Good standard, good food and quick delivery. What’s not to like!

ordered in advance, turned up half an hour late and missing the coleslaw and garlic bread. it was a birthday surprise so not best pleased.

I use to really enjoy meals from here. I ordered a chicken burger and it was vile. I am not sure quite what was wrong, but the texture of the meat was hard, not like chicken. Not sure if it was freezer burnt, but really unpleasant. I called them and they quickly sent replacement meals and were very polite about it. Unfortunately, the replacement meals were of the same poor quality. Such a shame as their chicken burgers use to be so good. Also, I would have preferred a refund rather than a meal replacement, as the original bite was appetite destroying. I hope they get back to their previous quality.

Absolutely awful my chicken was undercooked slopped in chilli sauce my pitta bread was soggy and to top it off a nice nose hair for flavour ! Worst chicken shish I've ever had !

I call on my way home from a late shift. Nothing ever to much trouble. Only downside is that you need cash but there is an ATM over the road.

First time ordering a tex mex Bar b q pizza. My son is autistic and will only eat certain things but absolutely loved the pizza will def order again ! So much cheaper than chicken land prompt and polite service

The chicken was black and smelt vile and the rest wasn’t much better 🤢

Quite a long wait , just under an hour. Food was pretty cold when it turned up. Ordered a chicken kebab with all salad. It came with only lettuce and onion. No coleslaw or cabbage. Found one slice of tomato. Very dissapointed.

Been here many times. Kept telling myself it may be better next time,. but it never has been. food always tastes like it has been reheated from the day befor. wont be eating food from here again.,

First time we ordered and it won't be the last the kebabs were amazing. Definitely recommend

Kebabs are brilliant, the chips are excellent, always hot and delivered promptly. Highly recommended 👍

Got the wrong toppings and was very greasy

I don’t really think worth the money, small portion for it being a large and price. meat was also gristly.

Price increased drastically since last visit. Order has been wrong four times but this time they gave me a chicken kebab when I asked for a chicken/shish combo kebab. They didn’t toast pitta bread, my partner had no peppers (again) with his kebab And the fries we ordered were very expensive for such a small portion and undercooked. The attitude and atmosphere in the place isn’t very nice, kind of aloof and you must pay in cash only unless online. Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend.

Disappointing doesn’t even cover it. We have ordered from here several times, sometimes more than once a week… However I can honestly say never again. Me and my partner were a bit peckish and noticed they were still open so decided to place an order. I get a phone call from a gentleman that’s working in the store, stating that all the machines are turned off and they have ran out of burgers etc… they offered to bring it tomorrow but I declined and asked for a refund. To which the guy on the phone decided to start shouting saying he couldn’t refund as the manager wasn’t there but will bring my order tomorrow. He was very rude and continued to shout at me. I stated that shouting at me wasn’t going to make me want my order tomorrow and to just ask the manager to call me to refund. He proceeded to shout and decided that he would deliver my food within 20 minutes…. Funny because he told me they didn’t have any burgers left. I ordered 20 mins before the store closes, I understand it’s late but it’s not like it was 2 minutes before closing. I’ve worked in a number of hospitality venues and we don’t turn machines off or lie to customers just so we can leave early! I do not expect to be spoken to like that and can honestly say I will never be ordering from the kebab house again!!!!

The staff are very rude. I made a delivery order, they made a mistake with my salad, they only put lettuce and Onion ,The meat did not taste very good. I called by phone and they did not apologize, they told me my order was correct. If you order in the store you cannot pay with a card, you can only pay with a card online. Why ??🤔 I don't recommend

The food was really bad unfortunately, after 2 bites I had to throw it away. I ordered a chicken feast pizza and I got a ham one with way too much cheese and a soggy base. The garlic bread had a toothpaste taste to it, I’m guessing from a misplaced herb. The chicken burger was also very poor quality. All in all very disappointing

Basically what you would expect from a takeaway kebab fast food shop. Ordered kebabs and pizza which arrived promptly by delivery. Impressed more by the lovely staff on phone and delivery. Good value for money. Would buy from there again.

Portion sizes really disappointing

Tried to contact Just Eat but no response yet, a little bit of the meat was undercooked. couldn’t seen an issue with the rest of it was off put and felt unsafe so ended up in the bin. hopefully will be compensated

Very tasty and for our first time order we were very happy with the quality of the food! Will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Cheap and nasty avoid avoid avoid

Poor service, ordered for delivery, requested to meet to collect. Food poor, chips hard and melted into polystyrene trays, clearly had been sat and reheated, kebab meat hard and crispy. Have eaten from here before, but won’t again after this experience. Very disappointing.

Had a chicken burger, it was decent. Full fresh chicken breast fried in a light batter. No processed breaded rubbish.

Pizza topping was on the top of the box and the kebabs both cold and like they had been left out for a while! Last time we order from here

Been four times while on holiday here. Tried a few things. Pizzas, kebab, chicken burgers and all have been excellent. Very well cooked and very generous portions. Great taste and value for money.

We are staying in Milford on sea and the food from here has been great, super large portions and very hot. Nothing bad to say at all.

Food overpriced for the quality , wouldn’t order again chips was soggy didn’t enjoy the chicken kebabs .

The food is superb but, there's always a but isn't there. We have ordered from them twice now first order was chicken sandwich and chips it was superb in quality and presentation, I also ordered a hips with kebab meat this also was great and tasted superb. On our second order we orders a chicken sandwich small which looked large and again was brilliant. I also ordered the same as before a kebab meat and chips and once again great, but I also added some extras which personally I would avoid if you want them. A extra salad which cost me £3 and it came in a burger box and contained 1 slice of cucumber and a quarter of a small salad tomato and the rest of the box was full of lettuce and onion, Jesus guys it says mixed salad and for the price it's a massive let down, mix it up a bit FFS add red,yellow and green peppers and other salad bits. I wanted a pita bread but all my other half could find as a option was humus and pita bread which cost a staggering £4 again a very bad price, is Tesco 4 pita breads same size I received £1. Kebab house please review your salad and pita prices, I know you need to make a profit, but a decent salad wouldn't break the bank. All in all the food has always been well done 👍

6 months ago I would've easily given 6/5 but the quality has continually worsened recently. It seems more often than not the chips are reheated and have an almost rubbery texture to them. I would strongly urge people to avoid the pizzas atm; they've become way too heavy on cheese with a sparse ration of your desired topping; the last meat feast pizza had 3 slices with nothing more than a lonely peice of pepperoni and an insane amount of cheese. They've all changed to thin base too - not my preference but may sway you. The quality of the food has definitely decreased while the prices have increased. Hope to see their usual quality and friendliness come back.

Really tasty pizza and easy ordering online.

Have ordered from this takeaway many times in the past years. This order was not as good quality as previously. Garlic sauce made the whole kebab like a soup. Mushroom burger was appalling and the mushrooms were far too large and soggy. We had to throw it away. Salad used to come with tomatoes and pickled chilies, very disappointing. How can I give a star point for the restaurant service if I never used it? This was a home delivery.

Easy to order, food arrived within Gigi en time, but could have been hotter.

Very poor tiny Dona and expensive, been going there every Saturday for years , I paid for a large Dona and got six strips of meat and lots of Salad in a pitta bread, Just had another one and there back to normal 5 stars

late delivery and kebab house phoned after the delivery was late to check what our address was very annoying as we phoned before and they said it was out for deluvery

I cannot rate the delivery on this however the portion size was very poor! I ordered 2 large doner meat and chips and what came was about 20 chips in each portion if that and an ok portion of meat but still not what I would consider as £9.50 worth per meal! Won’t be ordering from here again

Ordered 2 large dinner meat and chips and received the most pitiful portions you have ever seen!! Think I has about 20 chips of that and hardly any kebab meat considering it’s £9.50 a portion!

Was a little bit concerned about going here after reading a few bad reviews but that was not our experience at all. Man serving us was friendly and personable. Kebabs were ready in a reasonable time. Kebabs themselves were very nice with plenty of filling. Gets 5 stars from us. Just bear in mind they only accept cash in terms of payment (this caught us out a bit).

The kebabs are great but I have to say if you have a delivery you need to put the sauce in tubs because the pitta ends up soggy by the time you get it. Put that right and I will come back time and time again. Spoilt my dinner completely I’m afraid.

Large doner kebab, all salad, chilli sauce, tub of coleslaw, chips and a drink. Delivered on time, tasty food, piping hot.

The Lamb and chicken kebab were soggy . The bread was wet and soggy . The portion size was tiny . The cucumbers were tasteless . All in all a total horrible mess of a meal . The Tex Mex Pizza was tasteless . Next to nothing chicken. Hardly any BBQ Sauce on it . The Garlic sauce was tasted it thought there was something else in it. Totally disappointing and a total waste of money . We are repeat customers and we should be able to order with confidence . I hope the owners take this seriously . We would like a refund to be honest. I would have given this review if it were a restaurant and demanded my money back . Its not pleasant giving No one bad reviews . Cheers

The chicken was burned to black, the salad nothing but onion, the hamburger bun was wet, inedible.

The chips were soggy and not nice. The chicken wrap was a bit pink and wasn’t kebab chicken which is what I ordered. Want a refund

Really lovely and tasty just wasn’t too warm when it arrived. Won’t stop us reordering again in the future though.

Just ordered a Doner kebab, forgot to ask for chilli sauce. The staff were so helpful when I went back in giving me a pot full. Excellent flavour and fresh crisp salad, definitely returning.

Tasty mixed kebab! Smoky grill flavor!

It was our very first kebab and we are pensioners. We really enjoyed it, but was too much so have the rest for lunch tomorrow.

The mixed kebab was really nice but unfortunately the chicken kebab we had wasn’t as good. The chicken was so rubbery we couldn’t actually eat the kebab in the end. The chicken for the mixed kebab was fine but all of the chicken for the chicken kebab was way to rubbery to eat

Ordered numerous times, always fantastic!

Food was great, can't fault it. The only thing was the "Super large kebab" or something along those lines wasn't really that big :D but other than that everything was spot on. Definately will order again

Food arrived quicker than hoped and was hot which is alway a good start. We ordered a mix of kebabs, wraps and burgers and everything was delicious - will definitely use Kebab House as my go to in future.

Chips had been cooked note than once. Small diner kebab and chips was £8.50!!! A few bits of shredded lettuce, one slice of cucumber and an eighth of a tomato does not constitute a salad. Poor manners and the chap serving looked like his t-shirt had been thrown away by Stavros from the Harry Enfield show...

I got food poisoning here and was very unwell for a week or so do not recommend

Super Large Doner with chilli sauce and salad, extra garlic sauce pot, and chips. Best kebab. Delivered super quick, food was piping hot.

Disgusting. We had pizzas and they were all awful. Soggy undercooked dough. The meat pizzas has so little meat on it was hard to find. Will never order from here again. Very disappointing.

Best Kebab around - hot and plenty to eat. Tried them all around here but this is the best one.

I ordered a chicken kebab. Best I’ve ever tasted and generous amount of meat but not so generous with the salad. Delivery was 15 mins late but worth waiting for. Will definitely order again

Fantastic kebabs, really the best!!! But the fish and chips were horrible. Overcooked and super oily. Not near at all what you would expect it to be for a place that has put it in their menu even if they are not specialised in cooking it.

Thanks so much to the lovely member of staff who came out with the missed part of the order, really appreciated. We will be back!
