Awful business, chopping down three mature trees on the street without even having the decency to consult with New Milton residents. Actions by franchise owners clearly align with the quality of their food and their customers - awful. Avoid this terrible place!

This KFC gave my dad really bad food poisoning from uncooked chicken do not get food from here!!!!!! very disappointed and unhappy as my dad is very ill!!! Absolutely disgusting KFC should be ashamed..

The food was ok apart of the cips as wore under cooked ,unsupervised kids on toilets.

I ordered a BBQ Burger which came with Fries and Coke. I also ordered Baked Beans. The Burger was very good, however only a very small portion of Fries and the Beans came in a Thimble sized container. Expensive at over £12.

Decent place. Staff get the job done in an efficient way, sometimes a short queue but nothing bad... sometimes the self-order machines aren't working which is annoying when you want to check order choices. Have eaten there as family several times, food always well prepared and nicely hot on serving. Visiting in the evenings we've always found it clean and tidy, even the toilets are respectable.

Seriously. How hard is it to read an order and put those items in a bag . I had an order from this kfc numerous times . Not my choice but the kids and not once have I received my full order . This time it was the gravy which make the meal edible for me. I called and was offered 2 large gravys on my next order . Why they think I'd want 2 I do not know 🤔. They really are incompetent.

Very quiet, but served quickly and no fuss

Waste of time opening this been here 4 times and every experience has been shocking . Staff giving wrong orders and argue the fact that was ordered . I ordered popcorn chicken for my 6 Yr old boy and gave me hot wings . Doesn't even sound similar and stated that's what I ordered when my 6 year old dont even eat spict or hot foods and refused to change it . Staff rather have a chat amongst selves than serve waiting customers . Food quality isn't up to standard either so won't be going there again now . Awful

Food is lovely and so is the staff. Always helpful and accommodating. I see the staff helping customers decide what to buy if they are struggling to find something to eat. Never had an issue with the orders. I will always visit this store from now on.

As far as KFCs go, this is a better one. I dislike the chips immensely, they just always seem uncooked and soggy, that's no reflection of this particular KFC thats just on general. Was disappointed though when I presented my barcode to be scanned, I didn't think it had but the server said it did, but it didn't so I missed out on a potential prize.

A friend of mine came home having a rant as his manager clocked the team out about 35mins early this is illegal as they were told to clean up mess the manager had made, she then left them ,it’s horrible that my friend had to work in these conditions it’s truly disgusting that manager should be taken away

Do not eat here the manager Flora has clocked out her employees early whilst they are still working for an extra 35 minutes and have done the same in the past i previously worked there and have seen food dropped on the floor and still served the krushem machine is filled with mold in the corners she is the most disgusting manager i have worked with do not eat here

I popped into KFC New Milton at the beginning of the week for my lunch break and it will be the last time. I went upto the counter to order and there were 2 Indian guys stood there. No hello, can I help anything. I tried to place my order and had to repeat myself about 5 times. I was becoming frustrated as time was ticking down. They started talking to each other in their home language I presume they were moaning about me as I was the only person in there. I gave up in the end and walked out without even placing an order as your staff don't seem to understand what people are ordering.

I ordered it, then the restaurant made it, then it got stuck at “rider on the way to restaurant” for two hours. TWO HOURS. Rodrigo I’m worried about you, why did it take two hours to get to kfc? Are you ok? Very upsetting.

Just left that place and definitely won't be returning Best i can say was food hot Skin on chicken greasy teenagers sitting around vaping although member of staff told them not to carried on soon as they walked away If it was free Tomorrow still wouldn't return

One of the better KFC's I've been to, they didn't get the order wrong, which is a bonus when eating at a KFC.

The pitts,these guys move slower than continental drift, 27mins wait time for 4peices of chicken ridiculous. 6 people waiting to be served not that busy, I guess it is the KFC way bad food bad customer service even worse pricing not once have I been charged correctly always a change in price at this store, never again if I want to get robbed and lied to I will head to a bizzar in Turkey.

The best KFC we have eaten in in a long while it's a new place very clean the staff were nice not very busy but I think there were alot of deliveries being done food was hot and not greasy will be returning in the near future

We ordered two basic meals for one. Both arrived, just a can of drink and some chicken- no fries. How can such a straightforward order be so messed up? Dismal meal for £10 each! Won't be ordering again.

This is not the best KFC franchise they are always closed early Nedbank there chicken is always greasy and hardly any flavour.

I walked out as was being charged £2 more for a selection I have had several times yet my complaint fell upon deaf ears. I will not be going back.

The staff were very helpful with my order, there is a nice atmosphere in the store and the food arrived quickly, chicken was hot and fresh, especially the hot wings. The store is clean and organised, would definitely recommend!

Update - Self service machines now work, but service is still slow, untrained staff operating the front end, cold food, incorrect orders and toilets have no toilet paper holding and just sits in the sink, with a super high pressure tap which just blasts everything in the toilet. Self service machines don’t accept cards. So they don’t work. No tape or anything has been done to warn customers that they don’t work. Constantly handing out the wrong drinks and then telling people who ordered that drink that it is out of stock when it wasn’t/ they gave me their drink when i ordered a different drink. The machines and the til person also provided a £1 difference on the meal i ordered not sure if intentional or not. 1/10 rating needs new staff that care. But then minimum pay = minimum effort

The staff are quite helpful and always have a smile when I come into the store, the food always comes quickly and the chicken is consistently delicious. I see a lot of people commenting about preparation time but I have noticed that compared to other stores they have much less staff on shifts. For what it is I say perfect food and service. The store is always clean and I often see staff cleaning in-between customers!

I had a very pleasant experience at this KFC. The staff very lovely and my food was ready so quick. Probably the best quality kfc I had so it was definitely a positive surprise. I was a bit confused about the menu but the staff were so nice and helped me pick out the best option. So all in all I definitely recommend!

Arrived at tail end of rush hour so had a slight delay in getting our meal. Staff were friendly and cheerful. kept us updated on how long our food would be and couldn’t be more accommodating

-1 dosnt even provide for people with dietry requirements or people who are vegan. Rediculious in this day and age! Stupid to advertise something on the menu that isn't there. It's dirty smells like grease and staff are not helpful

I visited this store today and I have to write about how amazing I found the service and quality of food. My food was made very quickly and tasted amazing, i would say it’s the best KFC I have ever had. Thank you to the whole team for making my visit so enjoyable. I would definitely reccomend this store.

The problem isn't the food itself but the consistency of the members of staff preparing the orders. Everytime I attend there is something missing from the order. Last time it was Large fries. Yesterday 08/12/22 my order 5013 had a boneless banquet, hot wings x3 missing which I noticed before I left the store. The manager did resolve no questions asked but prior to his involvement the young member of staff was trying to argue the point. I also had to wait 20 minutes which is not fast food. When j got home, I opened my zinger tower meal to find a standard chicken burger. I paid £4.99 for a Large popcorn chicken, which was also missing. Clearly, I'm going to have to check every item before I leave the restaurant. Total items missing X3 wings Banquet box Large popcorn chicken Total of at least £14 I did try and call the store, but it is simply an automated line. I won't be returning again

Chicken dry and over-cooked. Chips luke-warm. A huge contrast to the Somerford branch, where the chicken was moist and tasty.

Ordered the 10 piece family feast and ended up with 6 thighs and 4 drumsticks no white meat very disappointed

Consistently unable to assign a rider through delivery, they'll then close and not tell you leaving you with no idea as to what's happening. In store ordering is required but they close the store quite early. Its almost as if they don't actually want anyone to order anything.

An honest observation is that with so many cafes and tea bars along the High Rd I slipped up coming in here, curiosity I suppose, but it was a disappointing experience. It needs a more dynamic management approach and better staff training.

The two times I've had delivery from here, items were missing. The one time I've gone in-store, it was utter chaos. Nobody seemed to know what was going on. One of the ordering screens wasn't working, and anyone trying to order at the till was in for a long wait. Not sure what's going on at this branch, but I'll be going out of my way to go to the next nearest branch, if at all.

Went to NM KFC today and used the self service(grandaughter showed me how to operate)The staff member grunted the order number and that was it. No thanks or aknowlegement. Chicken was fine but chips were sub standard.

Ordered a KFC for delivery from New Milton at 20:35hrs... Received a phone call at 23:30hrs to say that the order we placed was placed out of hours and payment was void! We ordered 2.5hrs before closing time!!!... Absolutely disgusted with the service. Will NEVER use again.

Went in and ordered and 5 people got served before us who came in after. Then got my ice cream served before my actual food which was already given to me melted. Poor customer service. I think baymax could’ve served me faster.

This ridiculous I have ordered a wicked variety bucket and I have only got 5 original recipe chicken 3 mini fillet and no hot wings from new Milton kfc. I have paid 18.97 my order receipt code is 103460811225062.

Staff are rude and aggressive (the little chef), disgusted to see one of the staff rubbing their eyes then handle food without washing them. Waited ages just to be served despite being the only person waiting.

Terrible service . Cold chicken . Well over priced for 3 meals and 3 drinks 37.00. Staff couldn't be bothered. Left me standing there while the 2 chaps talked . No one had cleaned the tables .

Ordered over £45 worth of food and had to wait over 2 hours for it to arrive and found out that the order was not complete tried to ring them only to get answer machine avoid at all costs very angry and disappointed never going back there such poor service for a new kfc opening in new milton

Waited 25 minutes for a tiny box meal when there was hardly any customers in. Once I got back to the car the order was missing the extra sides I paid for.

Bizarre KFC. Placed order but staff not sure how to use the till software. Took ages and price was very expensive compared to other KFCs.

First & last visit for me Chips were stone cold Chicken was disgusting & the two bottles of Tropicana I paid extra for were not put in my order bag.

Whenever I use this KFC something is out of stock - last time, no chicken pieces; this time no fillet burgers. The self-service order screens are turned off, presumably to stop customers ordering what they don't have. The being prepared / ready to collect screen has never worked. There is a dedicated deliveries service counter, yet couriers are served at the main counter while other customers queue. Service is slow, staff seem disorganised. Not a good experience.

Not a great service. Staff stood around laughing and joking, not serving customers. Tables dirty empty meal packets left. Floor also greasy and messy. No napkins or wipes. I will not be returning!

Got order wrong as we ordered rice boxes with extra chicken as per there menu to only get one piece, asked for second piece which was meant to be included to be told it’s £2 extra per piece. Asked for manager to check over and apparently that was right. I had to get the manager back for a second time to show them their own menu and my receipt to prove what should of been included in our meal!! The restaurant was filthy dirty every table had food waste also all over the floors! Staff nowhere to be seen although I saw at least 5 there. Would not recommend. They have no clue how to run a simple establishment. Manager should mean to manage!! Maybe get someone experienced

Im so happy that new milton got a cheaper food options then whats already given to us. It makes life so much easier for those like myself who dont want to be out in the sun or in peak times. Knowing that kfc closes at 9 means i can plan the time i come and visit. The staff are friendly and helpful trying to give the best deals to each customer, the building is kept tidy and clean.

Terrible service, shocking. Staff eating whilst preparing food. Seems to always run out of chicken. Manager didn’t seem to have a clue and oblivious to customers waiting whilst her staff stood around joking between themselves and eating.

They literally cannot figure out how to change a receipt printer for the many months that it’s been open, both of them haven’t worked. Long long wait times. Very poor.

Ordered 3 times and all the time something is missing (coleslaw, gravy etc). When they don't have something they put something else like more fries. Otherwise the food is as expected from KFC.

Appalling long wait, chicken fillets were dark brown and as dry as Ghandi's flip flops. Chips underdone and not salted.

Mediocre quality food and very poor customer service, including wrong items on the order. Arrived at 12:30 and struggled to find a clean table.
