Dam 1 of the worst cooked mc Donald's to date Couldn't even be bothered to put salt on chips and the burger looked like it had a row with wall a few times

Great service as ever, food always hot!

My food order was left outside of a heat lamp for 15 minutes as they was waiting on a milkshakes. This is not good practice in relation to food hygiene. Poor service, all staff seem to have to no interest, if I could give zero stars I would actually give this branch zero stars, this is the least organised mcdonalds I have visited staff members are seen to be sliding across the floor in the cooking area. Blatant disregard for food hygiene manners, staff members have no interest in customer service. No communication to customers waiting, absolutely shocking service.

When we arrived the queue was huge and customers were really unhappy about wait time, but we didn't experience this. There was a wait but it wasn't long.

Why clean drink and ice cream machines at rush hour? This makes no sense 😕 We obviously went somewhere better!

What a waste of a franchise. Staff allow the place to be overrun with rubbish leading to it being rat infested across the whole site. Staff are bone idle and rude, the only McDonald’s I’ve ever come across who take 3 years to clean the McFlurry machine ie can’t be bothered as that means effort and work!!

Easy parking quick service had breakfast muffin.

Breakfast wrap that is ridiculous. I understand it’s McDonald’s and this McDonald’s in general is useless anyway The people there really do need more training as I believe they’re half backward also, please can you sort out the guy serving the food as there was a very bad smell off him I understand you have to work hard and it can be hot but your hygiene is just ridiculous for God sake brush your teeth and the lady with the greasy hair must’ve put it in the chip grease this place needs sorting out or someone’s going to die wow

Not the cleanest McDonald's I've been in.

Picked up a vanilla milkshake and cheeseburger via drive-thru. Service was fast and efficient. The milkshake was creamy and satisfying, while the cheeseburger was tasty, though standard. Convenient and reliable for a quick meal on the go. Cleanliness was decent.

If you fancy waiting over forty minutes for an apple pie then this is the place to go.

Clean and tidy quite busy so parking can a bit of a problem sometimes.

Quick service, but... That's it. Burger served without bottom part of the bun, no salad, a small droplet of the sauce, wrap half empty... Nah, won't visit this branch anymore.

The food is great and the staff is really nice.

Popped in for 3 McFlurry's and waited 15 minutes to then be told they had run out of one flavour and was offered an alternative which was already made. Only to then get back to the car to find all 3 were mostly melted. It wasn't busy, the store seemed well staffed, but could only see one female member staff doing everything. Disappointing.

It's a McD what else can be said? They apparently can no longer get the order through the app correct Twice in a row now.

Never got an order wrong when all others do

One of the worst mcdonalds I have been to in the country. Staff are reasonably friendly. However the food is usually luke warm. Several orders have been incorrect. With no sauce on the burgers, half filled fries. Milkshake machine frequently broken and with no sign on show to inform customers prior to driving in and being stuck in the queue. This has happened three times in around 6 weeks. They could simply put a sign to prevent customers the time wasted.

Long wait time, mistakes in orders and slow incompetent staff.

Generally okay, I takeaway most times but I did have few times with missing stuff or wrong item.

Lots of staff stood chatting in kitchens but lots of tables covered with rubbish, bins overflowing in car park (resulting in lots of seagulls pulling it all apart) and worst bit was the toilets! Disabled toilet/baby changing one had rubbish down toilet so couldn’t use and ladies toilet floor was covered in muddy water. Very dirty toilets. I wouldn’t return to this location.

No milkshake available and missed fries off the order. Parking very limited with undriveable track to rear parking

Food was okay but not great chips were cold and soggy we had a apple pie it was probably the worst out of everything It was practically dripping in grease and fat. Staff were fairly polite. The bathroom soap dispensers were almost coming off the wall and empty.

A quick stop off for breakfast via the drive through. Tasty, reasonable priced. Staffed by college kids. Some of who didn’t greet us but carried on with what they were doing. This time the hot chocolate was nice. On previous occasions it’s been like dishwater and when we complain we were told that’s how their hot chocolate is!

I got food poisoning from here, last night on my way home. Only had 1 burger and within the hour I was rushing to the toilet every 5 minutes. Don't eat here. It's put me off every McDonald's every again. How could it have got that contaminated that I was throwing up within an hour. Disgusting. Surely the point of the mindless service is that nothing can go wrong. To stop human error I'm fuming and still sick today. DONT GET FOOD POISONING FROM HERE. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Think someone must have been mucking around. Middle of the night drive through burgers were unedible due to the amount of ketchup on them like someone was up for a joke.

Loved the food,used the drive through.Downside...parking.Great if you have a small car, but can be tricky at busy times with anything larger.

This Mc Donald’s has never got their milkshake machine on, I’ve been here on so many occasions it’s ridiculous! It’s becoming a joke! Get someone trained to clean it or turn it on. Stop being lazy! You’re missing out on sales x

Fairly quick service and the food was freshly cooked

Great location outside of Pontins Park (Peppa Pig). If you're looking to eat at the end of the day and dont want to pay the high prices per simple meal at the park, you can never go wrong with Macdonalds. Located only a few mins drive away.

New burgers are soooo good which probably means that they're bad for you but wow are they good!

It's a McDonalds, what else can you say... It can get very busy at peak times, particularly during the holiday season. It has a drive-thru, small play are, four tablets with kids games (only 3 work). Parking is quite limited, in busy periods you may have to abandon your car somewhere in the service area.

Huge lack of organisation, that's what provokes long waits. You can see this kids have no motivation in doing their job, dragging their feet wherever they go. 2 employees had their beak outside and bin was full ,tried force their rubbish to the bin and end up in the floor , giggling they left the place. This place needs organization and motivation for this kids perform better.

Still like a big mac...or should I say a " not so big mac"... they have shrunk...or have my hands grown? One of the two !

It’s a McDonald’s. You can rely on their reliability. Best coffee from a fast food outlet. And reasonably priced.

Messed up our order and seemed offended when I raised it with them, they did not rectify the problem. Service was also slow and food was haphazardly prepared. Won't return.

Busy place. At least you know that the food is fresh and not sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long. Unfortunately, it also means that the garbage bin was full and the tables weren't clean. The milkshake wasn't full, and the chocolate flavour was chalky. The hamburgers were bland. I'm glad they were not greasy, though. The fries were fine, but there was no vinegar.

Only stopped for a coffee, only decent thing they do.

Spent an hour or so with my wife here. For lunch.

Today at 17:49 the staff working was really nice, helpful and polite 5 stars for ash first time the order was right including sauces

Standard Macca Let down by the build though, there's a standard process for each build (even the chips have one) and my breakfast wrap was certainly missing it. Very one sided and all the sauce at the bottom 😭

Very long wait for an app order. Told it was waiting for a Galaxy pie. Turned out the one thing missing was the Galaxy pie... Don't go there for the warm and friendly staff, food was ok, not great.

Good not good staff rude and the place is a mess

Ordered meal, small burger and a coffee, took ages and the place wasn't overly busy! Worst part was the coffee had been made 10 mins prior to being served to me and the burger looked like it had just been in a fight and lost. Staff be it young were in no rush at all. Come on macdonalds sort it out.

i went to the bathroom there, i saw tissues with poo on the toliet!! but frappe was yum

We had the posibility to enjoy this restaurant on a sunny day and we sat by the Windows to enjoy the sunshine. We ordered from our mobile phone and they served prompt. Nice food and friendly staff. It was clean and easy to find.

Very dirty, tables weren't cleaned off. Old ketchup dried on the table and took more than 45 minutes after buying our food for them to being it to us. What's worse is that only 2 people were serving both the counter and drive through, while 4 others were sitting outside having their breaks. Now, I know it's important to get your breaks, but I don't understand why they didn't take it in turns. The young lad who brought our food to the table was actually very polite and apologised for them mixing our order, which is why it took so long to come out.

Parking is a real pain at this location.. the spaces are tight and the layout is not the best.. other than its your standard mcdonalds with outdoor play area.

Can be hit and miss, why do they always forget the onions!! Never been inside, drive through only. Would still go again as no other McDonald's is near me

I ordered yesterday around 1pm, ordered three plain cheeseburgers and there were grilled onions on them, they also tasted like they’d been cooked on a bbq and now have food poisoning, have been throwing up at work literally hours after eating the cheeseburgers and feel extremely Ill today. The buns also weren’t toasted which they should’ve been which made them very dense and dry. The cheese wasn’t melted it was sat on the burger like it would be if it was still in the packet. The patty wasn’t seasoned and tasted like gone off meat. Disgusted with the food. Service was great apart from the food. The food let’s the restaurant down

Total rubbish spent £20 got half or what I orderd and what I did get was wrong and very poor

Everything you expect at a McDonald's

Went in and the place was an absolute mess. Barely any tables free and the ones that were were covered in rubbish with rubbish littering the floor. Decided not to stay and eat due to the cleanliness and the fact that the toilets were not working and all out of order for members of the public.

No toilets so no where to wash hands. No diet coke.. so really just a takeaway.

No toilets. Food (Fillet of Fish, Veggie Burger) vastly overcooked to the point of being dry! Too late to complain when you're half way up the M3.

Food was cold. General cleanliness was poor, when I asked if a table could be cleaned I was handed a cloth and spray.

Was mega busy & the self service POS had run out of paper. Machine doesn't give you a ticket number so no way of knowing what order is yours. One of the staff kindly looked on the system for myself & another gentleman but not sure what other people were doing. Just chaos

Small resteraunt. We used the very busy drive thru, had to be parked up in the small carpark. Food was delivered to us quickly. Tasted good, and was all warm when we got it.

I complained that my order was wrong, I went back in and the manager w4nked me off in the toilet and gave me a free apple pie, which was nice. I was much more relaxed afterwards, a great service. I have never been there, as long as Google keeps asking me to review places I drove past, you people are going to get to read a fake review 😁

Burger was badly put together. Not a big problem. Sadly the fries were way below standard. These had clearly been sitting around for a while... Not salted either. All 4 of us left the fries. Hot chocolate was good though

This is one of the best McDonald's in the country. As a county traffic cone coordinator, it is my job to travel the country looking at all the traffic cones. This means I end up going to lots of McDonald's all the time and in recent months I have begun noticing many subtle differences in the food between different McDonald's the same way you might with a fine wine or whiskey. I have managed to get this McDonald's tasting art down to an exact science. A couple of weeks ago I was on a business trip to Romsey to check out their traffic cone facilities when I was presented with the opportunity to test out their local cuisine. So naturally Mr and my partner Brenda (they/them) went to McDonald's. Much to our great surprise, this McDonalds had somehow cracked the formula with the best McDonalds we'd had in a long time. The nuggets had the perfect crispy exterior yet a lovely soft interior, none of that horrible chewy texture you get elsewhere. The burgers are also seemingly cooked to a much higher standard than the other McDonald's I've been to. The food texture and flavour is superior! Another thing we have been judging McDonald's restaurants on is the service and speed. This McDonalds did not let us down with the service speed and service quality on all 5 occasions where we went there during our weekend trip. Whereas other McDonald's in the area like Salisbury and Southampton made us wait up to an hour before serving cold chewy McDonald's that was not even what we ordered and frankly not worth the money. We have had similar experiences elsewhere and in our home town of Norfolk. McDonalds has a fundamental flaw in their system and it needs to be fixed. This McDonald's doesn't suffer from this issue though and I highly recommend you go there rather than any other McDonalds in the area (don't go to rownhams services) Went home satisfied

Took ages to get my food when I did it was all stone cold and didn't even put the right things on the burger never been two a McDonald's as bad before

Is the are of customer service truly dead? Well it certainly is at this McDonald's. I dived in to grab a couple of hot drinks yesterday and whilst in the lobby, the hostess barged past me like I didn't exist. She then did exactly the same thing on her way back, this time carrying a full bin bag. Surely I can't be the only person left who feels that as the customer, she should have let me proceed first? But even if you ignore that for a moment. What's happened to simple common courtesies like "excuse me please" On top of that, the floor was so greasy and dirty in the food prep area that all the staff were sliding around all over the place McDonald's in general are on a downward slide I feel. But this one was particularly bad.

Good food most of the time. Depends on how busy it is really. Hit and miss with the coffee though.

Somehow manage to run out of eggs during a breakfast service, incredible stock management, offer to replace with bacon only to get a single rasher, incompetent management in what is an avoidable situation (I refuse to believe a company like McDonald’s would randomly struggle to get eggs if my pub has no issue, this is the result of an inattentive kitchen managers food order), followed by management being tight on the portion size that’s supposed to remedy the situation, if there was even a barely average fast food place within a mile this place would lose all business from its surrounding areas, only busy because there’s no competitors nearby.

Only had coffee but good had good in the past which was very good.
