paying £23.99 for a large pizza from here or anywhere. From the app ordering side: The time estimate on the app is usually pretty accurate and normally faster than the original prediction unless it's a rush period, and the app updates you (optionally it will send push notifications) on how it's going. The app itself is easy to use, there is easy filtering to get through the menu with different options to only see certain things (e.g. Vegetarian options, Vegan options, Gluten Free options, Limited time options etc), also there is the option to create a custom pizza with two "free" toppings (other than the sauce & cheese base) and extras for a nominal fee. There is also much more but I'm not going to waste everyone's time putting it here but there is alot in the app to choose from and customise if you desire (and as afore mentioned, they always have made custom orders perfectly unlike some other fast food resturants which sometimes lack this ability).

The only delivery service in this country that can't find my address. Drivers cannot speak English to then give directions. What ever software is used for delivery is poor or not used properly.

Stopped for takeaway. Horrified to be told card only. Loads of misleading offers to confuse the customer. Like double the price ie £19.99 for a medium pizza then offer buy 1 get 1 free. When you can buy 1 for £9.99 on collection anyway. Food was ok . Just charge a fair price in the first place .

Absolutely appauled Oder was incorrect when arrived, had to ring the store to get the rest of the food I ordered delivered, Second issue was incorrect items brought over chicken wings (spicy) also has jalapenos! 🤮 The pepperoni dough balls were incorrect they delivered cheesy chips with smoked ham! Thoroughly disappointed and feel that those that are thinking of ordering be made aware!! Not the first time that the Ringwood store has gotten order incorrect And only a £10 comp on my food order next time Wanting a full refund for both the food and the incorrect items delivered as well as it being another occasion that the store has cocked up the order!

I live 10 minutes away from the ringwood firm. I got a phone call an hour and 15 minutes after I had placed my order stating, the driver couldn’t find the house so gave up and came back to the shop. No apology or anything.

I ordered my domiones, only to be called back a while later, and told that the driver wouldnt be delivering my pizza because of a 'flood'. My co workers drove home via the same route with no issues whatsoever. The water barely came up to my ankles. Thanks for nothing 👍🏻

Small pizza not worth 17plus quid delivery guy stand next to the door and calling me he can't find the place but in my opinion he was just lazy to walk upstairs never again. Schaise.

Recently done an order for nearly £30 for 2 burnt and dry pizzas and a burnt wrap which was really crispy and hard.. 9 times out of 10 the pizzas are either over cooked or undercooked. Never had a decent pizza from this place and considering the prices I won’t be ordering again. today really put me off! The only good thing I can say is delivery is always quick.

Consistently messing up my order, drivers can never find my house despite clear instructions and my Pizza turned up last night looking like it had been hit with a hammer. Ordered Italian style but the base was literally as thin as paper and all soggy. Hands down the worst Domino's I've had experience with, spend so much money here and it's honestly rubbish and so frustrating. If someone could contact me to discuss that would be great as half my 'Large' pizza had to go in the bin!!!!!

This Domino's has just been open for a few weeks I tried it instead of driving over to Ferndown because of the fuel going up and it was GOOD will come back again. Waited about 15 to 20 mins from placing my order. Tasted GOOD and there was nothing wrong with any of my order or the staff that served me. 18/10/2023 update, oh dear they forgot the anchovies I asked for !

Was really pleased when Dominoes opened in Ringwood but had gluten free pizza from here about three times and every single time it’s burnt at edges and over done, more like a biscuit than a pizza ! Other Dominoes same pizza has been fine and much nicer.

Spoke to the rudest lady over the phone this evening. I had ordered 30£ worth of pizza and none of.them were cut. This made eating them absolutely awful and absolutely ruined the pizza. The lady was very argumentative and mentioned a manager wouldn't be around to authorize a refund. I will chase up until I get my refund.

Over half an hour late! Phoned the store as it’s a 30 minute guarantee (which is displayed on the website) i was passed to the manager which told me it’s been updated to an hour guarantee, they’re short staffed etc… which he then shouted “bye” and hung up on me. Really not impressed by how rude he was, especially the fact that this is the manager!!!

Quality of the pizzas are terrible! Not cut evenly. Asked for a half and half and it was more like 75/25 Pizzas was cold! Will not be buying from there again!

This was the worst dominos and pizza I have ever had. The large thin crust was burnt, late and just uneatable. The service was slow even though we pre ordered and when the staff made a mistake, they didn’t really know how to do customer service. I’m going to this dominos ever again and I suggest you don’t either. Use the one in Ferndown or get another take away.

15 minutes late, almost cold, one topping per slice, a thinner base than I've ever seen on any pizza even though I chose classic crust, almost no sauce, and burnt cookies. I am NEVER going to order from here again.

Lovely look and use of space. Staff friendly and busy. Suggestion: use gloves when making pizza ie putting ingredients on pizza and fix monitor (tell us when pizza is ready?). Otherwise can't fault. So happy dominoes my favourite pizza is in town anyway x

Very happy dominos have opened close by to us. They also delivered on time and answered all my phone calls! Will definitely order from the ringwood one again!

20+ minutes late we had a time for 8:15 still not arrived called multiple times and no answer won’t be coming back will be going to the Ferndown domino’s instead
