Dama Pizza & Kebab in New Forest

Food arrived cold and rubbery, and mushy burger bun, must have been sat around for a long time, also missed items from order. When we contacted to complain no answer for 30 mins had to drive there to get the missed items

Been in here 2 times now last time was not good thought I’d try them again in case it was just an off day but I asked for fresh chips and when I got home they were dry and not fresh at all no love is put into making of there food there is no passion in it won’t be using again

Food was good but service is disgraceful went in there with my 9 year old son who walked in a slipped due to floor being slippery! No wet floor sign in place and the man behind the counter just laughed at him, didn't even ask if he was OK.

I have ordered from dama for over 3 years the past couple of months it has been horrendous. Orders wrong, old salad used, meat under cooked and the portion size has halved and cold on delivery. Time to find a new takeout establishment.

Staying Shorefield and fancied a takeaway . Ordered met the chap at the front of Beachcomber, delivery very quick. Food was amazing, hot tasty and well worth the money. Well done guys, well impressed

Not good. Garlic Bread was stone cold, as were chips. Chicken wasn't much warmer. I'd asked for chilli sauce on my luke warm kebab but instead got 5 chilli peppers. Shop was closed so couldn't call to complain. Won't use them again. .

Got a delivery in Lymington because I'm fed up with the Lymington kebab houses. I was happy with all the food I got. I know Dama is further away, but they was better value for money. If the portion sizes stay big and ingredients good quality then I will stick with Dama. :)

This kebab was so delicious. We had a delivery and it really was honestly one of the best kebabs we have ever had. There was lots of food and such lovely quality and taste. We all thoroughly enjoyed this meal. Thank you so so much DAMA pizza/ kebab. Truly amazing. Would definitely recommend and order from them again.

Went In to the shop today as they can’t seem to get the order correct over the phone and once again my order was not correct I paid £30.50p cash as they do not except card payment (note to HMRC) for 2chips with cheese 1 chicken burger meal and 1chicken Donna wrap I actually ordered 2 wraps but in the end I only got the one phoned to complain but staff not interested said I only ordered one I’m totally sick of this place will never return.

Aslan and his team go above and beyond for their customers, it's nice to go somewhere you know you can trust the quality of the food and the handling of the food. The portions are enormous. It's the only take away we ever use. Their new protein boxes are amazing too, lots of rice and salad along with the meat, excellent choice for lads on a bulk 👌🏻

We ordered from her a few years back and was one of the best kebabs we have ever eaten so as we was in the area again thought we would give it another go and did not disappoint food was really good and the pita is the best we have ever had! The price had massively increased and defiantly fairly expensive from other places but enjoyed what we had!

On holiday had a kebab from here & found a piece of red plastic in my kebab. Not going here again ..

Ordered 3 pizzas online. Told 30 minutes to be ready for collection. Arrived after 20 minutes. Pizzas ready. Hot and tasty. Plenty of topping and crispy base. Lovely. Highly recommend.

Looking forward to Takeaway Combination Kebab paid £11 which was much more than I remembered I was very disappointed when opening at home as very little salad no tomato no cucumber and no Chillies ? chicken pieces were hard and bit burned surprised as been here before many times but this time found it expensive and lacking in ingredients for a good 🥙 kebab. Sadly

Food was OK but they charged £9 for what looked like small chips when we ordered large. Also the bill was £2 more than the items on the bill added up to. I wouldn't have minded £9 for two portions of chips if they were the size we ordered.

Hadn't ordered from here in a little while and giving things a try recently, each order so far has been amazing with great delivery times. Their chicken popcorn style meal was awesome and very well cooked. Large chunks of proper chicken with a decent fresh batter, very little grease. The kebabs have been done really well too; the meat has been hot yet not overcooked with a generous quantity. The sides are good quality too; a decent amount of cheese is given for cheesy sides, but it's not too much. I'm personally not a fan of the Pizza's but they are really good quality and is just my own preference. If you like thin crust, they're brilliant with the base being cooked perfectly and a good amount of toppings and I'd recommend them. There seems to be far more options to customise an order available on their website; being able to add 'just a little' of something instead of outright yes / no which is a nice touch. Based on the service and quality of previous orders, I would be happy recommending them to people on meals I haven't tried.

I was Really disappointed at first. This was my favourite place to order a pizza from on the odd occasions that I did. It was a BBQ chicken pizza with pepper and red onion. It was completely overloaded with cheese and the base was completely burnt. The topping was undercooked and so was luke warm. I had to put it in the microwave to fully melt the cheese. It was not a freshly made base like the usual ones, it tasted like a pre bought base and wasn't nice at all. A tesco own pizza is better than this. The garlic bread was also burnt and very hard. However I phoned up the next day when they had reopened to complain and they offered to make and deliver me another one, and this one was not burnt, was a different freshly made base and so was much nicer, so they redeemed themselves. Although not quite as nice as in the past

Small portions ordered a large kebab and got 6 small bits of chicken shame becuase the food waa okay and was looking for a new takeaway

Half the order wrong and by the time that half was rectified, the rest of it was cold. Plus was overcharged because of staff incompetency.

Last night's order wasn't great at all. After eating it we have all had bad bellys and on the toilet. The chicken donner was all burnt and when you ask for thick crust you get a thin god knows what a thin crust would be like. I have to say dama is going down hill nothing on what it use to be. Was looking forward to a treat but think in future I will keep my money or go else where.

Bit weird to have my chicken kabab covered with mint sauce despite requesting garlic but other than that it was quite good

They make the best doner kebabs although the prices have increased a lot recently. Worth it for a treat though.

Not been back to Lymington in years was thinking about ordering from Lymington but they got shut down, after reopening I checked their heath rating & it’s a 1!! But at Dama it’s 4. So it’s obvious who to order from. ordered at 19:31, said it was going to turn up at 21:30…. Arrived at 20:40!! £19 delivered massive portion, large donner & small chips, Extra sauce… home Made chilli sauce. It was spot on couldn’t fault it. Left in the notes, large salad and lots of hot peppers they did not disappoint 😏🔥 Ordered from here years ago and had a bad experience but it was absolutely lovely!

Looking at reviews I am surprised they are still in business. Ordered Chicken Kebab and Chips. The chicken was the left over bits. They were so small could hardly see them underneath the salad and in top of the chips. Have been a customer for six years. The place a got worse. No more Dama for me. Going elsewhere.

Ordered large Donna Kebab with everything service was fast and friendly the Kebab was 1st class and more than I could eat in one sitting definitely will be going back again and certainly recommend 👌 delicious 😋

Ordered at 17:45 didn’t receive the takeaway untill 20:00 I’ve never waited for over 2 hours before for a takeaway was debating Turing it away at the door (was paying cash) When the food finally arrived the chips where cold and soggy portion sizes for a large chips are terrible and the price is high! Use to really like Dama but last few times have been really poor so don’t think we will use them again.

I'm a local and decided to try dama for a change... for a stert I live within the delivery charge limit and they tried to charge me 2.00 pound delivery online. After failing to complete me order online I called them up and got an arigant attitude telling me that I need to spend more money to get a delivery. Bare in mind my delivery come to £15.90... what a nice guy.... not. Obviously didn't need my local trade. Think I will go back to the kebab house!!

I placed my order nearly 2 hours ago I phoned the shop and they said it was just leaving for delivery but still it has still not arrived.

Worst food ever.... we were told half an hour wait which turned to one and a half hours. We finally left to take what we thought was our food home to get home to find they had sent us off with the wrong order. We asked that they come and collect the wrong order which we were told they would and recook our order to find it was the same original order that was stone cold soggy food which went in the bin.. Thanks alot. Hungry children which we had to cook them alternative food.. would not recommend or use again.

Ordered for delivery at 6.37pm said 60 minutes delivery waited 1 hour 20, was told another 30 minutes. For an order that was D11 so early in the evening to be that far behind is ridiculous. Now have to wait for 5 working days for a refund. Will never go back, if I could have given 0 start I would.

Do not order in Uber , they won’t deliver. We waited over and hour and half to realise our food wasn’t coming despite them taking our money and closing…yes closing before delivering our food. Absolutely disgusting and I will be attending the restaurant to speak with the manager and I will also be seeking to have them removed from Uber eats

Ordered from here previously for pizza and it was all ok, nothing out of this world but still tasty. Thought we would try kebabs this time and the delivery was almost 2 hours, there were sauces and coleslaw missing from the order, the pitta was soggy. Even with this the flavour was still good.

It took 2 and a half hours for my delivery of Southern fried chicken and chips ? I rang after 90 minutes and was told a couple of minutes but 45 minutes passed and they stopped answering the phone. I was on my way to collect a refund when they finally turned up. Well, chips were cold and soggy and the coating on the chicken was horrible, the worse fried chicken I've ever had.

Shocking service to start! Waited 2 hours for our food even though it says 90 and leave a little extra for busy periods who in their right mind would wait 2 hours for their food is a joke expecially with young children. Literally called the restaurant like 10 times not once did they answer to even query where our food was. Will literally not recommend this restaurant to anyone will never use again!!!!

It took well over two hours for a rather simple order to be delivered from Just Eat. Customer service was non-existent as they failed to pick up the phone. My wife had given up and had gone to bed by the time the order finally arrived but they refused even a partial refund. One to avoid.

Absolute shambles. 2 hours late, cold, phoned up to ask where it was, phone put down on me. Will never use them again and I'd strongly advise that anyone with any sense not to use this so called kebab House.

All I will say is it isn't fast food!!! Two hours and numerous phone calls to chase the order up. In the end the ignorant person I was talking to shouted and put the phone down. Never again will i give them my time and money.!!!!!

They don not even deserve one star! 2 hours for delivery when the promise within 1 hour. Food is cold, not what we ordered. Have given them several chances and each time it's the same! Even when we plan ahead and allow 2 hours it was 2 hours 30 mins!!!!

Ordered food at till including large Doner kebab. "Do you want salad and chilli sauce" "yes please" i said waited 20 mins for order only to find that there's no kebab when I get home!!!!🤬 no apologies and had too wait another 20 minutes.

Do not use the delivery. Waited an hour and a half called to be told anoth half an hour. Cancelled order and then they still turned up over two and a quarter hours later. Shame as I know the food was good when we went and got it ourselves.

Wish I could put zero stars. Cancelled our order and hour and a half AFTER WE HAD ORDERED Zero communication at all. And its 930pm now, after they're closed.

Never ordering from here again. Food was cold, wrong and missing a drink and cheese on chip's, with sauce that wasn't wanted or asked for on everything. I phoned and was told I didn't order cheese on chips but when double checking the bill I found I had and was told they sent out a drink.... still waiting. 50 mins later..... its HERE!! THE DRINK IS HERE. The 1 ⭐ is for cold food that tasted OK and can't put 0 ⭐.

Got doner and a chicken kebab. The chicken was dry as a crisp, the pita was soggy and just simply terrible. You never expect much quality from kebab shops but when it’s bad enough to write a review you know it’s bad. Never again

Stay well clear. Place an order with them on just eat it was an hour late so I cancelled the order and ordered else where. They then lied to just eat and told them that the food was delivered. I could not even get them to answer the phone let alone deliver my order. absolutely shocking service.

Cold food, but was tasty, it was 1 hour past the delivery time, I had to call them 50 minutes after they told me it was going to get to my house, when I called them they told me it was just leaving, and was going to be a further 10 minutes even though I live 2 minutes down the road. And after that phone call it took a further hour to arrive.

If I could give no stars I would . I am outraged pizza was late by 25 minutes and when it finally arrived it was all down one side where the driver had it at an angle !! Never ordering from there again !!

The food tasted good but the portion sizes are small and the service is very slow. They had several people milling around doing nothing and three people that came in after me received their orders before me even though we all ordered similar meals. It had been a few years since I had used them and had forgot why I stopped. Now I remember.

Really nice kebab, I always get a plain large donner and a pot of chilli sauce, been doing so for years, nice friendly guys too, I highly recommend.

Food is nice and tasty but twice I’ve ordered from the site for delivery and having to wait nearly two hours both times. Why say delivery is going to be an hour if it’s not? You could also phone up to inform the food is going to be late!

Decided on getting a takeaway as we had got back late and my sons decided that they wanted it from Dama. It has been a very long time since I have ordered from here so thought what the heck. We all had a doner in some shape or form. Doner kebab, wrap or meat with chips. We all absolutely loved it. They gave you plenty of chunky salad to go with each one especially onion which I really like with kebabs and plenty of cheese with the chips. Yes it was pretty greasy but it was really nice. I will definitely be ordering from here next time we fancy a kebab.

Average Kebab and over priced. Cant read menu as written all over. Prices 30% higher than on website can only take cash. Kebab meat not bad but had much better. Hardly and salad with kebabs, Chips cremated and looked like been cooked several times.

Hi before ordered food from Dama pizza Kebab we asked around for food and we read reviews but my wife said we can order food after that we can see what happens ordered xl bogof pizza and some kebabs snacks pizza was pretty good kebabs amazing if you go there enjoy your food.

I come in fairly often and have yet to have any issues with my orders. The food is always freshly and hot, the service is incredibly friendly. Cannot recommend enough.

The most revolting so-called 'chicken kebab' I have ever had. Tiny bits of dried up meat smothered in a sauce of unknown taste. Horrible. Had to bin it.

Took an hour and half to arrive ,then cold chicken ,the southern fried chicken was slimey and tasted of curry. We have tried you twice no more wasted money on you!

Ordered online, delivered hot and on time. The food was delicious. The doner kebab was the best I have ever tasted. Meatball pizza and chicken shish equally enjoyed by family. Excellent.

The pizza here is delicious, they do buy one get one free when you go and pick up your pizza which they have done since they opened. The menu is vast and it’s freshly done whilst you wait. Very good value and extremely tasty. They deliver as well if you need it. We have never had bad food from here! It’s cash only but this doesn’t matter as there is a cash point just a short walk away at Nisa. Delicious!!
